Even on Survivor they change things individually (based on weight, height, etc.) but this one has that horizontal bar that doesn't factor in height. April and Renny can pretty much stand upright but Michelle has to stay bent down with her legs out further because of her arm length. Making it twice as painful for the taller houseguests.
