12:00 AM BBT When we come back from Reels, Liz is saying “oh no.” They are all sitting directly on the apples now. The seats they were on are gone. Vanessa says that this is what the apples were for ...the next level. Liz says they had to go to this because they are too good. 12:04 AM BBT All three are silent again as they concentrate on sitting on the apples, which are slick and slippery. 12:07 AM BBT The HGs are reset and slammed into the wall. As they reset again, Steve says “good job you guys” and is echoed by Vanessa and Liz. Liz starts to sing “I came in like a wrecking ball” as they are slammed into the wall again. 12:09 AM BBT All three HGs are hanging on tightly, no longer stretching their arms or resting them. They are closely wrapped around and hanging on. Vanessa changes her hand hold. They are slammed into the wall and then they reset again for another hit. 12:11 AM BBT Vanessa swears. She has pulled one leg up around the top of the apple. They are all quiet as they pull back to hover over the red water and swing back to hit the wall. 12:12 AM BBT It’s 3.5 hours since feeds returned. Vanessa complains that Steve’s wooden disk is positioned better for him and that hers is getting in the way and making it hard for her to hang on. Liz suggests moving it. Vanessa has one leg bent now and the other leg hooked over it and sticking out. Steve has his ankles crossed. 12:16 AM BBT Liz says they are going to have to get in Dr. Horowitz tomorrow. The HGs continue to hang on tight as they swing over the red pond and are then are slammed into the wall over and over. 12:17 AM BBT STEVE IS DOWN! Vanessa tells him good work Steve. Steve tells them good job. Liz chimes in saying good work! 12:18 AM BBT We are on Jeff’s Reels. Steve fell just as they were hovering over the water. We come back to feeds and Vanessa and Liz are talking quietly as they hang in front of the wall. Steve is standing on the sidelines with a towel around his shoulders. Liz and Vanessa reset and are slammed into the wall. 12:20 AM BBT Vanessa are Liz continue to hang on tight as they are reset and slammed into the wall. Steve is shivering as he looks on. 12:22 AM BBT Liz tells Vanessa she doesn’t want to go through this pain again. Vanessa tells her that Liz doesn’t understand and that she can go another 10 hours. She’s too old and it will take her too long to heal. She can’t let go. Liz whines “I knowww” 12:24 AM BBT Liz and Vanessa continue to hang on tightly. Liz complains that she has to pee and Vanessa tells her there’s a toilet inside...a nice one. Liz laughs. Steve is encouraging them from the sidelines. Vanessa asks Liz if her muscles are tired and Liz says yes. Vanessa says hers literally aren’t tired. She’s in pain but she’s going to endure it. As they slam into the wall, Vanessa swears about the piece of wood hurting her. As they reset, Vanessa begins listing all the enticements inside to tempt Liz to fall. 12:26 AM BBT Liz is telling Vanessa that Vanessa knows everything and Liz knows nothing. Vanessa tries to tell her it isn’t like that. It’s speed that Liz will need. Vanessa says she doesn’t have speed. The endurance is the best she can do. She tells Liz that Liz has a better shot in the next round. Both are hanging tight as they slam into the wall yet again. 12:28 AM BBT They hit the wall again, and Liz cries “ahhh!” As they reset, Vanessa adjusts her hand hold. Vanessa looks over at Liz after they hit, and then curses the piece of wood. She talks to Liz about her “vegetables” and how it hurts. Liz tells her she doesn’t feel it anymore. Vanessa promises Liz that the next competition requires speed, not knowledge. She tells Liz it will require skills that Vanessa doesn’t have. Liz doesn’t respond and Vanessa promises that she is NOT falling off. If Liz wants to ruin herself by going ten hours, fine. Vanessa tells her she can’t give up because this is her only shot. Vanessa asks her if she is gonna drop and Liz says no. As they reset, though, Liz drops into the water. Vanessa thanks her and drops too. 12:31 AM BBT Vanessa is the winner of Part I of the Final HOH. She congratulates Liz and they say that was f’n insane. Vanessa is breathing hard. We get reels. At 12:30 AM BBT Liz whispered to Vanessa to look at her. Vanessa looks and mouths “Promise” As they moved across to reset, Vanessa says not to fall there. When they were over the red pond, Liz finally dropped. 12:46 AM BBT We are back from reels. Liz is soaking wet and heading to the WA. Vanessa and Steve are in the KT talking about how long it was. Liz gets into the shower. 12:48 AM BBT Vanessa tells Steve that she will be one big bruise. She is utterly wrecked and she’ll be lucky if she can walk on finale night. Steve asks if Liz is in the shower. Vanessa says yes and Steve says good that someone is in the shower. Vanessa tells him he can go next. He asks if she wants to go last. She says she got a pass to the third round so the least she can do is let them shower first. She thanks him for being a gentleman. Vanessa says they will all need massages. She apologizes to Mel ...they said no massages, but they will really need them. Vanessa asks Steve to promise her that there won’t be anything physical after this. She’s done now for physical comps. 12:50 AM BBT Vanessa and Steve are whispering now... she tells him that she told him she would win it. She says he will get the next round. Steve says it came down to arm strength on the apple. Vanessa says it became muscular endurance. Vanessa tells him he doesn’t understand that the position of the apple under her. She had a bad position that forced her to use her strength all the time. She finally had to put her weight on it and she is going to have a huge bruise. Vanessa tells Steve that she is very impressed with him. Steve says that all the years he has wanted to be on this show, that competition was the moment he thought of the most. 12:53 AM BBT Steve and Vanessa talk about final 3 endurance comps. Steve says they were not the longest, but longer than some. Vanessa is walking around with a towel around her and walking funny, saying “Lordy Lord.” She goes to WA and hands Liz a loofah. They talk about continuing to move so they don’t get too stiff. Vanessa says she won’t be able to get out of bed. Liz says they’ll all be bedridden. That was so cool. Liz says she knew she couldn’t last as long as Vanessa. Vanessa says her muscles were fine, but she was in intense bruise pain.

11:31 PM BBT Steve goes to the CBR to get his blue hoodie. He returns to the BY and lays on the hammock. He comments that he is worse at the later days. He isn’t sure if today is 88. Steve wonders why the feeds aren’t on right now. There’s nothing else to put feeds on, so he doesn’t know why he’s not on feeds. He checks and sees one camera. He starts reciting days beginning at day 50. 11:38 PM BBT Austin is telling Liz that they have stalemate. Liz moves and says “check” Austin makes a move and Liz says she’s gonna kill him. He tells her to box him in. Liz moves and Austin tells her she can’t do that. Liz moves and says “check” and then Austin is called to the DR. Austin tells her she can win the game, but Liz doesn’t see it so he points it out because he has to go to DR. He calls stalemate and they leave the game. John comments that Austin is limping a bit Austin says it’s from an inflamed hip. 11:42 PM BBT John is in the KT munching. Steve is still on the hammock in the BY reciting days. 11:44 PM BBT Steve is fervently hoping that he wins this next HOH. He says it over and over. He tells feeders that when Vanessa won HOH he thought he was going to have an easy week. Steve starts humming and whistling and pumping his legs to the beat while still laying in the hammock. We get Fish. 11:47 PM BBT Liz comes out to the BY. Steve says hi and asks her to tell him how much time is left on his laundry cycle. Liz says “oh my God your leprechaun hat” and tells him it’s 9 minutes left. Liz leaves and Steve starts reciting days in reverse. 11:50 PM BBT Steve comes inside and goes to the CBR. He thought Johnny would be in there but he’s not. He straightens out the bedclothes and then sits on the bed with his letter and reads. Liz and John are in the WA doing ADLs. 11:55 PM BBT Liz is sweeping in the KT while Austin is washing dishes. Liz asks Austin how his hip is. Austin says it’s just some tendonitis and he just has to take his meds. Liz thinks he did it while working out...not from the comp. Austin says it was hurting him yesterday already. Liz suggests that it probably got worse when he worked out on it. Austin is making Steak and Eggs but Liz says she already brushed her teeth. John joins them in the KT and they talk about the schedule. Austin says they have to hurry up because the premiere of Life in Pieces is going to take over everything. 11:57 PM BBT Austin says he wants to cuddle his babe and Liz says “haven’t you heard? I’m not sleeping there tonight” She reminds him that he threw vegetables at her.

