My sister is in her mid 30's, has done the stripper thing, has all of this other sh*t going for her, but her self esteem is so low that some days I just want to slap her. We had a really bad up bringing, and aside from the fact that we look alike, you wouldn't know that we've come from the same place because the paths we chose to cope with it all are so different. Don't get me wrong, I did a lot of things I am not proud of, but at a crucial time in my life, when my past came back to haunt me so to speak, I ended up turning to religion. My sister turned to drugs and pimping herself out, feeding off of any attention she could get. She even became a stripper...and after learning of the things that those pigs in there say to you..to her, my sister, omg, it makes my stomach turn and I can only imagine how hurt these girls are to subject themselves to that kind of revolting treatment. At the time, she told me how she was glad to be the one to own her body and how it made her feel powerful to be the one to use them, but those were just the lies she was feeding herself to deal with it all. Because I know my sister, I know that she's not a bad person. I know the way in which she treats herself makes her look like all kinds of horrible things (the things I've heard ppl call Natalie). I've told her over and over again that she's no longer the victim, but you know what...she still is, only this time of herself. I dont' know what gives others the strenght to turn away from your past, and others the need to still feed off of it. I say this as a total hypocrite mind you as last year I couldn't stand Amber and it made me sick listening to her excuses. Yet here I am this year defending Natalie for hers. I'll bet your sis has a heart of gold and would give her last dollar to someone that was in need... most people with low-self esteem will go to one of two extreme directions... 1 - they will be generous and would do anything for anyone, there care for the physical, spiritual, emotional needs of others but will neglect themselves or 2 - they are brutal to others, they will bash and belittle anyone and everyone just to make themselves 'feel better' about themselves. I was thinking while reading your post, that it reminded me of Dick from last season, but I wasn't sure why... then when I read what myss wrote, it seemed like the exact description of the two faces of Dick, generous and caring of Danielle, brutal and belittling of Jen.. I don't know how Natalie or Matt compare with any of the players of BB8. I never watched BB before 8 and I enjoyed it A LOT. In fact, I joined this forum because I enjoyed it so much. This season with this cast of characters is gross. Especially Natalie and Matt. I sound like an ex-nun but I think she's over the top. Amanda, Allison and Sheila were right when they said there's more than they wanted to know about her. I really wanted to like her but she is gross. I think getting her out of the house will be a step towards stoppign the out of control antics going on on the feeds. Seeing what Natalie does on the feeds makes me wonder if she's actually aware that family and friends back home might be watching. These people really really need to get her out of the house. She is running the show for sure. If they don't get her out then this is the stupidest cast there is. Seems Allison feels Amanda is a bigger threat to the game than Nat is. Seems as though, Allison is running the show and all the puppies are following her lead. So sad.
