There are like 1000 others who are home twiddling their thumbs, and about 4 of them in jail, including BB9 winner Adam Jasinski, and don't forget infamous Survivor winner Richard Hatch - he did like 48 months in prison. Who can forget annoying chef Joe Arvin from last season who thought he was going to be handed a cooking show when BB ended - what a clown!Didn't Janelle have a DUI/DWI too? Yes, there's nothing like being a washed up BB player to get your career moving.I think Janelle had a few DUI's and I know she had a Bench Warrant out for her for failing to show up in court.One of the HG's, I think Ivette ("you know", Ivette), got her rehab put on hold so she could be on BB.The 2nd time Rachel played BB she had a whole bunch of unpaid tickets that she didn't take care of before coming into the house (I remember that because it was one of Brenche's epic arguments..he was pissed that she didn't take care of it).I'm sure there are a lot of others I have forgotten about.This year we have 3/4 of the house on some level 3-4 prescription med, the rest who probably should be, and Spencer, who was in drug rehab, not to mention for the first time in 15 years we have a disclaimer and warning before every show, BBAD and before you open the feeds.Grodner, "you've come a long way (with your show) baby"!!!!!! Big Brother is a study in how far some people will go for money, and what part of their inner selves they will divulge in their quest for it. To what extent will they stab others in the back, lie to them and manipulate them?Personally, I could never live in such a situation for any amount of money. To me it would be like being in prison, and probably even worse because just about every aspect of their lives is being exposed to the public 24/7. They're also exposing their loved ones to humiliation and scrutiny. How does one sign up for something like that?It would be interesting to survey past HGs to find out how many regret doing the show, and how their families and friends feel about it and how it impacted THEIR lives.BB fulfills some wish (maybe all of us have) to be able to be a fly on the wall. Do they get extra doggie treats if they win ?Actually, I was thinking more of an HOH/Luxury challenge combined. We pair up each HG with one of my border collies and each team runs the course individually (one HG and one dog) and we get a team time on each. Lowest time wins and shares the HOH Kennel. Winning team gets $1000 each to go to the Rescue of their choice and I cook and bake for everyone (there is no slop served at my house so nobody is a really a loser)!!Just so you know what the time standard is, most of my dog run this practice course in between 21 and 38 seconds on 4 legs. ChillTown92 Posted July 30, 2013 Share Posted July 30, 2013 I really haven't liked Amanda since about week 2, however, the more Helen spins herself into the ground the more i'm appreciating how Amanda is the only one actually playing. She does push, often times too much. That's what irked me about her. But she has an agenda and she's not shy about letting you know what it is. She plants seeds in peoples minds to get them stir crazy. All of this paranoia in the house is largely from Amanda giving credit where none is due. She tends to give a lot of credit to certain players and cast doubt when she wants them out or feels she can't control them. She then spins things every which way to get her hands clean and the sheep eat it up.You really can't knock her gameplay too much. Maybe a little less pushy, but it's working. Even Helen, who thinks she's queen of the castle, is running around doing Amanda's dirty work. I've always respected players for savvy gameplay and some of my favorite players have been who America may consider a "villian" (Evel Dick, Dan, Dr. Will, Boogie, Danielle Donato, James, Frank, etc.) so I can't watch Amanda, even against this weak bunch of sheep, and respect her ability to take advantage of situations, let others take the fall and dispose of them when the time comes. And I ended up seeing her on the couch with Jeff talking about how she got evicted. I do pray and hope that is where that horrid Amanda ends up this week as well.