11:00 PM BBT John is called to the DR. Before he leaves, he tells Vanessa about Zombieland. The main character figures out how to survive a zombie apocalypse: cardio and double tap. In the competition, there was cardio and John started hitting his button twice for double tap. Steve comes in after John leaves and asks Vanessa to hang out with him. She says that she was just thinking of going to bed. She asks what time it is and whether it’s too early. Vanessa offers for Steve to listen to her music and he turns her down saying he doesn’t like it. She tells him he’s strange. 11:03 PM BBT Steve asks Vanessa if there is anything he needs to do. She shushes him and tells him to just do what he’s doing. He starts whispering and she whispers back trying to get him to stop. She finally gets through telling him to just be himself. They start talking about music. Austin and Liz are playing a game of chess on the Sky Bridge. 11:05 PM BBT Steve and Vanessa discuss patch bays. Vanessa loves them, but Steve doesn’t and tries to explain why. Vanessa decides that she will turn in. They talk about workouts briefly and Vanessa goes to the HOHR WA. Steve puts on the headset to listen to her music. They talk about the music briefly and Vanessa announces she is going to wash her face and then go to bed. She calls out “goodnight Steve” as she heads to the HOHR WA. Before he leaves, Steve tries to ask once more if there is anything he should do and she waves him off. Steve finally leaves the HOHR. 11:09 PM BBT Steve goes to the CBR briefly and then heads out to the BY. He says he has no one to talk to because Johnny Mac went to DR. He watches the washing machine for awhile and then says he feels like house questions and tonight might be a good night to study. 218 rocks.... he has been studying this house like a madman. He hopes he is ready for a house theme or days comp. They haven’t had one yet and it might be because of the twin twist. He starts listing off the number of things. 11:20 PM BBT Feeds come back after a couple minutes of FotH to Steve pacing in the BY and whispering to himself that he doesn’t see himself winning but he might luck out and get second. 11:21 PM BBT Steve tells us he might have to take his chances with Vanessa and then starts listing off how many comps they have each won. He starts mumbling as he paces. 11:23 PM BBT Steve comes inside to use the WC. Austin and Liz are still playing chess. Liz wonders how she is going to win this game without her rook! 11:27 PM BBT Steve gets himself a drink and a snack in the KT and then heads back out to the BY. He says it’s going to be so sweet when Austin gets evicted. So f’ing sweet. He paces and mutters some more and then goes back into the KT to top up his drink. He returns to the BY.

8:55 AM BBT Vanessa and Steve are in the BY raising the awnings. BB tells Liz and Austin to change their batteries. Vanessa asks Steve if he talked to Johnny last night. Steve says he congratulated him on the veto but didn’t talk game. Vanessa advises Steve to work on his relationship with John and that he needs to lock in John’s vote. Vanessa says John is either doing a good job of convincing Vanessa that Rockstars is nothing to worry about or that he doesn’t know what he’s doing. Vanessa tells Steve that John asked her directly if she had a deal with Steve and Vanessa said no. She tells Steve that John can’t know about it... Steve knows that, right? Vanessa talks more about the convo she had with John, wondering if the root of it was John trying to find out how people are voting so that he is not the odd vote out. She cautions Steve to make sure John feels sure that Steve will take him to final 2. Vanessa goes inside, and Steve says “good for you Johnny” and then starts counting items in the BY. 41 pillows and 3 random plants. Steve goes inside. 9:01 AM BBT John is laying in his bed in the CBR with his bandanna covering his eyes. Steve is laying down too, but is wakeful. Liz and Austin are in the WA doing ADLs. They go to the KT and Austin asks if she wants to go back to bed. Liz says okay, but says they need to get ready so they can only sleep for an hour. They go to the OBR and climb under the covers. 9:13 AM BBT All feeds are quiet, with HGs napping or trying to.

11:00 PM BBT Vanessa says that she is already tipsy from one glass of wine. Vanessa and Liz clink glasses and Liz says it’s strong. Vanessa notes that John is sipping. John says he was eating, but now he’s going to town. Vanessa pours wine for Austin. She tells him that even though he’s a big man, she thinks it will affect him. Austin shoots it, and everyone is impressed. 11:02 PM BBT Conversation turns to chugging and taking pills. Vanessa says John has the weirdest pill-taking technique of all. John says he thinks about it too much. Vanessa describes it in detail. Steve says he just takes the pill without liquid...he can’t take a pill with water. John wishes he could do that. 11:03 PM BBT Liz tells the group that Vanessa was doing more dancing at the concert than Liz was. Vanessa is called to the DR. Vanessa complains that they call her right after she has her wine. She tells them to clean up and she’ll be right back. Steve asks her if she thinks that she has a maid since she is HOH. Vanessa says yes, and his name is Steve. 11:05 PM BBT Steve talks about favorite alliance names and tells John about how fans reacted to some alliances. 11:07 PM BBT Steve tells John that he’s glad John feels better. It was bothering John that he didn’t know the name of their alliance. Steve says it was appropriate to the season because there’s been a lot of scampering. They note that “scamper” was Jeff’s word and shout out to Jeff. 11:08 PM BBT Liz is outside in the BY soaking her feet in the HT. She is sitting by herself and talking about being sad not to win the veto. She is missing Julia, saying that this was their thing to stick their feet in the Jacuzzi together. Liz tells us that she misses Julia. Now she’s here and Austin will probably go up on the block and it sucks. But she came in this house alone and she has to win this thing alone and her motivation is Julia and she knows she has to do what’s best for her and for Julia. She sighs and says they have been close all their lives. No one will understand the bond of an identical twin unless they are one. It’s more than a sister, a generic sibling. Julia is her lifeline. She is probably having more fun in jury than Liz is having in the house. Julia will be jealous of the time Liz had last night. It made Liz hopeful that there is a world out there and life goes on. Even though the money would be nice, it’s not all about the money for her. The experience has already been enough and more. She had no idea what she was getting herself into and she will never forget this. She will probably talk about this for the rest of her life. She wants to get a small and tasteful tattoo ...her mom shouldn’t freak out. Liz encourages live feeders to try out for BB, saying it has been a remarkable experience...except for the ants. 11:12 PM BBT Austin comes out and Liz tells him that she is talking to the feeders and Juj is sitting right there with her. Austin puts his feet in the HT too...for Liz. They kiss and Austin says he loves her so much. She is smiling and says “even with my old lady wig?” 11:13 PM BBT Liz says she can tell Austin is sad. Austin says he’s worried that things will flip and he’ll get blindsided. They talk about making a deal with Johnny Mac, but worry that John might spill it to Vanessa. Austin says he’ll have to be up front with Vanessa. 11:16 PM BBT In the BY, Liz and Austin talk about how well Vanessa talks and how convincing she is. She might sway the jury in the end. They debate whether she is really going to vote Austin out. Austin says that Johnny Mac wants Vanessa out next week and if they stay, John maximizes his chance of getting Vanessa out. John staying is Austin and Liz’s best chance to make final 3. Austin says that he told Vanessa that if Steve goes this week, then Liz, Austin, or Vanessa will win. Liz talks about telling Vanessa that Liz wants a good public image, and that is more important to her than the money. 11:22 PM BBT John and Steve are chatting in the KT about how many people were in prior season. They talk about various schools. Liz and Austin are discussing that Vanessa really wanted to take out Johnny Mac. Liz asks if Austin feels the wine and he says no. He asks her and she says no, but he doesn’t believe her. Liz is looking forward to getting out of the house and just being together. Just eleven days left. Austin says, maybe just 2 for me... if Vanessa betrays him. They kiss and then talk about what they can say to Vanessa to convince her to keep Austin. Austin explains to Liz what their deal with her is, and Liz asks him to explain how the three-round HOH comp works. 11:29 PM BBT Austin is explaining to Liz that this is the last time that the HOH has any power...the person who wins veto is the person voting. Liz says it’s good to win HOH though because you’re safe. Liz realizes that the next HOH is probably going to be hard. Vanessa can’t even compete. Austin thinks it might be the shovel. Liz points out that the HOH can win the veto too. They discuss conversations they want to have. Liz is expecting to be called to the DR soon. She tells Austin that she’s tired and they are very cuddly. They decide to play pool. 11:33 PM BBT As Austin and Liz move to the pool table, Liz talks about making this a good TV show and that America is totally rooting for them. Austin says they better be. In the KT, John and Steve are talking about there being doctors out there who were the last person in their class. 11:40 PM BBT Steve and John are still chatting in the KT. They are looking at the memory wall and discussing who are fans/super fans, and Jason’s claim that he is the greatest super fan. Steve says that Jason had him beat. They talk about moves that have been made over the season. 11:46 PM BBT Liz and Austin are still playing pool in the BY while Steve and John sit at the DT and chat. 11:47 PM BBT Austin wins the pool game and they talking about making gluten-free cookies. They go inside to the KT. John and Steve talk about when the feeds opened. Liz didn’t know that...she wasn’t there. They talk about Jace and his energy and how long ago it feels since the beginning. 11:49 PM BBT Liz asks Steve if he is copying her look...he is wearing her wrist bands. Steve says you can catch flies with honey, but you can catch more honeys being fly. Liz is sad because Julia used to say that... she asks Steve if he is trying to make her sad. Steve looks concerned and asks if he was being rude. Liz says no, she is just being a crybaby. Liz asks if Vanessa has come out of the DR yet. Steve says no, and Liz worries that it means that her DR session will be lengthy too. 11:52 PM BBT Steve asks about the name of an 8-person alliance. John says that Clay told him about an 8-person alliance called “Dark Moon.” Austin says “no way! That must be it!” and they talk about who was in it. They talk about Audrey and how weird the veto ceremony was when Audrey didn’t attend. Liz asks to be told about it because she wasn’t there. John explains what happened. Liz is spooning cookie dough onto a cookie sheet. 11:56 PM BBT Steve is tapping a pattern on the glass counter in the KT. BB calls him out for humming. Liz teases him about the number of times he has gotten called out by BB. Steve says he could quote a movie but he won’t, and then proceeds to make references to the quote. BB says stop that! Liz laughs and says “DW hates you.” Steve says the quote is from Monty Python and the Holy Grail. 11:58 PM BBT Steve says he hates his tooth and it bothers him every time he looks at the memory wall. He guesses what tooth number it is and John corrects him and explains how the numbering works. Liz is interested, and John explains it in more detail. BB says “Liz! Shut it down!” and Liz wonders what she did. Vanessa is out of the DR. BB tells Liz to stop singing.

