  1. Can we talk about Aaryn as a player in the game ... especially since she has had a lot of power and has a legit shot at winning this game. Should she have thrown the HOH to Amanda? Has she won so much that she will fall victim to the "I can't beat her in the end" excuse? Has she been good enough to the right people that she has secured her spot in the final four and a chance to control her own destiny?
  2. This is the question now. I could see it being Helen, GM or Amanda. Don't think anyone else is on America's radar (love or hate).
  3. Well, so much for her going home. I at least wanted to see the game talk that occurred with her up. Feeds = boring again.
  4. A little too much conspiracy theory here. Even Grodner wouldn't give America a power like that just to have it be worthless. I still don't think she goes home b/c Aaryn has so many enemies in the house ... but I do think Elissa is legitimately at risk and, if Amanda is smart, she will rally the troops to get her out. I say Amanda b/c she is by far the best talker left in the house and is the only one with enough influence to rally five votes against Elissa.
  5. I agree 1000%. I don't dislike Elissa, I dislike that America ruined the MVP twist by always giving it to her. I loved the MVP twist because it adds a really cool new complexity to the game ... But it's not fair to give one person that much power that they haven't earned. If someone came in and dominated comps, had a good strategy/alliance and was entertaining in the DR, I would be OK if they won every week ... they'd be the best PLAYER.I'm pretty sure the only air time Elissa gets every week is when she is (1) thanking America for the MVP or (2) giving her nom speech. Other than that, she's a total floater that's being given a huge power ... that she's letting Helen control.
  6. Elissa lovers voted for Aaryn but she was already the nom so the Elissa haters won the day ... Yay!
  7. Mine too. She has no game play and somehow is idolized. She can't get voted out soon enough.
  8. I just came to say almost the same thing. Why can't the show be about the game ... I'm getting sick of them focusing the whole show on racial issues. Maybe Grodner is just as unaware of current events as the houseguests but we don't really need anything else to separate this country right now. I wanted to stop watching after production blatantly shifted the power in the house and Nick got voted out. Now I just want to stop watching bc it's not even entertaining.
  9. Would have said Nick before Amanda flipped McCrea. Now it's def her. This is why I wanted Elissa gone. I actually like her but she has no game play. Helen runs her game for her.
  10. Agree. I think she got the short end of the stick the way she was treated early in the game but she has done nothing to deserve MVP. She needs to go so America can vote for the best player in BB15 ... not the sibling of a former winner.
  11. Where is this guy right now? Seems like he's becoming the swing vote. Is he sitting between Amanda's honkers or is he still in the Moving Company's van?
  12. That's a terrible idea. As long as he's in the house, he's the #1 male target and he will help them win comps. They should keep him around as long as possible.
  13. I hope he stays. He's one of the few people actually playing the game. He's a bully and someone needs to sit him down when he gets out of the house ... But I'd rather him stay and play than watch all the other people attempt to float to jury. Seriously, has there ever been a season when more people have said they aren't there for the money or they just want to make it to jury so they don't have to go back to real life?
  14. I wanted to get everyone's opinion on the MC. First, I can't decide if they are as strong of an alliance as the producers are making them out to be. It seems like Jeremy is still in (read somewhere that he flashed MC to Nick yesterday when Aaryn wasn't looking) but his vote to keep David somewhat surprised me. Was that planned bc they felt good about the other votes? And what about McRea? I think he's going to have a tough time turning on Amanda but that probably won't need to happen for a while so it doesn't really matter in the near-term. Second, what the heck is their strategy? I know they are trying to hide their alliance but they never strategize together. It seems like Nick and, to a lesser extent, Spencer are really pulling all the strings but I don't think they have a strategy other than keep the 5 of them safe. Are they targeting Elissa this week? If she comes down, do they go after Helen or whoever the replacement nom is? Do they even care as long as it's not one of the five or the +1s (Amanda, Kaitlin and GM)?
