  1. If Jenn wins next HOH...see ya Ian. Dan wins HOH following that and Shane may be gone. It's getting near the end of the game. People are going to began to make the moves that will get them to the end. Every HOH and eviction changes things. Although it is possible, I doubt the QP will be the final 4. Someone will get picked off (possibly Dan) and things will change. If Jenn wins a HOH, I would be surprised if she worked a deal to go to the end. If I were playing, I would be trying to work deals to drag Jenn and Joe as far as I could.
  2. Dan would not fall for that. I think he knows that Frank will vote for the player that he believes played the best game and deserves the win. Frank will not vote on a strictly personal basis. His problem is...he's too honest to do it.
  3. I feel like this...anything said within the context of the game is fair. The number one goal of the players is to make it to the end. I have no problem with a player telling another player what they want to hear. Promising people things that goes beyond the game, to get further in the game is unfair, such as, promising someone a car or job or promising to visit someone after the show. However, lying about your job, your favorite football team, the type of man or woman you like or your religious beliefs is all fair. To me, swearing on your bible or wedding ring or anything else doesn't mean anything more, than just giving your word, that we have a deal. Almost everyone makes multiple final two deals. In my world, saying that we have a deal is the same as swearing on the bible or swearing on your life. Your word is your bond. If two players make a deal and one swears on the bible and one doesn't, is the player that did not swear on the bible, free to leave the deal, while the one that swore is bound to the deal? I believe people are manufacturing outrage over this because Dan is double crossing Frank. We all know that a deal is only as good as the paper it's written on. And, since there are no paper and pencils in the BB house...a deal is only good for as long as both players need it.
  4. ITA Marty. Only one person can win the game. Anyone who thinks another player is not making a move in his own best interest is a fool and deserves to be taken advantage of. We all remember Marcellas, he did the honorable thing and gave up his safety. Not only did he lose his chance at the money, practical every BB fan calls him the stupidest player in BB history. Any player that wants to win should use whatever advantage they can to stay in the game. From lying and deceit, to sexuality. I would not blame Shane if he snuggled up with Dani more. It's what she wants and that may get him to the half million. He can tell her, he's gay later. Dan is simple using his knowledge and instincts as a coach to get people to perform for his team. Team Dan. It's up to them to get Dan to perform for their team.
  5. In the words of William Munny (Clint Eastwood: Unforgiven), deserves got nothing to do with it. In BB, unlike the other reality games, I believe you have to know when and how to suck up more. Even when you win. Frank was put on the block right off the bat. He hasn't changed anything about his game since. When he wins, he talks crap. Does he have a right to...yep. But, people feelings get hurt. The chances of getting burned for hurting someones feelings are higher in this game than any other. When the house decided they were going to stick it to Boogie, he spent the whole week talking crap and bullying people. People remember those things. At the veto comp the other day, attacking Ian made for good tv (i loved it), socially, he would have been better off just giving a speech indicating that he hated to do it, but for his game, he had to put Britney on the block. If Frank makes it to the end, he deserves to win. But, I really doubt he's going to make it to the end. Frank is a huge physical target and he should have did something to make himself less of a target, but he never did.
  6. I watch Dan talk to Frank after the funeral and Dan went from saying he was not playing the game or trying to cut deal or anything to having frank on his side within about 5 minutes. You could see Frank was just mesmerized by Dan's pitch. I think he could sell all the folks in the game anything he wanted. Danielle had no problem sitting on the block while Dan was taken off the block. She totally trusted Dan's plan.
  7. They are playing for half a million dollars. If Frank makes it to the final 2, he will probably win hands down. So, if they want a chance at a half million dollars, they have to make sure Frank does not make it to the final. It sucks for Frank, but that's the game. Maybe he should have a little more social game and a little less brawn.
  8. Fav= Dan... still do not want him to win because he was a coach, but that is less of a factor for me. After last week, I am started to lean towards the belief that he deserves to win. In fact, I think I am at the point where I believe Frank is the only one that deserves to win more than Dan. Least= Ian
  9. That is an amazing convo. Do they not have any question of why Dan is voting Brit out, yet Dani is dead to him. They are talking about why everyone else's game is bad, yet they are not looking at their own game. Frank's social game sucks, he's just terrible....lol
  10. Yeah, they didn't show that on TV, but I think before the veto comp, Dan knew he was on his own. Their actions in the veto just proved it. Once Britney knew she would be the replacement nom, she convince the rest of the QP not to win the veto.
  11. Ian look like he almost crapped his pants when Frank called him out at the veto meeting. He looked like a little 10 year old kid that got caught stealing...I loved it. I hope the little weasel is out next week.
  12. It's getting towards the end of the game and everybody may have to do a little backstabbing and betraying their partners. If they want to win, they will have to make an assessment of the game each week and make decision based on who can get them further in the game. That person may change as the game gets closer to the end. To complicate things, they will have to make decisions based on who they want to and not want to sit next to at the end. Frankly, I wouldn't count on the fact that Dan has won before, therefore the other hg will not vote for him. If it comes down to taking Dan or Joe to the final 2, I think Dani would be better taking Joe. I don't think Dani will separate from Dan until late in the game. I think if it came down to it, I think she would vote Shane out right now.