1:42 AM BBT John goes into the CBR. Steve comes into the KT where Austin is putting things back in the fridge and having something to eat. Steve says he doesn’t want caffeine right now. He tells he is going to use the WC one more time and then go to bed. In the HOHR, Vanessa is getting ready for bed. 1:44 AM BBT In the WA, Liz is asking Steve to guess what Frankie also said. Liz says Frankie told him that Cody got buzzed for singing way more than Frankie did. They agree that neither would have guessed that. Liz says that Frankie told them that he is still really close with Christine, Cody and Derrick. Steve is surprised that he isn’t close with Zach and Caleb. Steve tells Liz that he is going to go to bed. He says “have a good night Miss Elizabeth” and then says goodnight to Austin as he heads to the CBR. 1:46 AM BBT In the CBR, John asks Steve if he is doing alright. Steve says he is and asks how John is. John says good. Steve says final 5 and veto. John asks if he is ready to fight and Steve says he is and then says actually no, he is ready to sleep. He decides to go get some milk first and offers to turn out the light on his way out. They say goodnight. 1:48 AM BBT Liz and Austin are in the WA doing ADLs. As Liz goes into the WC to change, she says “eww, I hate this tattoo. I’m so disgusted with myself.” Austin doesn’t respond. Liz asks Austin whether he had his midnight snack and asks if he has eggs. Austin says “mmhmm.” John is in bed in a darkened CBR. After having his milk, Steve comes in and climbs into bed into his own bed in the CBR (he is sleeping where Julia used to sleep). 1:53 AM BBT We get FotH and when we return John is in the WA talking to Liz and Austin. He offers to throw the veto to them if they can break that deal if that’s something that they have. He is getting a vibe that he is out of the club. Austin says it’s a really good offer. John says they don’t even have to take it. He might just do...we get FotH. When we come back Austin is saying there are different things going on. John says that he was probably told a lot of things, and that they are probably true. He did throw them under the bus this week to keep himself safe. John asks them to let him think about it tonight. It might be the only way to beat the system. Liz thanks him for talking to them about it, they just might consider it. Austin says it’s a different approach. It’s so diabolical it just might work. John says that he either goes home fifth or he would be fine going to the end with three knowing he’s the third man out. That’s fine. If it’s down to the three of them... Austin breaks in saying they don’t know... it might be individual too. John says they are safe. He likes the idea. John leaves and Liz talks about glue from her fake eyelashes. 1:57 AM BBT Austin and Liz whisper about Johnny Mac saying he’s crazy. They make plans to tell Vanessa what John told them. They want him to throw veto anyway. Liz complains about Austin’s hair all over the bathroom and not cleaning up. Austin complains he doesn’t get credit for all the times he cleaned up in the kitchen. He complains that she left him and she goes over and they hug. Liz pulls Austin into the WA (away from the hallway) and whispers that Johnny admitted that he threw them under the bus.

1:34 AM BBT Feeds are back!! Vanessa and Steve are talking in the HOHR. They are hugging and Vanessa is saying that she feels bad. Liz is having a shower in the WA, John is doing nightly ADLs. In the HOHR Steve reassures Vanessa and gives her multiple hugs. He wants her to calm down and he trusts her. Steve says that Johnny knows that he’s the target and that John told Steve earlier that he was in hospice today. They are not sure what John meant by that. Vanessa says that she is not denying it, and she essentially told him that he’s a strong competitor. Steve says that it makes sense that if she is worried that he will be loyal to Johnny it makes sense to get rid of him to force Steve to be loyal to her. Vanessa says she just has to go with her gut, and it’s just based on actions. Steve is not going home this week, and she hopes that SOS can be the new Rock Stars. Steve protests her comment about the Rock Stars and then jokes with her that if he gets HOH he is putting her a** up. He’ll use the veto on her but he’s putting her up. Vanessa asks just to be a f***er? And Steve says yes. 1:37 AM BBT Steve starts to leave, but as he pauses at the door saying something about nominations not mattering. They talk about scenarios, and comment that HOH is the only person who doesn’t get to pick who goes with them. They talk about disadvantages of being HOH in F4 and F5. She says she had an amazing once-in-a-lifetime experience, but she is exhausted. Vanessa says that she modelled her speech after Steve’s. She was shocked she had to do noms and felt like she was drunk. Steve asks her a question and Vanessa says Johnny is a threat to them for the same reason he’s a threat to Vanessa. Vanessa tells Steve NOT to scamper tonight because he needs his sleep for tomorrow. Steve leaves and we hear BB tell him to exchange his microphone.

