Kalia Posted September 13, 2006 Share Posted September 13, 2006 I mostly lurked this season of BB, but you guys ROCK. I laughed...got angry...but most of all was entertained. I looked forward to checking in here to get my hourly fix. LOL Tonights show was a disappointment. I don't know why I get myself all jazzed up, only to be let down. The win for Boog was just okay for me. Didn't really get a satisfaction out of it, because I feel he was the lesser of two dimwits. Erica...well, what can I say that hasn't been said about her. She is a rather pathetic soul...to be humiliated like that on national tv, guess I didn't feel any pleasure in watching her face as clips were shown of Boogie saying nasty things. Gosh. Boogie didn't even have the decency to give her a hug...he just ran out the door. Erica looked lost from then on out. She's gonna need a serious dose of therapy, thats all I know. And Will and Jani...seemed a bit uncomfortable. I just picked up some weirdness there. Anyway....it was a different season. If it wasn't for you guys though, I would have abandoned the show after a few weeks. So, cheers. I'm getting psyched for Amazing Race now..... Did everyone notice that Mike used the last few seconds to plug his three new restaurants to open in Atlanta? Boycott them, Atlanta!!!! BB should withhold some of his winnings to pay for his stinkin' commercial. As for Erika being humiliated, didn't she bring it on herself? If she's humiliated now, how is she going to feel when she watches the shows and talks to her friends? I guess I do feel a tad sorry for her, but she should have remembered "You Reap What You Sow"!!! Coming into the game Mike was low on my list just seemed to be a tag along to Dr. Will. But this year he really played and played damn well congrats!!!!! I really like Mikey B after this season!! Not as annoying as Marcie, but I thought he road the coat tales of Will, and then won a very key HOH that more-or-less won him the game. Last night Boogie asked Erika how it was for her last time around, re-acclimating into society. She told him how she went straight into heart-break...literally: she actually went home to find her house empty-Josh had moved all his stuff out. This year ain't gonna be much better. Hard to imagine. But she did bring this on herself. it was just a few days ago that she and Janelle spent an entire day and a half going over and over every example of how they were EACH being completely TAKEN by their respective Chill Town men, and how STUPID they felt! How is it that she used these past couple of days just pining away after Boogie to such an extent that she has not only completely forgotten all that, but she has pathetically re-fallen for him? It makes me cringe - I feel like apologizing for women everywhere. Here's an example from just last night: in the showers -- Erika was already in her shower when Boogie headed over to his - she held her door open to let him in to share her shower, but *diss* he walked right on by and into the next stall. A few minutes later Erika poked her head around the divider and announced that she <might> peek. Then they talk some small talk, and Erika leads the conversation around to whether Boogie really thinks she's hot...then she confirms for him that he really is sexy...as she walks over (she is now out of the shower and in her towel) and looks straight at him in his shower. He tells her that he now thinks that he is a little bit sexy, but he used to be only funny. Boogie pleads with Erika to PLEASE go NOW to ask them for a movie tonight (thre reason for our extended FOTH right now) "Maybe Meet the Parents" and he adds as she is walking down the hall, "I'll do whatever you want-" so she calls back "You will??!" all happy, but he didn't get it, because he answered "yeah, I think we like the same things." It was sad enough watching Erika pining away after this guy who she was about to learn some heartbreaking news about - watching her stand behind Boogie at the door, not looking at him as he would not even glance back in her direction after they announced that he won - and right after she saw a few clips of the REAL feelings he had about her - well, THAT was pitiful.
