Britney - Week 2 - (Nominated) PoV Winner

seems to me Britney and Monet cut on people the same way we are and the way most of the hg do. Main difference I see is that they both seemed really, really spoiled and young.

What is going on this season, why didn't Rachel and Branden put up Hayen and Kristen or Lane? It's obvious Hayden and Branden are positioning for male dominance.

and ok its piggy like, but I'd hate to lose either Monet or Brittany around the pool.

Well let's not forget Ms Rachel said she was nominating on strategy...so she picks the two lonely girls

not the brigade...

riiiiiight

I felt bad watching Brit cry yesterday. Don't think it was fake because she was crying well before Monet showed up

Don't worry Brit...you have at least...one fan? :-p

I haven't read all the posts about Britney so maybe someone already noticed this- I think Britney looks like Dolly Parton especially when she smiles- same kind of crooked smile. Maybe they're related.

As for her being a "mean girl"- I've kind of let it not bother me too much because she's so young. But, unlike Jordan, I think she's really clever and smart and funny.

Yeah, but Rachel doesn't know about the brigade and she was well aware that Britney and Monet are an alliance that's out to get her. It's a cat fight in the house right now.

Well I WILL agree that she probably doesn't know that the Brigade exists...however it would be nice if she'd stand up for herself. I lsitened to the whole HoH room discussion. Brendon did all the talking and deciding...spineless

I mean I won't play the hypocrite. Of course I am upset that my player and her ally went up but Brendon and others got her to do it. I remember that originally she had other plans

I think that Britney is a hoot. Still. She is the most entertaining person on the show. Neither she nor Monet is any worse than anybody else on the show and its not that big a deal, anyway. Britney is not my favorite because I don't have a favorite on BB12. It is all in how you look at it. Judging them, to me, is as bad as them judging someone else. I am guilty of it and that's just fine.

If I put pity anywhere, it would be directed to those women who have so little self-esteem that they allegedly engage in acts of a sexual nature for the world to see. Now, to my way of thinking, that is likely someone with a problem.

Key word being "allegedly".

I actually want to apologize to every house guest I've ever slammed. I mean, many of us really go all out on them and the reality is we are often "mean girls" to them (and I'm a guy so me calling myself a "mean girl" is a bit odd".

With that being said, I'll continue to insult these morons because it's fun. Then I'll apologize again next year.

Strategy?? I don't see much strategy in getting rid of the smallest girls in the house first over top all them big strong guys...First Annie and then it was a toss between Monet & Brit...I would think getting rid of the guys first would have been the best move (the strong ones)!!

Brit is no worse then anybody else in that house, they all talk trash!! Rach & Kris talk trash just as much but at least you dont see Brit & Monet hanging under covers with men they just met either. That is trashy!!!

Oh Britney Britney Britney!

Such a pretty girl with such a hateful mouth! I made a decision a few years ago to watch these shows for the entertainment not the fairness or justness of the guests. It is the same on Survivor, Bachelor, TAR etc. We want the good guys to win and Britney is not coming off as a good guy!

I am enjoying her. Would I hang out with her - heck no but on this show we need entertainment and she provides that.

I agree, Slimcruz. I feel sorry for them also. I believe there is something seriously lacking in women who can go on national tv and perform the way these two are. What gets me is that these are educated women and could go on to do so much better. They can't possibly be career oriented because these days, companies google you and is this the type of information they want them to find out about themselves? Contrary to what some believe, we have come a long way and most independent women do not behave like this...at least not in public.

I am aware that they want to become famous and stars but I guess porn stars would count too.

Britney said during her interview that she wishes she could win the money to be more independent. She moved away from home and has been struggling to make ends meet. She wishes that she doesn't have to borrow money from her parents.

Couldn't she have gotten a part-time job?

Yep. I hate when they say those things because "normal" people will just go out and get a job or in some cases two jobs instead of taking a 1 out of 14 chance to win money. I would respect them more if they just said I want my 15 minutes of fame and that's why I am in the BB house.

True dat. I could get a 3-month leave of absence from work if I applied and was accepted to be on BB. Winning the money would be awesome but I wouldn't stand a snowball's chance in hell of winning. I would do it just to see what it is really like to actually be there and play the game then viewing it from the outside.

Of course for real, there's now way in hell I would ever apply to be on BB. I always think about applying for the Amazing Race though. I am 53 years old and have a 29 year old 6'7" tall son and we would have a ball and people would crack up watching us!

I've seen AR a few times and I think it's very well produced. At least you would be outdoors and get to travel and though it's not easy I think it would be a

lot of fun too. :)

I know. She hasn't been taking probability into consideration. And most normal people would go out and get a part-time job. Why is someone marrying her? She seems like she would overspend their money with the way she talks about clothes.

That's a horrible thing to say about someone. Don't you think she's worthy of someone's love enough to marry her? If not, what are the criteria for that in your opinion?

All I am saying is that she is only 22 years old. It would have been very acceptable in the early 1900's or late 1800's to have been married at that age, but I think anyone who wants to be married should be older than 22 or 23 (unless they're terribly mature for their age and can undertake the happiness but also the burdens that go along with marriage). Marriage is tough for a lot of people, and it's especially tough if you're not financially independent. What would happen to poor Brit if she got married, her husband left her, and she was not able to take care of herself and/or her kids? Child support/ alimony only covers so much and takes years to settle, and your parents don't live forever. Even I would feel sorry for Britney in that situation, and I admit that I don't like her. But I would feel sorry for her. I just think she needs to be older, get herself a college education (or finish it if she's already started), and find a full time job before settling down. Then she's depending on no one really but Britney. That's all I'm saying. I didn't mean it the mean way it came out. Just worried because I had a cousin who struggled because she got married at 23.

Oh, I see what you mean. Maybe her fiance is much older and wealthy? Maybe her parents are wealthy and when they die she will receive an inheritance. Who knows.

I don't know. Either she has a situation like that already worked out, or she's not using foresight and looking at things from all angles.

absolutely amazing!

Catty Brit is wrong when she talks smack about the HG's...

Yet when Kathy calls her childish and other things behind her back, and Enzo, Bren and Rach joins in it is ok

and Enzo...crying is such a bad thing huh? You pathetic, unadjusted piece of dung. Yeah emotions are bad Enzo...pathetic

hypocrites