11:02 PM BBT Austin, Liz and Steve are in the Ocean BR talking about Coco...Steve’s teddy bear. Steve asks if it’s weird that he has Coco and Liz doesn’t answer. Steve tells her she is avoiding the question. Liz says that she is not going to say anything bad about his teddy bear. It shows that he is caring. 11:04 PM BBT Austin has gone to the KT. Steve and Liz are chatting in the OBR about a roommate Steve had and he had to go through his friend’s room to get to his own room. 11:08 PM BBT Liz is still unpacking and putting clothes away. Steve is flaked out on the floor and chatting with her. Austin is in the KT. 11:13 PM BBT Liz is all unpacked. Steve is pondering how many people expose themselves to all this nonsense. As she takes her suitcase to the door to return it to the storage room, Liz says she didn’t know as much as he did. Liz says thank you and Steve asks why. Liz says something about getting the door for her so it sounds like she was being sarcastic. Steve stays in the OBR a bit longer and is whispering to himself. 11:17 PM BBT Liz is sitting and Austin is standing at the KT counter. Steve is leaning on a counter nearby. Liz asks if it’s weird if she keeps Julia’s cup. Steve says not at all. Liz seems distraught, her head bowed. She compares herself to someone else and Steve says she is not screwed up like that. She is emotional missing Julia. 11:21 PM BBT Austin and Liz are cuddling in the OBR. They are not talking...just laying there quietly on top of the covers. 11:24 PM BBT Steve comes into the CBR and quietly asks if John wants the light out. He asks John if he intends to talk to Vanessa tonight. John asks if she is up there now, and Steve tells John that she is DRing. Steve suggests being confident but not cocky. 11:29 PM BBT Liz and Austin are still cuddling in silence. Steve is wandering around the house. He stops in the KT to grab some chips, checks the door to the BY and then paces back through the KT to have a sip of his drink. He paces back and forth in front of the memory wall. 11:33 PM BBT Austin and Liz are restless but trying to snooze. Steve is pacing in the KT. BB says “Steve, that’s REALLY annoying.” [steve was clacking a pair of tongs over and over again] Austin and Liz laugh. Steve goes to the OBR and asks Austin and Liz if they were laughing at him. They pretend to be sleeping. 11:40 PM BBT Steve is still pacing in front of the memory wall, periodically whispering to himself. 11:43 PM BBT Steve pours himself a glass of juice and continues pacing between the KT and the LR. 11:45 PM BBT John is half-sitting, half-laying on his bed in the CBR. The camera pans over to the bed where Julia was sleeping earlier, and we see Coco. The camera pans back to John who gives a big sigh. 11:53 PM BBT Another deep sigh from John in the CBR and the cameras turn to Austin and Liz in the OBR. Austin gets under the covers. They are snuggled up, not talking. Austin is laying with his eyes open and one arm across his forehead. Liz has her eyes closed. 11:55 PM BBT Steve is zipping up his blue hoodie and standing outside the DR. He knocks and then walks away. He looks in a mirror and then keeps pacing saying it was nice to hear her voice tonight [his mom’s]. Tomorrow it’s officially been 3 months. He was “kidnapped” on June 11th. He’s spent a third of his year here. Wow!

8:00 PM BBT Vanessa brings Steve into the Cabana Room and asks him what he thought Austin would do if Austin won HOH. Vanessa cautions Steve to be honest with her. Steve says he did not know who Austin would put up but Austin told him that he was not Austin’s target. Vanessa asks who Liz would put up on the block. Steve says that Liz told him she would put him up. Vanessa says Liz was honest. Austin told Vanessa that he would put Steve up as well. Steve volunteers information about a deal he made with Liz in exchange for following the twins’ wishes with the vote this week. If Liz was HOH, and he was on the block going into eviction, she would break the tie in his favor. Vanessa tells Steve that Austin will be her target but Steve needs to keep his mouth shut about it. She just needed a reason to make Austin her target and now she has it. 8:05 PM BBT Vanessa is lounging in the WA. Austin comes in and they talk about how hard the comp was. Austin comments on seeing the wheels turning and Vanessa says some things are not sitting right with her. Some things are not adding up. She asks him who Johnny thought Austin would put up. Austin says he didn’t tell him, but told him that he would try to take him to final four. Vanessa says you told Steve he was safe, so how does that work? Austin says he was just telling both of them that. He planned to put both of them up and had to say what he had to say. Vanessa complains about when incentives are messed up. 8:07 PM BBT Austin says he hopes Vanessa isn’t mad at him again, please. He can’t go against her. Vanessa says she is more upset with Liz because Liz gave her word on her sister that she wouldn’t vote against Vanessa if she ended up being up on the block, but she also made this deal with Steve about breaking the tie in his favor. Austin says that he told Liz to tell Steve whatever he wanted to hear. 8:09 PM BBT Austin tells Vanessa that he is not going against her. Vanessa talks about how fair she is that she agreed to be a replacement nominee and didn’t ask them to be each other’s replacement nominee. She says her instincts are good and there is something shady going on. Vanessa asks another question and Austin repeats that he is never going against her. Vanessa says she didn’t want to win this HOH, but she felt she had to. She’s everyone’s replacement nominee. 8:12 PM BBT BB asks Austin to put on his microphone, but instead Austin gets into the shower. Vanessa is realizing that nominees are tomorrow. 8:14 PM BBT Vanessa goes to the CBR to talk to John, asking him if he knew what Austin and Liz would do if they won HOH. John tells her that Austin told him he wouldn’t put John up after John agreed that he would put Steve or Vanessa up. John says it wasn’t a real deal, but he suggested he couldn’t win against Steve or Vanessa so he would eventually have to put them up. Vanessa asks John whether the deal was his idea or Austin’s and John said it was Vanessa that told him to go make a deal with Austin or Liz. Vanessa says she didn’t mean for him to make a deal to put her on the block. John points out that it wasn’t an outright deal and he was prepared to go back on it. Vanessa says that the good news was that if she wasn’t hated before, she is about to be. She wishes she had it in her to throw a comp. She’s just too competitive. What’s wrong with her?? Now she has to win the veto in 4. 8:25 PM BBT Vanessa and Liz go into the Storage Room to talk. Liz says Austin is bugging her because he’s freaking out. Liz tells Vanessa about the deal she made with Steve and that she made it but didn’t agree to swear on her family. She says if she won HOH, she wouldn’t have put Vanessa up. Vanessa points out what if she had been replacement nominee. Liz says that she wouldn’t have voted to keep Steve because he sent her twin home. She had no intention of keeping her deal with Steve and she has been loyal to Vanessa. She did what she could to stay. Austin came into the Storage Room and adds to the convo that Steve was overstepping so what else was Liz supposed to do but agree. Vanessa is frowing and adjusting her cap. Austin says the loyalties are here, straight up. Vanessa is holding her head in her hands and rubbing her temples, and gets emotional. Austin says if you’re mad, then send me out. Vanessa is upset about all the conflicting deals. 8:29 PM BBT Vanessa tells Austin what John told her, and Austin is angry, saying that John lied. He never said names at all to John. He only said final four to him. That was it. Vanessa points out Austin’s incentives are to put up Vanessa and Steve because they have the best shot at winning the final four veto. Austin points out that he believe that Vanessa is taking him to final 3, so why would he want to eliminate her? Steve and JMac have final 3 and final 2. Liz reiterates that if she had won she would have put up Steve and JMac. Her target is Steve. She did what she had to do to stay. She starts getting tearful that Vanessa is doubting her. 8:33 PM BBT Vanessa says she isn’t mad at Liz and Austin, but she’s confused. She guesses that she is the only one that is not making conflicting deals. She is just frustrated trying to sort it out. Liz reiterates that they have been with Vanessa since the beginning and she leaves the Storage Room. Austin says and asks Vanessa to talk to him. Vanessa says this is an unwinnable situation for her. Austin says why not? Vanessa says no matter what, people are going to be upset with her. The only person who hasn’t tried to keep her safe is JMac, but she can’t target him without targeting Steve. Austin asks her to tell him what she needs. He doesn’t want her doubting him at this stage of the game. Vanessa says he has played well. She wants to tell him what he wants to hear, but she can’t. All she knows is she has to put her own safety in her own hands. He doesn’t know what it’s like to be her in the game...she’s alone in the game. 8:37 PM BBT Austin tells Vanessa repeatedly that he is NOT going against her. Vanessa says she gets that he’s in love, and Austin says he has come to terms with what he has to do in the game and he is not going against her. Vanessa comments about Liz being mad that Vanessa even asked her about the deal with Steve...Vanessa feels she has every right to ask. Austin points out that Steve put Liz in a bad situation. Austin asks what she needs from him and Vanessa says she doesn’t know what to do. She has to work it out and go with what she thinks incentives imply. Austin says that she doesn’t have to do that with him. They’ve been through all this before. 8:41 PM BBT Vanessa asks Austin, if it came to JMac, Austin and herself in final four who did he think she was going to take? Austin says she would take Liz, but it would be better for her to take JMac incentive-wise. Personally it would be Liz and Austin. Austin says he wouldn’t take JMac over Vanessa. She has him in the next 2 rounds. 8:48 PM BBT Austin and Vanessa keep rehashing. Vanessa says she is damned if she does and damned if she doesn’t. No matter what she is going with a pair. Austin keeps reiterating that he is with her and she should stick with the pair who is with her. He is not going against her. He has no loyalty to Steve and Johnny Mac. Vanessa says that she doesn’t know what she is going to do but she is going to make it by looking at who has the incentives to keep her in the game. 8:51 PM BBT Austin tries to argue that their deal is from early on and that is his true incentive. Vanessa points out that he got involved in a showmance after they made their deal and that changes a lot. He wanted Liz to stay in the game, even though Vanessa didn’t think that was the best move for him. Austin says he was ready to blow up the other side if he won HOH. It goes over his showmance with Liz and Vanessa says it doesn’t. It doesn’t make sense that he would do that. Vanessa says that he has a lot of conflicting deals. He’s a good player and of all the people, he is the one who most thinks like her. He respects her game. She repeats that when she agreed to final 2 with him there was no showmance involved. She’s happy for Austin finding love. She says that she has also been working with Steve this whole time. Austin says Steve has been working with him the whole time too. Vanessa says she is ready for rock, paper, scissors and she feels like no matter what she does, it will be dumb. 8:55 PM BBT Vanessa says that in final four he has no reason to win the veto because no one will take Austin over Liz. Did he realize that. He says that he hadn’t thought of it that way and he was planning to play to win. Vanessa asks him why he didn’t come to her earlier...he was supposed to come to her with something and he didn’t. Austin says he was going to swear to her on her family and give her some family beads. She says it’s too late. Vanessa is quiet awhile and then says what she wants to do conflicts heavily with what she knows to be smart. She doesn’t know what to do. 8:57 PM BBT Austin asks if she is going to put Austin and Liz on the block, and if he is her target. She says she doesn’t want to do that. Austin says he just wants to know. Vanessa asks him if he would throw veto. He offers to swear on it and give her his family’s beads. He will do what it takes to bring her to final with him. It’s real and it’s been real from the beginning. Vanessa is still conflicted and says this is a terrible game and she wishes she had thought it through. Austin says he doesn’t play the game on incentives because otherwise he wouldn’t have gotten into a showmance, but he has followed his heart. Vanessa goes through what she thinks his game has been and the deals he had.

