Well, no, not everyone. I was using hyperbole. People don't necessarily think Elissa is a great player. I don't because I am reserving judgement for that. It's only week one and we don't know who is good and who isn't. But people will vote for her if they think she is the best chance to get out Jeremy/Aaryn. It's an emotional thing based on who you like or who you think will do what you want, not who is the best player. I am not sure if Rachel's "army" will make a difference. It might among the hardcore BB fans, but what about your average viewer, whom there are undoubtedly more of? I do hope this happens!

Why do you think that she needs to be handed MVP? Everyone on social media is going crazy over Elissa. People are voting for her because they want to see Aaryn or Jeremy go out the door next week.

This isn't BB Canada. They don't actually care if people follow the rules on the US version.

LOL! I would like Elissa and Andy win, but it would make for great tv to see Aaryn and Jeremy win and see them fight it out. Someone on a FB group thought that Aaryn would get her secret knife out and stab him so she can be HOH.

She doesn't need to be a great competition for people to like her this season, not when they are comparing her with the likes of Aaryn, Jeremy, etc. They are all so bad she looks really good in comparison when compared with the rest of the trash.

He liked to think of himself as some BB genius like Dr. Will or Dan, but he is not anywhere close to them. If either of those two had been on the block this week, they would have stayed.

I think they really screwed up the whole bringing someone back. I mean, all of these Power Shifts are just getting to be too much. They should have taken a leaf out of BBUSA's hat and just sequestered everyone instead of doing it like this. And as Jedi said, the returning player is going to be pretty much screwed as the house will unite to take them out if they don't win HOH or Veto.

I don't think he is a very smart guy at all...he just thinks he is the smartest person to ever play the game and his attitude really annoys me. No, Peter, everyone around you is not an idiot all of the time. Getting rid of you over Talla is an intelligent decision.

AJ, Gary, Topaz, and Alec are being sequestered in the Jury House and they won't have had access to any of the episodes or any of the content. Why do you think that only those four are being offered the chance? The rest have been released into the real world and have access to all of it, giving them an unfair advantage which is why they aren't being offered the opportunity as well. The person who returns will actually be at a disadvantage because they have missed at least a week of time in the house.

Yes, but do we know how much the stipend is? I read on the BBC Facebook page that it was significantly less than the American version. Also, does the winner get the stipend plus the 100k? Or is just the 100k?

Oh, wow, that was really one big brain fart! Apparently I accidentally disregarded the eviction. XD It would have given them the edge, and It was a stupid decision on his part. Jillian still won though and beat everyone else (including Peter), so Topaz would have had to win. She might have been able to do it though.

I am sure there are hoops we could jump through. I might look for a Canadian proxy and see if that works. Has anyone ever tried that before?\ Edit: I just voted without any problem; no geographic restriction. Just go to bigbrothercanada.ca and the option to vote is at the banner at the top.

I didn't think Emmett was being serious, and I don't think Talla was offended enough (or even at all) to desert Emmett. At the end of the show you could see Emmett and Talla talking and I think she knew what was up. Also, isn't Talla with Andrew? I don't think it would have been that easy to get a majority, or win the right comps. Still, Emmett, Jillian, and Andrew is still a superior combination IMO. They can win the competitions more than Peter, Topaz, and Talla.

Speaking of that, does anyone know if Americans can access that part of the site to vote? This is one thing i definitely want to vote on. I feel like Talla is attached to Andrew though, and he is attached to Jillian. If Gary came back I feel like he would be without an alliance. The only people he ever really had (like Danielle, Suzette, and Topaz) have all been evicted. And if Peter stays because he won the veto, I don't think he would team up with Gary. I just don't see a rapport between them. Actually, I think if Gary returns he would be the most disadvantaged.

I don't understand the rationale behind that. Why would that stop them from making it live?

I just can't see him winning anyways even if he gets to the end, though (unless he is up against Talla or something). I honestly don't believe that a majority of the HG's think that Peter played that good of a game. I certainly don't. He seems to think he is such a good player himself and I don't see it. On the LFU's I read that he said he could pinpoint what he did that got each houseguest evicted. Doesn't he realize that his desires just coincided with the rest of the house all of the time? For example, let's take Tom. Gary was going to target him anyway, just because Peter spoke to him about it doesn't mean anything. So, I don't think he really has much to stand on if it does come to that. Edit: Jillian won HOH. She will send him out of the house as long as he doesn't win POV!
