  1. Candice started out being part of the Elissa/Helen group and was doing just fine. She should have cemented herself with Elissa and that group. They all hated Aaryn and GM and that side of the house. I think that her wrong turn is she got hints from production that she should hang with Howie and she thought a showmance would get her more attention and air time. Candice isolated herself and her attempt at fighting back against the "mean girls" was awkward and not well done. She never should have left the fold of Elissa and Helen and let Aaryn take the lead with them.

I thought she started off well and I remember thinking she was really smart when she was on to the the boys alliance. Then it pretty much went to hell after that.

  2. I thought I read people thought it was morally wrong for people to make a deal with her and let her stay. HG's throwing their values out the door and all that just to win some money.

    Yet she escaped America's vote.

    Weird.

Wouldn't it be the kicker of all kickers if it takes racist Aaryn to do a smackdown on ol' Helen and Amanda? I swear,

just when I thought Aaryn's evil heart had no worth in the world, she just might somehow find some if she cleans that

house of those nasty two. Throw in McRae while you're at it, Aaryn.

So we like Aaryn now? Wow.

  3. Touch'e my friend.

It's how I see it. I hope it didn't sound totally rude, Amanda style. :P

Oh because the houseguest you are rooting for America dislikes right now so Mortys isn't comfortable for you? Uh mmkay.

It's vile compared to the standard America has set because she is up on the block again and will be everytime America has the power to vote for a MVP or until she gets evicted. Lets face it America wont vote Judd up there for his amazing gameplay.

Her gameplay isn't the issue America's having with her, she is just a nasty person.

Blame CBS for the twist not America.

And that is my issue. Let's have Elissa be MVP again week after week, becasue "America" thinks she is the best player, right?

    What a farce.

  4. Vile compared to what standard? I've seen what I consider much worse vile behavior on BB before but I've never seen this type of near unanimous attack before. I've been coming to Morty's for years and I have watched the live feeds since season one. I don't always agree with everyone, in fact a little back and forth is a good thing. But I have to be honest, it doesn't feel all that comfortable around here lately.

I'm glad to read at least one person feels like I do.

Her foul attitude overshadows whatever game she may be playing, she is disgusting..

I doubt America has an issue with her gameplay, she basically controls the house which is genius..she's just a vile individual.

So what? Last I checked, it was about playing a BB game, not winning the hearts of America. She has been succesfull in keeping herself safe, within the confines of the game, but America wants her out because she is "vile".

I've watched many players I considered vile take the whole game, but I respected it, because if you can play the game, so be it. Some (always men) have become fan favourites.

Why not just take all their powers away, let us vote for HOH, the nominations and let them do nothing but bounce around? American Idol style.

  5. What really could she do?5 guys had formed an alliance pretty much soon after they crossed the door.3 of the girls are racists(GM,Aaryn, and Amanda) who wanted absolutely nothing to do with her,and of the remaining 4,Kaitlin associated with the mean girls, Jessie and Helen pretend to like her, but stabbed her in the back every chance they got(and still do)leaving her hopes pretty much on Elisa, who I believe likes Candace, but has so far submitted to Helens wishes.Really, what was she supposed to do?

She is supposed to play the game instead of playing the victim. She has been an utter fail with that, along with her now ousted boy Howie.

  6. My point was that he didn't even really try to develop a social game with Helen, Andy, Judd, Jessie, or McManda... When he most needed to engage... he withdrew and focused on Candice...

He could have done as our nasty little HG Aaryn is doing now... Make nice and be friendly with the current power people.

He could have worked on a relationship with Andy, Judd, Jessie, Elissa and Helen... none of them had said a single racist thing... so his only choices were NOT limited to Aaryn, GM, & Kaitlin...

Ah, the lie... One can make excuses for his serious mistake of lying to Helen when it was obvious that Helen knew about the MC when she listed it's members to him while she & he were talking in the HOH bathroom... How stupid could he have possibly be to lie in the face of the knowledge that the person he's talking to has just proven that she knows the truth... Keep in mind this was a serious and completely unnecessary problem that he created for himself and did absolutely nothing to repair... A little socializing can do wonders in this house... season after season has shown that to be true.

Even after his insanely stupid lie to Helen, if he had done as Aaryn has done when she found herself in deep deep trouble, he may still be here... Taking one shot at redemption with the crew in power by telling them that he wants to be their 'Jeremy" is a great first step but it must be followed with more good steps... and he did squat to follow up...

Nasty little HG Aaryn has made nice, laid low, and worked on building trust .....I can't tell you how much I'd like to see her evicted but she is making the moves that Howard should have be making... And because she has... she stays(for now)... and because he didn't... he's gone....

    Monk

He had zero gameplay and that is on him. He deserved to be booted.

  7. What I dont understand with Candice is, Spencer was in an alliance with her fauxmance. why not just speak in private first with Spencer? Spencer could have easily explained or lied about the situation he was in and why her name was brought up. I mean the ultimate plan was for all of them to stay and Amanda go, the house meeting was dumb and unnecessary. It just made her look crazy and untrustworthy (everyone already knew Spencer was a liar, she wasn't exposing anything new), who is going to want to work with her now when she is throwing tantrums and that entire exchange with Helen,( another dumb move) her execution is so agro, I mean there are ways of guilting people without pissing them off. I hope that its just the house making her this way and this is not her persona outside of the house..

I seriously believe if they (Candice, Spencer, Howard) had their sh!t together they could have easily gotten votes to evict Amanda, there was just no teamwork what so ever.

Her gameplay, if you can call it that, has been absolutely brutal and if she gets voted out this week, she deserves it.

  8. I disagree. Howard more than anyone threw away his values unless his values are permitting people to say cray about you. How many times did he stop Candice from standing up to them? Plenty of times, so if you ask me, he threw away his values more than anyone in the house.

ITA. Howard threw his away even more than anyone else.

  9. I will never agree that they should kick her out especially having to hear all the derogatory remarks made through the years of other HGs who remained in the house.

It appears to be a big deal this year because the comments are about blacks which shows me how people want to jump on the "racial remark" bandwagon.

If Candice and Howard took a stand against her and the others from the beginning I would have thrown my support behind them, but they compromised their beliefs and status all for the sake of money and fame and that makes them as bad as the others.

    Agreed!

I don't think it's not liking someone controlling the house, I think it's the PERSON controlling the house that we don't like!!

I totally get that, but everyone else is so unrootable. What a crap season.

  10. Why do we hate so much the person thats "controlling" the house. Shouldn't we be rooting for this person/persons because they are playing the game the best? At least Amanda and Helen are sticking their necks out trying to win this game. If it were not for them this game (and thread) would be boring.

ICAM. I like seeing women control the house too, instead of the guys like we have for so many seasons now.