11:00 PM BBT It’s Austin’s turn in his chess game with the twins. Everyone is watching, and saying they see a move that Austin can’t see. With everyone watching, Austin is feeling the pressure. Vanessa starts helping the twins and Austin complains that they are already winning and Vanessa should not be helping them! 11:10 PM BBT Austin moves and says “check”, and then Liz starts to move when Julia says no! because it will endanger their queen. Austin says he hates this double-head thing [playing against two people at once]. 11:13 PM BBT Liz wins the game and rubs in it “2 to zero!” Austin complains about Julia stopping all of Liz’s dumb moves. Vanessa chides Austin for playing differently against them than when he plays Vanessa. Austin is mad. Vanessa says he’s so mad that he wanted to flip the table. Liz says her new favorite thing is beating Austin at chess. Austin and Steve sit down for a game of chess as Vanessa, John, and the twins go downstairs. 11:18 PM BBT Vanessa is doing ADLs in the WA while Julia takes a shower. Liz comes out of the WC, washes her hands and leaves the WA. 11:21 PM BBT John is sitting in the WA flossing his teeth while Julia has her shower. She forgot to bring shampoo, conditioner and face wash into the shower with her, and asks John to find Liz. Liz comes in and gets her the products she is looking for. Julia thanks her and Liz says “you’re welcome.” Julia asks Liz if she will miss her. Liz says yes and then says she has to practise her speech. Liz leaves and Julia comments to John that the drain is getting clogged. 11:27 PM BBT Liz is watching the chess game between Austin and Steve. Steve calls himself sneaky. Liz suggests a move to Austin and he follows her advice. Steve moves immediately and Austin says “oh. That’s not fun.” Liz says “retreat!” 11:31 PM Steve makes a move in his chess game with Austin, and then realizes it was a mistake. He asks if he can take it back, and Austin agrees saying that he gets to take a move back too if he makes a move he regrets. 11:37 PM BBT Liz is cautioning Austin that he is boxing his king in. Austin takes Steve’s bishop and Steve moves again saying “check.” Austin and Liz discuss move options. In the WA, Julia is in the shower with her hair wrapped in a towel. The water is no longer running, and she appears to be moisturizing. 11:41 PM BBT Julia goes into the WC to change into her clothes. On the sky bridge, Austin is calling Steve “bucko” and Steve is complaining that he doesn’t understand Austin calling him that. 11:42 PM BBT Steve sneezes twice and Liz says “bless you!” both times. Liz and Austin discuss his next chess move. 11:45 PM BBT Austin sings “take these broken wings” and Liz says “Austin!” Moments later, BB says “please stop singing.” Austin comments that they didn’t like that song. Liz is suggesting moves to Austin. Steve waits patiently. 11:47 PM BBT Julia is done in the WA. She heads to the OBR and puts clothing away. Liz and Julia go into the Cabana Room and they practise their speeches. Julia starts...”Welcome to the block Sissy”...Liz interrupts complaining that she doesn’t like “Sissy.” 11:50 PM BBT Julia says she hates doing speeches. She starts again, talking about how they have always done everything together, and now they are on the block together. Liz starts to suggest that Julia talk about giving up her identity for Liz and then realizes Julia said that last week. Julia continues, saying that it’s come to the point of the game where only one of them can advance. Julia adds that she wants to say that Liz has played an amazing game so far, and she is so extremely proud of Liz. She knows that Liz will fight for her. Julia wants to end by thanking the HGs. Liz says perfect and tells Julia to run through it again. 11:54 PM BBT Julia runs through it again and Liz says it needs something. They talk about not letting on that they know which of the two of them is leaving. Julia suggests using a phrase from their mom’s letter... “mad determination and you can make it to the top.” Liz says no. 11:56 PM BBT Liz rehearses her speech for Julia. Liz starts out saying these are not the outfits she wanted to be on the block with her in. Julia, I’m still in shock that we’ve made it this far in the game. One of our first goals was to make it into the house together and now we’re in final six. We’ve become so close and learned so much about each other. She is much more of a crier, and they can’t fool 16 people...except maybe Jace. She wants Julia to know that no man...sorry Austin...can come between them. Liz feels blessed to love someone more than herself. She talks about them fighting for each other and falters and ends with “Happy Voting” Julia says she doesn’t like that ending, and Liz says she doesn’t want to say “vote for me.” They work on the ending. Julia suggests she leave out the part about fighting for each other and just end with Liz saying she loves Julia. Liz wants to address the HGs.

11:41 PM BBT Julia and Steve are talking about GPA. Steve’s GPA is a little over 3.9 so he’ll graduate cum laude. Julia asks Steve is he is a good test taker, and he says yes. Julia asks him if he gets nervous. Steve says things are a lot less pressure at Fredonia than at Cornell. Fredonia is collaborative, Cornell is not. Steve wants his letters for “Trombonists” 11:45 PM BBT Steve and Julia go inside. Austin and Liz follow, walking into the house arm in arm. They are heading in to have their chess game: Twins vs. Austin. Austin, Liz, Steve, and Julia are in the KT. John and Vanessa are sleeping in the CBR. Steve goes up to his HOHR humming as he goes. He stops to take something from his HOH basket and then takes his microphone off. Liz and Julia are in the WA. Liz washes her hands and shouts “Austin!” and calls him out for leaving his shorts on top of the clean towels. Julia washes her hands while Liz tease Austin about BB calling him out for not washing his hands. 11:51 PM BBT Steve is having a shower in the HOHR WA. Julia walks up to the Skybridge first and Liz and Austin follow, walking together. They settle down to play a game of chess. 11:54 PM BBT John’s slow steady breathing can be heard in the darkened CBR. Vanessa appears to be awake, laying quietly with her eyes open. 11:57 PM BBT Julia is advising Liz on what move to make in chess. Liz finally moves and Austin says he will find a sneaky spot for his queen. Julia says that she has not gone into his room since he won HOH. It’s the twins’ demise room, so that’s why she won’t go in there. She randomly yells out “Sneaky! Very sneaky!” and then says “sorry.” Austin is still pondering his next move...he starts to move and then swears and changes his mind to make a different move.

