  1. I don't think I used the words I feel sorry for Nicole.

It is more about a bunch of wussy guys and Christine that would not take slop for a week because they think they are too superior to be have nots.

And I would love for Nicole to win the Veto. I like that she is gutsy.

I would much rather not take slop and feel superior.  Is this wrong?  :laugh4:

While I would like to see her win veto as well, as it might add a touch of excitement, I can't jump on the pity train here nor do I think others should be volunteering to hurt their game by going on slop and whatnot.  She's got to suck it up.

  2. I don't mind grown men crying over losing reality game shows, football games or women, as long as it is only once. When the person cries it shows that they were hurt because they cared. However, his interview did show his lack of understanding of the game when Julie asked him why didn't he try to stay up later and bond with the other players. His answer and his attitude spoke volumes to me. To say that it would not have made a difference tells me that he still did not understand how much big brother is played after midnight. His attitude also indicated that he resented the younger players for not looking up to him and taking his advice. He did not feel he needed to go to the other players and have a bunch of meaningless fluff conversations with them in order for them to trust and work with him. He believes everyone thinks like him and should view the game like him. But it just doesn't work that way. He needed to get out there and try to find the things that he an other players might have in common. In my opinion, he just did not put in the work and would have been better off staying home and watching BB on TV.

In short, he didn't want to have to try.  He usually gets along with people and that should have been enough, as far as he is concerned.  Well it isn't.  Supposedly he is a fan of the game, so I am completely at a loss as to why he didn't think working on building relationships was important.  If he said he never watch the game before, I would understand, but as it stands, I don't get it.

  3. I don't think that you are evil I just think you don't like donny.  For whatever reason.  Good for you he is gone.  I thought he was an okay guy but not suited for big brother at all.  But, hey, you know whether you are evil or not.  LOL

I am like the diet Pepsi of evil.  ;)

I don't not NOT like him, but I do think he was a waste of space on the show.  It feels like it is taking forever this season to sift through the chaff and get to the real game playing.

We are now one step closer.

    Bwahahahahahaha!

It kind of bothers me when Donny would always say as he did in his Julie interview that he has nothing in common with anyone in the house so why try to strategize and hang out with them.

He was defiantly going for AF vote.

I think he decided early on that he had no chance at winning the real game and decided to play for AF instead.  And it worked for him very well.

  4. For Frankie it is the glory (ego) of his idea pleasing America, for Derrick it is $$ for his family!

The money I get.  The glory?  PFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFT.  OMG LMAO!!!

I hate the Team America that CBS created. First of all they came up with some really difficult missions that could hurt all of their games.

Derrick takes Team America way too seriously and it is embarrassing the way he tries to play it up for the cameras. :lookaround:

The reason I liked the play because it was just something fun that they all could participate in and not mess with anyone's game.

When they get the failed mission tonight I think that Team America will be dead. Oh well.... Donny and Derrick lose the $5,000. I don't care about Frankie.

At $5,000 a pop EACH, the missions should be difficult and potentially game changing.  Otherwise what is the point?

In Canada they had Marsha the Moose, who is quite funny, stationed outside the DR and every now and then she would come alive and give a player a mission.  That player would have a small amount of time to achieve it and if they did, the whole house would get a reward like a BBQ or pizza party.  It was fun and lighthearted, and relatively low risk.  I'm fine with BBUS doing a version of that, but the way TA was set up, my expectations are much higher.

  5. Nope, I don't agree at all.  Frankie is going to have a very, very tough sell should he make it to F2.  He has his famous sister and everyone already has him pegged as winning AF, so he doesn't "need" the money.  I personally don't think that should matter, but I can see jury members taking that into account.  Plus someone will likely have blown the lid off the whole Team America thing and the money he got from that.

As for Donny, he will have the whole "the house was against me" story from the beginning, which is true and he got where he was all by himself.  A much more compelling narrative.  How would Cody stand a chance against that?

Finally, if he doesn't get rid of Donny this week, when should he?

It would be incredibly stupid for Cody to turn on his allies this week.  It would make a very unnecessary target of himself, when there are others who will most likely be targeted before him.  He's got a solid F4 with his alliance.

  6. I know nobody agrees with me but I am still keeping the bet that Derrick will do everything to go to the final 2 with Cody.

As far a people complaining that Cody did not makes the moves the "they" want him to make means his is stupid. We aren't in the house and we don't hear every conversation.

I know lot of people wanted him to get out Frankie instead of Donny but for Cody that might have not been the best move at this point for him.

I agree with you.  Keeping Donny would be incredibly stupid game play on his part.  It's the best move for right now.

I am not making the statement that he should have backdoored Frankie because I am a fanatical Donny fan.  Lets be honest here yes Donny can win comps but Franikie has won more that Donny and I think that Frankie will put Cody up in a heartbeat. I think any of those guys are a bigger threat in the game than Donny. He wanted to put up Frankie and Derrick told him it was too early. He caved in yet again to what Derrick wanted.  For that matter he should have backdoored some one whether it was Frankie or Caleb or even Derrick if  he had any chance of winning and of course this is just my opinion.  Getting Donny out is not a big move.  Even if Donny would have happened to pull off an HOH win this week he would not have been able to play the next week.  There are no guarantee comp wins. It's time in the game in my opinion to get a big threat out.  I think they have all talked themselves into thinking that Donny is a bigger threat than he truly is.

It is a big move.  Donny has a shot of beating most anyone in a F2 situation.  For that reason alone, he is a big threat and needs to go.

Cody would have a better shot against Frankie than Donny, as Frankie will be alienating people on the way out.  Donny has zero blood on his hands and is a so-called veto beast comp.  Good luck beating that.

  7. That was one of the arguments about Evil Dick. Many people say that Jen reached for the cigarette to grab it away and burned herself. I think even Jen agreed with that after the show.

Anyway - Big Brother has had a variety of houseguests. This season with the love fest is just creepy.

She did.  She also destroyed his property and got to stay, sooooo....  I think ED was a massive bully, but he was fun and boy could the house ever use someone like him right now.

  8. It's the long winded analytical posts a few feel the need to indulge in over and over. Not anyone I'd stay in a room with. You'd leave and they's still keep talking.

I know.  Although nothing beats the racism lectures from last year.  :kid:

I am getting where I don't want to read them at all. It's the same ole same ole. I hate Frankie and butterflies fly out of Donnys butt.

I read somewhere that he is a vessel for angels.  For real.  :laugh4:

  9. People are IDIOTS.

Herd mentality. Caught up in the tide if ignorance.

20,000 kids per day starving to death and they are giving money to a reality show guy.

    seriously?

It makes me sick.  It really does.

As for the demographics (as asked above), it looks like it is mostly women 40ish and up.  Someone needs to come take away their internet access and credit cards and give them a time out.

    UGH.

Yep.  Every year we get a bunch of BB Cultist Crazies who need to be sat down with a page from Dan's book and reminded "it's a game".

If the Janelle Fanatics were not bad enough, we started seeing the threats to family members and especially kids...just wrong!

I would love to know the demographics on age and background of these people!

The Donny Fund is a new weird one.  Of all the things I could have predicted nutty fans would come up with I would not ever have seen this one coming.  Campaigning for votes is one thing, money is another.  They can threaten CBS all they want and will get nowhere with that.  CBS is not going to return their feed money (unless it's a few days into a new month they just paid for) and nothing is going to change as far as the show ratings.

I will never ever understand this level of fanaticism.  Ever.
