I have been thinking about this too... A lot of people are screaming that because it isn't a WORK place it doesn't count as sexual harrassment... Well, to me I would think it is a work place... Think about it... They are paid according to a union scale... they ARE paid for being there... What is the differnce between that house and say any firehouse in the country??? The fact that they live there 24/7 for three months not just 48 on and 24 off... Those women only started telling Mike to stop when ERIC started yelling sexual harrassment and when they did he DID stop... How many times have I heard one of them to tell HOWIE to stop but he still does it and will just say I'm sorry I'm sorry and go right back to the action again as soon as the second sorry is out of his mouth... Last night Mike, Janelle, Kaysar, and Howie were working on opening the safe's and they all went outside except Mike and the feeds weren't on him and we saw a little snip and no-one thinks we should have seen where Mike asked BB could he open it now... Don't know what he was talking about but everyone is hoping it's the safe and there is a card in there sort of like the veto...

Yes it did look to be Mike's fault... They made Eric look like a little big man... They should have shown the part after his big speech about never hitting another human where he told James and Beau it was his intent to hit Mike and he meant it to be a threat...