11:04 PM BBT Vanessa, Julia, and Steve are sitting by the HT talking about spirituality and the commonalities between different religious beliefs. Julia talks about Judaism, Catholicism and Christianity. Steve talks about Jesus being a real Jewish man who lived. They talk about wanting to visit the Vatican. 11:07 PM BBT Vanessa tells Julia and Steve about backpacking across Europe. Steve asks about how it works and whether you plan it. Vanessa tells him that you plan it roughly but things can change and you can choose new plans. Steve asks what you do when you get to a place and Vanessa explains that you check into the youth hostel. You eat food of the culture and sight-see etc. Steve talks about how planned his vacations are well in advance. Vanessa and Julia both say they do things last minute and then pay their way into getting the seats they want. 11:10 PM BBT Conversation by the HT has turned to visiting Epcot Centre. Liz and Austin continue their game of pool. 11:14 PM BBT Steve is drawing a map of Epcot for Vanessa and talking about strategies for getting the most out of a visit to Epcot. 11:16 PM BBT Liz wins the pool game. They hug and Liz says “Dance with me!” Austin isn’t sure how to turn so Liz decides to lead. They try to do a quickstep but it doesn’t go far. They are wandering around the yard and Liz trips over some of the weights that are laying around. Julia comes over to defend Liz who is hitting at Austin. Both girls chase Austin around the yard. Austin stops them and tells Liz he has to check for injuries. They pretend they will let him but then just tackle him. Steve comes over to help, and pretends to give Austin a hand, but then calls Liz over saying “Liz I’ve got him.” They laugh, and Julia and Steve go back to the HT. Liz wants to play wrestling. 11:20 PM BBT Austin asks Liz when they are going to play chess. Liz suggests a breather and they settle down on the hammock. Austin lays cross-wise, and Liz lays with her legs across him. She complains that he’s hot and he says of course he is because they just chased him around the yard. She pulls away but Austin says that he liked her legs across him. She says her unshaved legs and Austin says he loves her no matter what. They talk about playing chess later. Liz is afraid to play without Julia. 11:23 PM BBT Liz says she was really sad the other day when they were fighting. Austin says he was too. He tells her that he loves her and she should never doubt it. Austin reminisces about their first hammock date. Liz doesn’t remember it. 11:25 PM BBT Liz and Austin talk about the first time they slept in the same bed, and about the time before he knew about the twins and he slept in the same bed as Julia. Liz says because he didn’t know. He says he kind of knew because he knew some days were different. 11:26 PM BBT Julia and Steve by the HT still, talking about going to Rose and Crowne and future plans for going to Disney World. Vanessa in the CBR, where John is sleeping. She turns out the lights and gets into her bed. By the HT, Julia and Steve talking about meeting his new nephew Harrison. 11:32 PM BBT Austin and Liz talking about being on the Bold and the Beautiful. There is no way that they won’t be on it. How could that be? 11:37 PM BBT Liz asks Austin if jury people see the veto ceremony. Austin says he thinks so, and the comp too. Liz says she knows they see the comp.

12:31 AM BBT Austin follows Liz inside and finds her in the WA just as she is leaving. She says it’s okay and he doesn’t owe her any explanation. Austin follows her to the OBR and asks her why she is saying all this. She says that she just feels like if she stays in the game, it will just tear them apart even more. Austin asks her to talk to him. She is exasperated with his question saying she has told him how she feels and she doesn’t know what else he wants her to say. She says she’s not an idiot, she knows what he is doing. Austin asks her what he’s doing and she says she doesn’t know and the game is just getting to her. Austin asks again what she thinks he is doing. 12:33 AM BBT Austin waits for Liz to respond and there is a long silence. In the BY John, Julia and Steve are talking about reality shows. 12:34 AM BBT Liz turns toward Austin finally and Austin tells her that he just wants to know what she really thinks. She says that part of her wants to throw in the towel and another part doesn’t. She thinks that her being there isn’t good for his game. Austin says probably not...they will probably be put up again...but he doesn’t care. He wants to stick with her. He says he loves her and she says she loves him too. They kiss and Austin gets onto the bed and they cuddle. Liz asks Austin to promise her one thing; that he will go after Steve. Austin says “of course, without question.” He will try his hardest to do that. Liz is crying. Austin tells her that she doesn’t have to sacrifice herself if she doesn’t want to. 12:37 AM BBT Liz is emotional saying that in real life, Julia has always gotten the short end of the stick. Austin says that if she wants to give it to Julia that’s okay. Liz is sobbing and saying that she has always gotten everything better than Julia. Liz wants to stay so bad, but she wants Julia to have it. Austin says he understands, and then asks Liz what Julia wants her to do. Liz says she doesn’t know. Austin holds Liz as she cries. 12:39 AM BBT Liz tells Austin that Julia just wants what is best for both of them. Austin says there is no way to know, and Liz says that’s why it’s so hard. They talk about what Julia’s chances are for future competitions. Austin points out that Liz could win those comps. Austin says they can’t predict the future, she just has to go with what is in her heart. Liz says she doesn’t know what is in her heart. At this point it’s not about who stays but how to maximize their chances. Austin urges her not to try and think of all the what-ifs because they are unknowable. Try not to think past final four. Liz repeats that no one will want to go to final 2 with her. He tells her that if she is in final 3 with Steve and Johnny Mac it doesn’t matter because they are taking each other anyway. They talk about the jurors and who the jurors like. Austin tells Liz not to give up on herself because he is not going to give up on her. 12:44 AM BBT Austin tells Liz to remember that it’s a game and they have done great. Liz says that they have all come this far and of course they want to go to the end. Tearfully, Liz says that she just loves Julia so much. Austin tells Liz he knows and she has the biggest heart. Liz doesn’t want to disappoint Julia. Austin makes a joke about a down payment on a yacht. Liz laughs, and then repeats about being glad they have gotten this far and the struggle to decide who stays and who goes. Austin tells her that she has to play to win. He brings up Rachel as an example. Austin urges Liz to think about her fans. They are entertainers, they are on TV. Austin tells Liz he will let her make her own decision, but he just wanted her to know that he doesn't want her to give up. Liz thanks him for talking to her. They kiss and they both say "I love you." 12:49 AM BBT Julia is called to the DR, leaving John and Steve at the HT. Steve says he misses not having to be a shitty human being. John says he isn’t a shitty human being. John says he believes in objectivism. Steve asks what he means by that. John says it’s rational self-interest. Steve says he is exercising that. In about 12 hours he is putting Julia on the block. It’s like survival of the fittest. You don’t go out of your way to hurt people but when you are working for your own best interest, it’s okay. Steve feels bad about hurting not just Julia, but her sister at home and her parents. John says they’ll get over it. 12:51 AM BBT John says it’s at the point where it’s hard to trust anyone because everyone has deals with everyone, so you just have to win it. Steve says that does happen towards the end of the game. John says if he doesn’t win, he is probably in trouble. Everyone is in trouble, even if you aren’t nominated, someone might win veto and you’ll be up. You have to fight, win, live. Steve points out that there are five comps left. John asks if Steve thinks they will have a full week next week. Steve says no. They work out what they think the schedule might be. 12:54 AM BBT Austin and Liz are playing chess. Liz calls Julia up to help her. 12:55 AM BBT John talks about how his perspective changed by being evicted once already. Steve says he has had a very fortunate and lucky life up to this point. He has never had a death or serious illness of anyone close to him. He has had a stable and loving home where all his needs are met. He feels like he is very lucky. Because he hasn’t had any hardships, BB is the hardest thing he has ever done so he doesn’t have the perspective that hardships would give him. He is very thankful, but feels he has a harder time with the game than anyone else. John says this is hard because it’s constant, but dental school was harder. 12:59 AM BBT John and Steve talk about grading in university. Steve talks about how it worked when he was a TA.

