They state the coup winner can't vote unless there's a tie, in which case the HoH wouldn't vote... ask him to make it a sticky...the coup questions and answers have been repeated countless times already...no doubt countless more to come! The way I understand it, the coup holder never assumes the HOH, therefore would be allowed to play in the HOH competition. He can't use the current HoH or the current PoV winner is all... So for example Chima puts up Michele and Lydia, say Russell win's PoV, Jeff could then replace Michele and Lydia both with anyone other than Chima or Russell...