  13. Dan needed the big production so that the rest of the house would not know he had a plan to stay. Remember his speech? He said he was not going to campaign. He needed everybody to think he had given up. If everyone knew he was trying to stay, the other house guest would have constantly been in Jenn's ear to keep her from playing the veto. Instead, everyone assumed that Jenn was not going to play the veto. He attacked Dani, she had a breakdown and that gave him all the time he needed to talk to her without any interference from the other hg's. In the end, he was able to put the plan in place and catch the whole house off guard. Since Dan attacked Dani and she is playing like she didn't know anything about the plan, the rest of the house thinks that Dan's alliance only includes Frank and Jenn. They do not know that if Dani stays, they have a 4 person alliance. If the rest of hg knew that for sure, there would be an all out campaign to vote Dani out and keep Brit. Currently, they think Dani will be there ally. Considering the situation, I think Dan's plan was as perfect as he could make it.
  14. I do not want Dan to win, but I have got to say, this was probably the biggest move I ever saw someone pull off on all of reality TV. Dan went from everyone in the house working against him, to almost everyone seeing things his way. Dan has now jump to the upper echelon of BB greats. To me, it's Dr. Will and Dan and then everyone else is a distant second at best.
  15. You are right. I keep forgetting about that. I guess Brit is the only way out. This will be a helluva move if Dan pulls this off.
  16. I think the best move for Dan is, they lay everything out to Jenn and get her on board for the new alliance. Jenn uses the veto and takes Dani off the block. No one will suspect anything. Frank then puts up Ian and says it's pay back for putting him up. Then Dani, Jenn and Joe vote out Ian. Joe should be an easy sell because he knows Ian wants him out. Only bad thing for Frank is, Ashley is going to give it up to whoever gets there first...Ian or Frank.
  17. Looks like Dan spent the whole 24 hours thinking of a plan. Today, I figured Dan had zero chance of staying. I am now giving him about a 3 in 10 chance of staying.
  18. I agree with you. Although there are some really bad players...for the most part, the difference between ordinary and so called great players is luck. Players have to make decisions that will further them in the game and hope it aligns with what other players want. This season, Janelle went from being the coach that would have been completely in control of the game to the first player eliminated after the reset. Did she make any huge mistake...no. Boogie was set to make a big run, his only mistake was trusting a guy who was out to stab him the back. Danielle could have just as easily chose not to use the veto and left her noms the same instead of putting up Janelle. We would probably be talking about a totally different game now. I never considered Dan to be a great player but he is a good player. But, I do not believe he played poorly during this season. If Frank was not the HOH this week, Dan probably would not be on the block. If the QP did not backdoor Boogie and the S6 would have stayed intact, Dan would still probably be on the block this week. That was B/F plan. Dr. Will is considered to be the greatest BB player ever. Did he ever try to win a comp? He had what appeared to be clear sailing to a second win in All-stars, but Janelle figured out that she couldn't win with him in the game. Janelle was a great player. She tried to win every comp. Never won the game. I thought Gnat was a great player but she lost the comp that she had to win. In my opinion, Jordan and Jun sucked, but everything aligned for them at the right time. Luck is the big difference maker in my opinion, unfortunately, Dan has probably run out of luck. I do think he is one of the better players though.
  19. Watch out. They have awakened the sleeping giant. It's Jenn-city.
  20. Why is feeds 3 & 4 just locked on Dan laying in bed? He's the only one in the room.
  21. Ian is finding out that it is awful hard to make decisions when everyone is pulling you in different directions. Everybody, including production has there own agenda and Ian is having a hard time figuring out whose agenda best fits with his.
  22. When selling a good story, it helps when you can pit good vs evil. To the fans, Frank and Boogie (evil) may be the least favorite house guest, so you want them gone. But to the producers, ratings is what counts more than anything. I bet Thursday nights show, with Boogie going home, was one of the highest rated shows of the season. All the fans tuned into see Boogie get what was coming to him. Now, production must do something for ratings for the rest of the season. So, they must keep the number two villain on the show. I think production probably decided Frank was a keeper soon after Boogie picked him. I believe production would love to engineer an Ian vs Frank final two. They would want Ian to win because that would make the most fans happy at the end of the season. But just think about it...Frank's fans would be pissed because of all the comps that Frank won. They would feel like Frank got robbed. I would even be better if Frank only lost by one vote. Therefore, Frank would be ratings gold to bring back on a future season.
  23. I don't remember another player being this obsessed with getting even with another player. Frank obsession has blinded him to all other options other than getting Dan out the game.
  24. The message would not make any difference to Frank. He has one single focus at the moment. Frank is obsessed with Dan. Shane has put him up twice. Even after Shane put his Idol up and they voted him out...Ian turned around and put him on the block and he still can't see past Dan. Boogie even told him to not trust Ian. He's now buddy-buddy with Ian and still hating Dan. I don't think he does very well with critical thinking. It's all brute force. I doubt he will do very well at the face puzzle game.
  25. Fav = Dan. However I do not want him to win because he is a retread (coach). Least = Frank. I do not want him to win either. However, if he makes it to the final two, he definitely will deserve the win. When you get down to it, outside of Dan, none of the players excite me and it would be fine with me if none of them won the game. I hate Frank because he is so self-centered and he teamed up with Boogie. He is basically Boogie 2. You can definitely why they are drawn to each other. Dan and Brit is out because they are coaches. They rest of them all have flaws that irritates the hell out me. I do like Joe, except he can't win comps.
