You're right.  I'm getting senior moments.  Toss it up to my age lol.  In my mind I could see Mark and Elena sitting on the block.

On the other hand, the show tonight was the most cringe-worthy of the season IMHO.  Can they all possibly be that stupid.  And I hope somebody sticks a knife in that f'n bird soon.  Maybe Jason on his way out the door Thursday.

Please don't kill the bird, that is the closest thing they are going to get to a clue bird.

  2. I know posters have commented that they were tired of other posters talking about how dumb and stupid the hg are, but, no matter how much it is discussed, our discussions cannot accurately reflect how incredibly dumb these people are. There are seven people left, and Paul gets 3 of them to throw the hoh comp? Then, after watching3 couple in a row get targeted, Alex volunteers to be a pawn. How dumb is she. Will the light bulb ever come on?

No, in her last HOH (thrown to her by Paul) she said in DR she was going to make a huge move to shake things up.  So... she nominated Mark and Elena.  Are you all shook up now? :D

Elena was already gone. Xmas big move was putting Mark up against Lazy Matt. She shook up things so much, no one in the house was mad at the end of her HOH. We, the fans, were made because we spent about 3 days waiting for the big move and all we got was a dud.

I'm with you on all that.  This year's cast make no sense whatsoever...

Plus, look how deep we are into the season (less than 3 weeks left!) and yet there has not been ONE single big move made in the house - except for Cody's ill fated nomination of Paul which blew up in his face thanks to the geniuses at CBS.

Don't forget xmas big move. She really shook things up.

Paul's 3 week safety was the first den of temptation vote, he did not get it automatically when he came in off Kevin taking the $25k.

The 25K temptation was also just for TV. I don't remember BB ever offering $25k as a prize in the game before. They made the prize a secret and big enough that they knew that someone would take it and Paul would enter the game. I am willing to bet that over half the hg clicked the button after Kevin. But as you can see, thinking is not the strong suit of this group and they all took too long to figure out that they would be fools to pass up 25k.

  6. This is the part of BB that I hate. I hate when someone says something in the house and the public jumps on it and try to use it to ruin peoples lives. Half of the people that is ready to annihilate Jason probably voted for the current president. It is a game and the people are monitored 24/7. Was it a classless joke? Yes it was, but the histrionics is way over the top also. Every year, one of the hg says something that is ill advised and the audience loses their mind. It is unnecessary.

Was anyone aware of any voting for Paul's Temptation?  I had not heard of any voting at that time.  Did I totally miss that?  Seems like all of a sudden BAM!  Paul wins 3 weeks safety.  Am I the only person confused by this.

I believe Pauls temptation was the first one voted on by the public. Since Paul had just played last year, it was almost a guarantee that he would win the vote.

I'm pretty sure BB had a huge hand in Paul getting the 3 weeks of safety gift - one way or another.  If that particular "temptation" had not been in the game...or if ANYONE else had won it, this entire season would have been entirely different.  Paul would have never lasted past week 3 or 4 otherwise.  Isn't it odd that in the previous 18 seasons, BB has never had a twist that gave anyone anywhere NEAR this much power?

In a season of Allstars, they gave Boogie a veto or something that was good for like 5 weeks or something. It was secret and he could using it on anybody. My memory ain't that good, hopefully one of the other people remember the power and can fill us in on exactly how it work.

Going by the title of the award 'America's Favorite Player' I'm saying that the people that post comments like this "I'd vote for Cody JUST to piss off the other HGs" are voting for someone who is NOT their Favorite because they got butthurt for whatever reason watching the show. Its these people who would not vote for their ACTUAL favorite that make me dislike the America's Vote. In your first sentence above you say it doesn't matter how they arrive at their favorite, I'm saying they aren't voting for their favorite no matter how they arrived at it because they want to cheese off the other HGs by voting for someone else.

Well, I guess if you want to be technical, in that situation the person would be voting for his least disliked player, which would mean that is their favorite of what is available.

I've always thought the Have/Have Not was unfair and boring. So many other things BB can do with the time spent on this especially if the rules aren't obeyed as stated above.

Turn the H/HN comp into a reward comp instead. The rewards could be letters from home or a night out of the house or all other HGs be come servants for sometime or any of a million things that would be much more fun for us, the viewers to watch.

Sorry, I had to edit this just to find out if I'm wrong when I said It would be much more fun for us viewers to watch. Would anyone miss the H/HN stuff? Is it entertaining to anyone who watches the show?

