Here are a few of mine: Amber - The Perminator Carol - Danielle - Thin Mint Dick - Dustin Eric - The Happy Hebrew Jameka - Jen - Boobalicious Jessica - McSqueaksalot Joe - Captain Clap or Catty McClap-erton Kail - Tinky Winky (though I supremely enjoy Mrs. Robinson) Mike - Nick - Zack - I know you got em...
