  1. Jury: What was your game plan in the house?

    (possible F2 HGs)

Paul: I put every one of you in the jury. I decided who and when. And then you all did exactly what I wanted.

Xmas: Poor me, I broke my foot, couldn't do much. And I obeyed Paul and sunk my harpy claws into whoever he pointed out.

Josh: I acted like a scared baby, lashing out and then crying in the first weeks. Then Paul took over and directed my buffoonery at specific HGs. I followed his orders.

Raven: I'm dying. Let me tell you about all my diseases...

    Jury: NOOOOO!

Matt: Huh? I think we are out of cereal.

Alex: I'm tough. I'll beat the crap out of all of you. Come here, Jason. I need to beat on someone. Wait, let me see if Paul says it's OK to beat you.

Jason: Well, f@%k. I'm Whistle-Nut and how the f-in hell am I sitting here? Alex was right about doing what Paul said, I think. F@%k, Alex, stop hitting me!

Kevin: You liked my stories, right? I got a lot of them. Every time Paul would tell me who to vote for, I'd tell a story about something.  Then we'd laugh.

I could be wrong, my memory is not what it used to be, but, I am not sure when, but I thought Cody did talk to them and tell them about why he tried to backdoor Paul, his being a vet that made it to f2 last year, etc. And I seem to remember him pointing out to other folks that Paul had kept the 3 weeks safety secret from the rest of the alliance. As I said, I could be wrong,

I always thought his fatal flaw was not telling the main alliance about his plan before the backdoor move. After he had thrown the veto to Alex, it made it look like he was just playing for himself and could not be trusted.

I know there were a lot of conversations in smaller groups and a lot of mistrust being started but I don't remember the three couples all together discussing what happened and why. But they might have. I just remember everything being so chaotic, with frantic convos all over the house. And in that chaos, Paul was able to pull the couples to him.

And, like you said, what happened to wanting to win?

This is my biggest problem this season. If a HG plays the game to win, even if I don't like them or their way of playing, I'm still happy that they played. Even Paul last season. Didn't like him, didn't like his game. But had to say that he deserved to be in that F2 seat. I don't really think that this time because he had too many advantages in this game. But then right now, I don't think any of them really deserves to win.

You are correct.  Everyone tried to push his button but I think he pushed everyone else's button, so he played the game in his own way. The game would have been totally different if Cody would have been able to BD Paul reguardless if he was voted out or not.  I personally think he would of convinced the house to keep him., but I think the house would have split more evenly.

Cody totally mishandled the aftermath of Paul's pendant reveal. He got angry and shut everyone out. If he had brought the couples back upstairs and explained how he thinks Paul is the most dangerous HG because he is a vet and he played a pretty mean game last time. He could say he was trying to keep the others safe by being able to say it was his decision alone, no blood on their hands. And he could point out that he was right about Paul being bad for the house because he as given three damn weeks of safety. Maybe, just maybe, this would have kept those four from climbing up Paul's ass. But maybe not. These people are sheep.

Apparently, there are a couple of temptation trees and Paul won 'save a friend'. Seriously, Mr. Friendship gets the 'save a friend'? This season is a joke. It's like they aren't even trying to hide their interference anymore.

While I was waiting for the feeds to come back on, I was reading some of the tweets. There was one with a very short clip of Josh and Paul in the HoH talking about the first golden apple. Josh says something about taking the apple and Paul comes halfway across the bed towards him and says, "You know that was put there for me, right? Right?" And then a woman's voice says, "I guess he knows now."

Welcome to the Paul Show, HGs. Leave your backbones and brains at the door, please.

  6. I didn't pay attention to the whole show tonight. Once I realized it was a rehash episode I tuned out a bit. So, I saw that they covered Cody/Jess and Mark/Elena showmance but did I miss them showing Maven? I know they showed Matt scarfing down cereal but was there any mention of Maven or even any little bit about Raven? Or Xmas even?

I might have done the same thing.  I wouldn't have wanted to have fake hugs and kisses and "I love you" coming from this bunch.

It was disgusting when they all hugged and kissed Elena out the door.

Cody should have just made a plain and simple statement, You are all playing for Paul to win. See you all in jury house soon. Trying to lie about them talking to him about game was pointless.

The problem with getting Paul out now is that not only does someone have to get the backbone to put him on the block, they have to trust that the other minions will vote him out. That is why I do not think he will be voted out. There is no opposing alliance to put the votes together.

You are spot on. They will all be afraid to approach anyone with the  concept of getting Paul out for fear that they will run to Paul and his other minions and tell them. It was shown what happens to the person who even suggests that Paul should be evicted tonight when Jason stabbed Mark in the back and they all jumped on him.

  9. I'm going with Kevin now as the one I want to win. It's not going to happen since he has already been marked as a target but I liked his conversation with Jason in the yard about the sharks and the apes. Plus I'm old, he's old so I'll just hope for the old guy to win it all.

And then next week he will be walking out the door.

The rest of these people suck.

Jason already let everyone know on live tv last night that he and Alex are a lock and that nothing or no one comes between them, so Paul already knows.

Yes but what I meant was that if Alex decided to make a move on Paul, she could tell Jason and he wouldn't run to Paul with it like some of the others in the house.

Kevin has been a strange shape shifter...I thought he was going to join with Cody because he sees that Paul is doing what heis doing, but then he goes and tells Paul...what is the sense in that?

