  1. Have y'all seen the videos she posted on YouTube? I saw them posted elsewhere on the internet and they are hilarious! One of them is titled Itchy Butt. Look up amandajoyzzz and check them out! She's also posted videos of her french bulldog Baxter.
  2. In reference to the twist, Julie stated the MVP would be given a special power and they could choose whether to tell the other HG about it or keep it secret. I didn't hear her say anything about it being a part of the nominating process. I want to see exactly what they told the HG the first night in the house. If they do know about the MVP they are always going to be suspect about ALL the other people in the house especially if the winner decides to keep it secret. That will add another level of stress on everybody. In my opinion that will make for some drama in the house and some real interesting chatter among them. If that's the case I'm all for it!! Bring on the drama, baby!
  3. I saw the picture of him and Janelle together. I guess she did a greet and meet in MN and he went to it. I'm still not sure about this guy. He seems genuine but I'm still not sure about him. Guess I'll wait until I see him in the house to decide how I feel about him.
  4. I'm not exactly sure what you mean but on the page where the feed is located there's a note below the feed window that says the feeds will begin June 26th after Big Brother has aired on the west coast. The twitter feed is working now and I didn't go in to check the chat rooms.
  5. I enjoyed her interview. She seemed very sincere when said she was shocked she made it on the show. Looking forward to watching her.
  6. I personally find pageants to be pretty superficial. I have watched a couple of videos about her and I'm not impressed. Even though she claims to be a big fan of the show I will be anxious to see how much knowledge she has about this game. If it's lacking I doubt she'll make it very far.
  7. Signing up for the feeds was easy as pie. Thanks Morty!
  8. He also stated he went around the world in 79 days. I don't think that qualifies him for anything related to BB. lol I do think he'll be his own worst enemy. Talk too much, Grate on other HG nerves. He also said his weakness is lovely women. Aahhh his achilles heel.
  9. He hasn't watched a single episode of BB. He says it'll be hard to walk the line between confident and arrogant. Hmmmmm Doesn't sound to me like he'll have much of a chance. His mom can tell him all kinds of things but I think HG who have never watched the game haven't had much success. One thing I did find interesting is he has his bachelor in communication. They could come in handy. We'll see.
  10. I know a hundred guys just like Judd. He's a good ole country boy and what you see is what you get. That's a good thing in my book.
  11. I like this guy. Considering he teaches communication and speech those talents could come in very handy. I look forward to his diary room sessions. lol
  12. Since she isn't familiar with the show I doubt she'll last very long. In this scenario being co-dependent is not a good thing and the other HG who know the game will figure her out pretty quick. Definitely think she'll be one of the first to go.
  13. I had to laugh when she said her "verbal diarrhea" might get her in trouble. If she talks that much it could work against her in the house. However she does believe that having an alliance is very important to further her game. We'll have to see how much she allows herself to chatter with the other HG. If she comes out being bawdy it could definitely become a liability for her.
  14. There's his side. There's her side. Then there's the truth. I can understand how it's difficult for people who have very good relationships with their own family and don't understand how this can happen between a parent and child. I've always been very envious of people who can brag of their wonderful relationships with immediate family. When you've lived in a dysfunctional atmosphere the majority of your life it's not always easy to figure out how things are suppose to be. I think it's important for people to get professional help in a situation like this. I think it's apparent Danielle has some serious issues when it comes to her dad. It's been my experience that when people aren't given the tools to understand their past, face it head on then move on with their life, it never gets better. IMO it's better to remove the people in your life who are toxic. I don't care if they're your family members or friends. It doesn't do any good to have them around you. Let's face it. Some people are lousy parents and some people are lousy children. I believe there is plenty of blame to pass around here but I will say I believe (due to my own experience) the majority of the responsibility lies with the parent. They are suppose to be the grown up in the situation and when they choose to not address their own failing, the circumstances will never get any better. It took a lot of years but I finally accepted the fact that my parent was indeed a lousy parent who completely refused to accept any responsibility in the horrors of my childhood. For decades all I wanted was to hear the words "I'm sorry" and I came to realize that would never happen. Sometimes you just have to cut ties with people in order to preserve your own sanity. IMO the approach he took here was wrong. If he has major issues with her he should address them with her and not drag the internet into it. It doesn't change my opinion of him or her one way or the other. I just hope one day they can both get help with this issue for their own sake. And sanity.