Have/have-nots would not be missed because it doesn't add anything to the game, in my opinion. They need to come up with a different concept that can cause friction between the players or cause the players to consider strategy in picking have and have-nots. I would much rather see them bring back the food comps or do like they did in Australian BB and give the house basic foods and then they had earn money to buy additional food, like ice cream, coffee, cereal, etc.

I liked Marcellas, but really? If you have a veto and you're on the block, USE IT!

Although it was one of the most boneheaded moves in reality history, Marcellas did that because he was trying to honor his word. That was back in the early days of reality tv and there were people on that believed you could play honorably and still win. I think most fans thought the same. Now we know that playing honorably tends to get you evicted, rather than closer to the prize. If he were on the show now, I am pretty sure he would hang on to that veto as if his life depended on it.

This is one show that I would love to see a reunion. I should probably be ashamed of myself. I really would love to hear them admit how stupid they were. I just don't know if they will even get it. Josh thinks they are all awesome!  lol

Every year, what ever cast they put in the house, they always think they are the greatest bunch of people to ever grace the BB house. I can't imagine why this crew thinks they are great.

I see your point and I agree. However, I read a post that said "I would vote for Cody just to piss the other HGs off". Not, to my understanding, that Cody was his favorite and thus deserving in his or her eyes to win AFP, but because he or she just wanted to cheese off someone else. This is what I was referring to. Maybe Cody is his or her favorite but it didn't come across like that.

My point was that it doesn't matter how a person arrives at their favorite, whether they see the person as the most honest, the prettiest, the most likable or the one who they hated the least, it is their choice. Your post seemed to imply that because people were butthurt they would not vote for the most "deserving" person. But, there are no criteria for establishing the most "deserving" and you seem to be mad because people would not vote for the person you thought "deserved" the AFP. Although Cody was only in the house for 4 or 5 weeks of playing time, there are a lot of people who liked him. Generally, that amount would not get a player AFP, but, when the other players are so disliked, it may happen this year. Each fan has their own vote and their own criteria.

I got really excited when I read the first half of your sentence.

I can't believe I spent so much time watching/thinking about this show this summer. It really jumped the shark and I almost wish I hadn't started watching BB again. CBS really needs to start thinking about revamping it. As for this season, I will go to the bitter end, or at least that's my plan. Not sure if I'll start watching the next season though. I mean what's the point if it's anything like this. So predictable. I think production had a hand in the game as far as getting Paul ahead in the beginning, but I don't know how much they play a part at this point. One would think they have to be disappointed in how predictable it is. Expect the unexpected! HA!

I will watch next season because to me every season is different. The comps may be the same and the rules may be the same but the interaction of the players makes every season unique. This season is boring to me because there really has only been one side. I like it when there's multiple groups of 2 to 3 people all strategizing to get ahead in the game.

Our society knows or should know that most Cubans are hard working dedicated people. Have never seen a Cuban of this weak mentality.  Production scraped bottom of barrel to find these lowlife classless idiots.  Except Kevin who is only person showing class and definite sensitivity to those being bullied by the rest.

Cubans should file a class action suit against Josh for getting on TV and announcing that he's Cuban.

It's been known for years that violating the have-not rule would get you a penalty vote and a number of hg's have been penalized for it. Matt's pretty much the first to ignore it completely. Tossing somebody out for breaking that rule poses serious problems for production. If they toss someone before jury it's no big deal. But doing so after they start seating the jury and you run the risk for a tie, plus more than one person could in theory break the rule during jury seating. Interesting that the only mention of it was right as they began to vote. I agree the penalty is way too light for the crime committed. They should give them 3 votes instead. That would make them think twice before eating that sammich, especially as you get closer to the end.

In the case of Matt, he would have been happy if it was 3 votes because he had already decided to give his game to Raven. But for most, they do not want that vote against them and will follow the rules.

I'm guessing she will be leaving next week in the double eviction. I would love to be a fly on the wall when she finds out Paul played her like a fiddle, along with everyone else.

she's gonna feel like a fool when Paul takes xmas, but she will really feel like a fool if it is xmas and raven.

I'm gonna take a guess and say Josh knows exactly what he's doing. He has no problem getting in anyone's face and aggravating the hell out of them. He's banking on everyone wanting to take him to F2 because he's pissed off all the jurors. It's not the first time someone has tried to play that card, on this game and Survivor.

But why does he run off and cry afterwards. After the attack that he starts, he claims to be the victim.

  19. Why does this big puss always jump in someone's face and then runs off to cry afterwards because they treated him bad? I could believe he asked xmas why do people threatening him when he calls them out.  If he tries that crap in real life, somebody is going to give him the answer just about the time they stomp a mudhole in his ass.