Some kind of connection/deal had to have been made between Paul and Kevin in the first week or two. Paul probably told him to keep their alliance secret. That's the only way I could see Kevin telling Paul about the 25k and then casting that vote for Ramses because Paul wanted it. This gave Paul a spy downstairs with the "outcasts" in those first weeks while he was pushing himself in on the cool kids upstairs. Just have to wonder when Kevin will figure out that Paul has stuck a target on his back now.

  12. 12 minutes ago, NYROSE said:

I think Alex has the spunk to make a change; I think the problem is that telling anyone that you are after Paul is likely to get back to Paul since these creatures are such sycophants.

She has Jason for sure. He wouldn't run to Paul with it. If Kevin starts to figure out that Paul is turning the minions against him, she might be able to pull him in. And if she stops being such a jerk to Mark, he would be on board, too. That would be a good start. I would think that Matt must have to feeling that he is expendable since they have had him be pawn a couple times but I get the feeling he doesn't really care. He has said that the stipend is the same if you go out 1st to jury or last to jury.

Paul is going after Kevin hard, not sure why he can't seriously think he is working with Cody. I can't believe that no one is telling Kevin that Paul is telling  everyone he won the 25 thousand.

Do you think any of them feel even a little bad that they put a big target on Ramses' back by blaming him for no reason?

  14. All her DR whining about being on the block, would have pleaded with Mark and Cody to take her off the block if they had played and won, wins the veto comp and then takes $5000 instead to the veto. Oh, and pissing  off the HoH by going back on her word and giving her a really crappy punishment. This woman deserves to be evicted tonight and I think Alex would have the votes if she wanted to send Elena to jury. But this won't happen because Paul want's HIS enemy out.

  15. 1 minute ago, Lamasquerade said:

Yes, that too, which is more annoying then all the other stuff. What I find most sickening is that Matt actually puts up with her and the crazy that goes with her. Is he that desperate for sex? I think she is a beard for him anyway.  What happened to her ghost busters paranormal hobby? Did she ever mention that?

Only time I have heard her mention the ghost busting crap was when they did the haunted BB house comp.

My issue with the whole thing is it appears to be all forced wording with raven..drama and acting. I think we can't place all the blame on mama now. Raven should have a say in her own health matters at her age, since she is not a kid. Not a kid when it comes down to having sex on tv and dressing provacatively, she handles that stuff as an adult.

And then there is the "topper" stories. No matter what kind of troubles someone else has had, she can top it with  her or someone in her family's horrible illness or problems. I can't help but think some mean and sarcastic thoughts about genetics and family when she goes on and on about all her diseases.

  17. If it is true that he makes double the stipend of the rest of the cast, it makes me wonder if the 3 week immunity was also part of his bonus for gracing the show with his divine presence. There would be no way his ego could handle going into the house and then being tossed right back out again by a bunch of newbies. His was the only one that wasn't one use only.

  18. For the last week or so, Paul has been taking shots at Kevin. Started with Kevin is acting weird and then was out of line because he dared to talk to Cody. Alex immediately ran with that and stepped up the talk against Kevin. Now Paul gave her the big rock to throw at Kevin, told her Kevin took the 25k. He says Josh knew about it too. And Jason? Not sure if he said Jason told Josh. But now he has planted a huge target on Kevin's back.

Has Paul made too many targets too soon? Mark and Elena know they are in the short list and surely Matt and Raven can sense that they are floating on the edge of Paul's orbit of devoted minions. If Kevin figures out that Paul is now done with him and somehow, these five people take their heads out of their own asses, they could have a nice voting block and maybe save themselves from being taken out one by one.

  19. The bullies banded together to hammer on Cody today. He was eating in the kitchen and they all stood around him and watched the two harpies, X and Alex, put him down, call him a liar and grill him with questions that they felt they were entitled to have answers to. Paul, of course, stood there not saying a word because he didn't have to. He knows this will be on the show and he won't be the one being seen kicking a man when he is alone and down.

It would be wonderful if Cody could stay. However Cody staying at this point in time would be manufactured by production which is more of the same of what's obviously already happened in this game for others such as Christmas. But the only thing that would redeem this show at this point is if Cody somehow stayed and Paul was caused to actually play his own game without the easy manipulation he's had on the other houseguests. It's bizarre that these people don't think for themselves. I also agree that Mark is a lot more palatable than I thought he was in the beginning. But the show is been such a disappointment this season. Other seasons have been lacking for other reasons but this season Takes the Cake it's just a bore a snoozefest. All of them except for Cody and Jessica are Paul's tools. And I wasn't even a fan of Cody or Jessica. They're game wasn't that great either.

Yeah, Cody is done. He just doesn't have the personality to sway anyone or even get them to consider that Paul is using them to advance his own game. These HGs could turn this game around if they would wake up and turn the table on Paul. Someone has to grow a backbone and put him on the block and convince enough people that the vet has given them more than enough of his amazing insight on how to play the game and now it's time for them to play without him.

PS: Really like your screen name :D

I agree 100%. I do not understand this whole deal with not talking to people because they are not in their group or whatever. To me that is worse than mean girls in high school. What a terrible choice to bring Paul back. He annoyed me in his season and this season is way worse. I do not understand why no one will stand up to him, if not for game reason at least for personal reasons. This season is most certainly a joke. It is so hard to watch!!

This is mostly on Paul but the others follow him without a second thought. He tells them to shun and isolate the ones he is setting up for eviction and they happily follow his orders. Can't believe that none of them think about who will be next to be left out in the cold. Josh said, once Cody, Elena and Mark are gone everything will be good. Doesn't he realize that they will all but two be following those three out the door?