  15. Thank you for posting this link. It was a touching video. As far as the HG go, I really preferred the videos on Big Brother Network. They asked more in-depth questions than Jeff did and I appreciate that. They were good questions in reference to the game and getting to know them a little. We certainly won't know how well they do until we get to see them in action. It's a whole different ballgame when you enter the BB house. I still need to watch the videos posted by We Love Big Brother and I'll do that this afternoon. Each item we can get on the hamsters is good in my book. The more the merrier.
  16. The CBS app is available for iPhone and iPad. Go to your app store to load it or wait until the 26th and get it at the CBS site. At this point there ISN'T one for android. I kept checking on a couple of sites to see if one comes out but I'm not holding my breath.
  17. Alright, here goes. The following list are people who state they are big BB fans; Elissa McCrae GinaMarie Andy Nick Spencer Jessie Helen Howard David Judd Only three who aren't real familiar with the game; Jeremy Candace Kaitlin That leaves Aaryn and Amanda who seem to be in the middle. Jeremy hasn't watched the first episode of BB. He's only there because his mom is the super fan and she begged him to audition. He lives on a boat so maybe he doesn't watch that much TV. Candace has only been the casual viewer so she isn't that invested in it. Kaitlin hasn't watched the show. She made an interesting comment in her interview. She kept referring to "she" who must have been someone connected to the show. "She" asked her to audition, "she called her to come to L.A., "she" called her to tell her she had been selected for the show. Even though she's a bartender which probably gives her good people skills, she hates any kind of confrontation and has lived a sheltered life (her words). I don't see her lasting very long. lol Several of them said they were hard core fans. Even though I wasn't impressed with David's interview I think he may surprise a few people. He comes off like a jock and airhead. When asked what he would miss the most his response was "I'll miss the beach fur shur". lol He definitely talks like a surfer dude, very laid back without a care in the world BUT a couple of things he said gives you the hint that he really knows this game. The two people who seem to be the most hard core fans are Spencer and McCrae. We'll have to wait and see how well they get along with other hamsters. Even though Nick said he was a superfan I think he will become his own worst enemy by over-thinking the game. We'll see.
  18. They were in the house and the episode will air next Wednesday on The Talk.
  19. I have a feeling that's a good possibility. I can't believe how much we'll have to do over the next week. Watch HG videos, fill out pre-season threads, respond to polls, etc. etc... So much to do so little time.
  20. Nooooooooo!!!!!!! Say it isn't so!!!!
  21. Did you sign into CBS using one of the social media log-ins? I've had an account with CBS for quite a while but I was able to go in and change my personal info by clicking on the down arrow beside my name at the top and I chose profile. That takes you to a page where you can change your personal information. I'm not sure what shows at the top for facebook/twitter log-ins since I don't use them. I think you will enjoy being able to watch the feeds and being in chat with us. It's nice to have two windows open, one with live feed and one with chat! I really enjoy sharing real time opinions as much as posting in threads on the board.
  22. C'mon people! Ya'll know we get video interviews on each of the house guests and the videos are going to be shorter and straight to the point this year. They will be posted tomorrow as well so Thursday is going to be a very busy day for BB fans! We have a few days to cast our vote so be patient. We are one week away from the premiere so hang on tight! We're shifting into high gear with all the info we're about to receive.
  23. Hi Myxter. I'm always happy when folks sign up for the feeds for the first time but I'll warn you. They can become very addicting!! BTW I love your avatar. So cute!
  24. I read a LOT of websites pertaining to BB and I can tell you this...we are NOT alone in our strong opinions on returning house guests. There are a lot more people who dislike it then like it. At least that's the summary you can make with what is posted. It may be that those who really enjoying returning house guests just don't post as much as those who don't. I do believe they are listening to us because one of the first "spoilers" released this season was no returning house guests. I saw a lot of positive feedback in reference to that tidbit. The powers that be may be slow in responding but they eventually get on the right page. I really like the house too. I'd love to have a bathroom like that. The spa-like atmosphere can have a very calming effect.