12:01 AM BBT Steve, John, and Julia are talking about what America has voted on. They only heard about one thing, and that was a have-not food. They speculate about what else they have might have voted on. John comments that America has to be involved in some way. 12:02 AM BBT The group at the HT talk about Da’Vonne and how random her selections were for people who were not allowed to vote. They don’t know why. John says he can’t even remember the alliance pattern anymore it was so long ago. They talk about how the original alliance [the insiders] are all gone. 12:07 AM BBT John tells Steve and Julia that Da’Vonne approached him to work together to the end. Steve says he had a Day 1 alliance with Da. John tells Steve and Julia about a reference Da made to a character in a movie that implies that Steve is a mastermind. John explains the story line and the character’s role. 12:13 PM BBT Julia and John are going through their Wack Street Boys routine ... seated version. Julia and John claim they had a Wack Street Boys alliance and they did a good job. Three of the four people in the group are still here so they did good. They talk about Jason, who is the only one in the band who has left. 12:16 AM BBT Austin and Liz are silent as they cuddle on the hammock. They seem to just be listening to the conversation going on by the HT. 12:17 AM BBT Julia tells Steve that she prefers the full version of his name. She asks John if he prefers to be called John, Johnny, or Johnny Mac. John says he doesn’t like to be called “Johnny” but he likes “Johnny Mac.” Julie Chen called him “Johnny Mac.” Steve gets up and leaves the HT area. Julia comments to John that it’s the Labour Day weekend and asks John what he would be doing. She asks him about his office and how many people work there. 12:21 AM BBT John and Julia talk about having to put money aside to pay taxes. John says he has already paid his June and Sept quarterly installments. John notes that he might have overpaid because he isn’t making as much in the house as he would as a dentist. Julia says obviously you come here for the experience and there is the potential to win a lot of money. 12:22 AM BBT Steve comes back to the BY wearing his trunks. He gets into the HT. They talk about kool aid and “Family Guy.” 12:24 AM BBT Liz tells Austin that there is so much pressure. Austin tells her not to listen to anyone, just listen to her heart. He loves her no matter what, and he just doesn’t want her to give up on herself. Liz says she has this feeling that he wants her to go and he asks her then why is he telling her not to. Austin tells Liz that he doesn’t want her to go. He doesn’t want to be apart from her for a minute. Liz says that showmances never make it to the end, though, and Austin says he doesn’t care. Liz tells him that she feels stupid if she would have thrown her that last HOH. She doesn’t have one HOH. Austin says she has done so much in this game, and why would she want to walk away from that. But if it doesn’t mean that much to her, she can do it. He isn’t going to vote her out though. If she wants to leave, the others will vote her out. Liz asks who would bring her to final 2 and Austin says he would. Liz says he has a final 2 deal with Vanessa; she’s not stupid. Austin says that everyone has deals with everyone, it doesn’t mean anything. Liz gets up from the hammock. Austin is frustrated with her.

11:14 PM BBT After the game, John heads out to the BY and finds a spot by the HT and soaks his feet. Julia and Liz come out to the BY couches. The twins are smoking.... Julia calls is a “Jason ceremony.” Liz asks Austin if he minds if she has a cigarette. Steve tells Liz that if it makes her happy and it doesn’t hurt anyone, she should go ahead and do it. Liz talks about tomorrow being epic. 11:17 PM BBT Vanessa has gone inside to the CBR and turned the lights out. Steve goes into CBR and asks Vanessa if she is in bed. Vanessa tells him she has bad cramps and is just laying down for a little bit. Steve is suspicious that she is up to something and tells her she is not allowed to do it to him. Vanessa says she won’t do it then. Steve says not to be mean and Vanessa asks him if his pranks are mean. Steve tries to get her to tell him what she was planning to do. She wants him to turn the light out, and he does but then she calls him “banana face” and he comes back and turns it on and leaves. Steve returns and turns the light off again before going finally. 11:20 PM BBT Steve has joined the twins on the BY couch. John and Austin are sitting by the HT and talking about “dipping” [taking a pinch of smokeless tobacco and holding it between the bottom lip and gums]. John says he can tell when someone dips because it leaves a white spot in their mouth. He talks about the cancer risk. 11:25 PM BBT Julia joins John and Austin at the HT. John is talking about Gatorade and that you shouldn’t drink it unless you are working out because it can mess up your kidneys. 11:29 PM BBT Liz is in the WA vigorously brushing her teeth. Steve has joined Julia, John, and Austin around the HT. They are talking about veneers. 11:31 PM BBT Austin and Liz are in the KT hugging and kissing. By the HT, Julia, John, and Steve are talking about casting. Julia asks Steve if they thought it was weird that they didn’t see Liz. Steve says no one saw Liz, Audrey or Austin. Steve says he would like to know what Julia went through the week before. John says “you guys keep talking about it” and then says “shhh”. Liz joins them at the HT. 11:34 PM BBT John, Julia and Liz ask Steve who is his type....who is his celebrity crush. Steve says he can’t judge his attraction to someone without meeting them. John says you can’t meet them, just pick one, and Steve says Emma Watson. He mentions that she is a Brown graduate. Steve talks about different colleges he applied to. 11:40 PM BBT Liz and Austin play pool. John and Julia are still sitting by the HT talking about competitions. Julia says she has only played in three vetos. John has only missed 3 vetos. 11:43 PM BBT Liz is getting frustrated playing pool. She tells Austin she doesn’t like playing him in anything. She makes a couple of shots and seems happier. John and Julia are talking about HOH competitions. Julia says she thought that live feeders can’t watch HOH competitions because then they have to watch the show. John says they can...the endurance comps. Julia asks if live feeders got to watch “On the Edge” and John says yes. Steve comes back to the HT as Julia leaves to go inside. Steve comments on the pool being green. 11:48 PM BBT Steve is watching Liz and Austin playing pool. John and Julia are soaking their feet in the HT and talking about “Lost.” 11:51 PM BBT Steve goes back to the HT to join John and Julia. Conversation turns to Game of Thrones. 11:55 PM BBT Liz and Austin are close to finishing their game of pool. Liz wins. Austin congratulates her and demands a hug. She makes him chase her. They head to the hammock to cuddle. 11:57 PM BBT Liz complains that Austin never wants to hammock with her anymore. He wants to play chess or pool and doesn’t want to hang out with her. Austin says that’s not true. He only wants to hang out with her. He tells her he missed her so much yesterday.