  15. So, how accurate is this chart and how strong would you consider these alliances to be? I haven't had time to read the updates or watch the feeds so I'm trying to get an understanding before I dive in. And who is going home this week?
  16. Did they show the jury debate the final 3 last night? Or is that part of final night?
  17. If Ian wins HOH, he is going to win regardless of who he takes with him. If it's Dan vs Dani, Dan will say that he influenced Dani's decisions and any moves she made were really his own. But he can't say that about Ian. Ian played a great all around game. He did everything the jury looks for in a winner - he won a lot of comps, he was good socially (except with Frank) and he made big moves.
  18. Is Ian really talking about taking Dani? Did he say that to the camera?
  19. I think people on this board are putting too much thought into Shane's game and thought process. The dude is just wired differently than most BB players. His game was very simple: win physical comps and make decisions that were best for his alliance. It may not have ever been official but it was obvious S/B/D/D was the core alliance in the house and Shane was going to be loyal to those three until the bitter end. What he did to Frank/Boogie was nothing like what Dan did to hi. He wasn't in a long standing alliance with them. He targeted F/B because it was best for the Quack Pack. On the other hand, what reason did he have to distrust Dan? Sure, Dan had stabbed Frank and Jenn in the back but from Shane's perspective, that was for the benefit of the QP. And yeah, Dan's funeral had resulted in Brit going home but Brit being the target was more Frank's decision than Dan's and Dan had to make a move to stay in the game. From Shane's perspective, Shane's existence in the house wasn't detrimental Dan's survival. And at the end of the day, Dan had never done anything to make Shane distrust him (that Shane knew about) until that eviction. And when Shane nominated Frank and Boogie, why does anyone expect Shane would defend Dan? Joe went to bat for Dan because he was clueless! He (Joe) had no idea that the Quack Pack was remaining silent in order to protect Ian. And you re also forgetting that F/B went after Shane first and his response was that he was doing what was best for HIS game ... which was true ... it just also happened to be what was best for his ALLIANCE. Did Shane do dumb things in the house? Of course. Blaming Brit for his noms was weak sauce. Volunteering to go on the block is never a good move. And overall, he was the least vocal member of the Quack Pack. However, he was important to the alliance because he was good in comps and was almost everyone's first or second target. He saved himself from the block twice, got Boogie out of the game (Ian can take credit all he wants but it was Shane's HOH) and would have successfully back doored Frank in week 3 if Production hadn't added that stupid twist to the coaches entering the game. And he did all that while playing a relatively honest game, at least compared to the other major players this season.
  20. Hope it's Ian. I don't want to see Dani throw part 3 to Dan.
  21. Dan might be her best chance to win but a final 3 with Dan and Shane guaranteed her at least $50,000. If Ian wins HOH, she might go home empty handed. I think she's legit upset... And you're giving her A LOT of credit to think she'd be thinking that far ahead (ie helping her chances vs Dan in the final 2).
  22. Production doesn't care who is in the final 2 because that isn't decided until finale night anyways so a Ian and Dan final 2 won't draw a bigger crowd that a finals with Dani in it. But they do probably care who wins and, in this case, they want the super fan who has been trying for years to get on the show to win.
  23. Well, he knows that Dan is the reason Brit went home. He thinks Dan has treated Dani like crap. And even if it was best for him, he knows Dan completely blindsided Shane last night... That said, I definitely think the wizards are in his ear. They wanted Dan to vote out Shane for two reasons: a ratings bump for the rest of the season and because they want Ian to win. I won't be surprised if the DR convinces Ian to take Dani to the final 2 if he wins HOH because she would be easier to beat (not that I think he would lose to Dan either).
  24. He's going to have to win the final HOH to win this thing. No chance Dan takes him and Dani is too loyal to Dan to take him.
  25. You actually think Shane will vote for Dan?! I know he has 6 days to calm down but you're putting a lot of faith in Shane ... the guy who knows the least about game play ... voting for someone because they "played the best game".