11:02 PM BBT Julia says that she keeps realizing that they weren’t going to make it to top 2, and one of them would have to leave first. Julia wondered why Steve didn’t just put the twins up together in the first place. Vanessa explains that it was probably because if he left one of the stronger competitors off the block they could win the veto and all three would be safe. Vanessa tells Julia and Liz that if they have any questions about Steve, she can usually tell them because he is very logical and she understands how he thinks. 11:04 PM BBT Vanessa tells the twins she is so excited that she is going to see Mel soon. Only 2 weeks and 4 days! Vanessa asks the twins if they are going to Vegas after they go to L.A. and they say yes. Vanessa says they will have to stay at her house. They talk about her house. 11:08 PM BBT John and Austin are working out in the BY while Vanessa, Liz, and Julia sit by the HT. Liz is soaking her feet. Vanessa is excitedly talking about what to do when they visit Vegas. 11:13 PM BBT Vanessa tells Liz and Julia that her and Mel really like to throw parties at their house. Vanessa met Mel in Montreal, Quebec but they live together and they have to go back to Canada every six months. Vanessa loves living in Vegas, and starts to list all the reasons that she loves it. 11:15 PM BBT Steve joins Vanessa, Liz, and Julia at the HT as Vanessa continues her long list of the wonders of Vegas. 11:19 PM BBT Austin and John are still working out. Steve is telling Vanessa and the girls about his bubble bath. They tell him that he is the first to use the tub and he says yes, this season. He thinks he used too much of the bubbly stuff so now he can’t take another one. Liz is called to the DR. 11:23 PM BBT Talk around the HT turns to last season. 11:26 PM BBT Vanessa compliments Steve on his outfit. She likes that color combination. The shirt has the name of his home town on it. Steve tells them about some incidents in their town and a movie that is based on one of the incidents. 11:29 PM BBT Julia asks when the next eviction is after this one on Thursday. Steve tells her that his guess is Tuesday. She asks about the one after that, and Steve says he doesn’t know, but the finale is in 18 days. Julia hopes that her mom comes out. Julia asks about jury phone calls and Steve explains that it’s very carefully censored calls and you are limited in what you can talk about. They talk about why there is a jury house. Having a jury house means that people can say whatever they want in the DR. They talk about the jury having 9 people. 11:37 PM BBT Austin shows the HT group how to roll out from a drop and explains that it reduces the force that you hit the ground with. Steve starts getting into the physics of it. John joins the conversation. Steve gravitates toward Austin to explain the physics. 11:40 PM BBT Vanessa talks about sky diving and how amazing it is, saying it was exhilarating and life-changing. It changes your perspective of the world. Vanessa cried when she came down. 11:41 PM BBT John and Austin are in the KT after their workout, getting water. They talk about Liz and that she seems better. Austin says she still won’t talk to him. When Austin thought he was being betrayed, he thought even Liz betrayed him and then his instincts kicked in. He didn’t expect Julia to call his name. 11:42 PM BBT Vanessa goes inside, leaving Julia and Steve sitting by the HT together and talking about prior seasons. 11:46 PM BBT Steve comes inside and talks to John and Austin about needing to take a nap. He talks about how tired he was during the DE. Austin is already planning tomorrow’s workout. 11:48 PM BBT Steve makes plans to join Austin and John for their workout tomorrow. Steve asks when he does his blog and twitter, and Austin says Tuesday. Austin gives Steve advice about writing his blog and managing his time because it’s limited. They talk about live feed update sites. 11:51 PM BBT Austin and Vanessa are in the CBR. Vanessa asks Austin if he has talked to Liz yet. Austin says that she won’t even look at him. Vanessa tells him he should make the first move and Austin says he plans to. Vanessa suggests what he should say and Austin talks about how he messed up and that he still loves her. Vanessa says that’s amazing that Austin said that. Austin says that he would have liked to have said it at a better time. He wanted to say it last night. Vanessa points out that Liz must feel strongly about him or she wouldn’t have felt hurt. Vanessa encourages Austin saying that it’s a rough patch but they’ll get through it. Vanessa says Liz is a strong girl. Austin says this is all on Liz’s terms right now. Whatever she wants him to do...kind of. Except for the veto. Vanessa lets Austin know that Liz has said she doesn’t want Austin to use the veto on her. Austin is glad Vanessa helped talk to her and he thanks her. Vanessa says she did her best. 11:55 PM BBT Julia comes into the CBR. She apologizes to Austin for moving his clothes. Austin says it’s alright. Julia says they were placed, not thrown. They were just in the way and she got tired of tripping over them. Vanessa talks about plans for the next day, including a workout that she expects will help with the next competition. They talk about preparing for the “Days” comp. They talk about the shovel competition.

8:54 PM BBT Vanessa and Austin talk about the BY being open later tonight. They were done at 3 so it shouldn’t be much longer. 8:57 PM BBT Vanessa says she can’t wait to be normal again. She took her normalcy so much for granted! Normal life was so much easier. Easier over prison life and over being a rat in a cage. There are messed up incentives and paranoia everywhere. Vanessa says you can’t even talk in the DR because you don’t know what they are going to do with it. BB warns not to talk about DR. Austin says that was like the six-month fight and Vanessa says things are ramped up in here. Austin says oh yeah they’ve been together for five years. Vanessa says, not quite...maybe six months though. She thinks they will do great. If they can get through life in the house, think how great it will be on the outside. They have had to be so serious in the house and haven’t been able to have that young-hearted fun.

8:34 PM BBT Vanessa reiterates that if Julia stays, it almost guarantees them final four. Austin says he hasn’t thought about it this way so he needs to mull it over. Vanessa says she has learned that not everyone thinks like her and then lays out multiple scenarios for Austin to illustrate her thinking and the choices that different people would face. She is assuming that people will think logically. Vanessa thinks that the odds are good that they will get to final three if they keep Julia. Austin wants to keep thinking it through. They talk about Liz as a strong candidate to win because she overcame the twin thing and she has won a lot of competitions. Austin feels he also had to overcome the twin thing, but Vanessa says it’s different. He has used the twins as a shield. 8:43 PM BBT Austin says it’s job one to make sure that they are okay with the twins. Vanessa thinks it will be okay. They talk about things getting emotional because they are all so invested in the game. Vanessa asks him if one of Austin, Vanessa, or Julia win final five HOH, who is the target? Steve or Johnny Mac? They talk about who would take who, and what the incentives are. Vanessa asks how she targets Steve or Johnny Mac without killing her game with them. Vanessa says it’s hard for her to want to win an HOH because she would have to make a visible choice. If he needs her to fight for HOH, that will be hard for her. 8:48 PM BBT Vanessa tells Austin it’s better for Vanessa to be competing for him than Liz because no one knows they are working so closely together so they are more likely to be taken to final 3 together. John comes into the WA, and the conversation turns to whether they should warm up the food for Liz and Julia. Austin talks about that he is finally starting to calm down from the day. He had a huge adrenaline rush during the competition. John leaves and Austin starts preparing for a shower. Austin asks what if there was a reset and Vanessa gasps at the thought. Then she points out that their reset was when the twins came in.

8:03 PM BBT Vanessa and Austin are in the KT. Austin says he just wants this all to go away. Vanessa says it just sucks. Austin says that up until today, he didn’t think there was anything in this game that would make Liz not want to be with him. He didn’t think this intense situation would happen. He didn’t think anything could affect them, but now he’s worried that it will. Vanessa says that people are always sensitive and worried about what others think of them, and this game heightens the paranoia. Vanessa tells him they’ll be okay. All couples have fights but theirs just happens to be on national TV and under more pressure. 8:07 PM BBT In the CBR, Julia is sitting up munching while Liz lays down. Julia tells Liz that on the bright side one of them will still be in this game and have a chance of winning. Julia tells Liz that she has a really good chance of winning the half million. Liz says that Julia has a chance of staying and Liz is the really big target. Liz points out that her and Austin are really big targets and would go up again if Johnny Mac wins. Liz tells Julia that the only ones Julia can’t win against are Austin and Steve. Liz thinks that Julia could win against Johnny Mac. Liz suggests that Julia include in her speech that she mention that the two are in it together and that they’re splitting the money. Julia says no, she can’t say that. It’s not allowed. Julia says after one of them goes, the house will go against each other and not them. 8:12 PM BBT In the KT, Austin and Vanessa are talking about what a stressful afternoon it’s been. Austin is frustrated that Liz doesn’t want to stay and fight. Vanessa says that it isn’t that Liz doesn’t want to stay and fight. She thinks there’s room for that. They talk about scenarios for the next HOH depending on who wins. 8:15 PM BBT Austin and Vanessa discuss that it’s really up to them who stays between Liz and Julia, since they are 2 of 3 votes. Vanessa says she wants to do the math on that. She goes to the WA and lays back on the pillows to think. 8:20 PM BBT Austin joins Vanessa in the WA. Vanessa says it’s huge that only four people are playing for HOH next week. Austin says that if Julia stays, she is playing for third place. Vanessa disagrees because others will want to take her to final two. Vanessa thinks Liz is the favorite to win the game if she stays. They talk about different scenarios. Vanessa says that for Austin and herself, if they get rid of Johnny Mac, then no matter who is in final four, they will get taken to final three. Steve and Liz will not want to take each other, and they both would want to take us, so that’s the best case scenario for both Vanessa and Austin. In final three, they would just play it out. They talk about how close they are! It’s crazy close! 8:26 PM BBT Vanessa and Austin run through scenarios from various viewpoints. 8:27 PM BBT Vanessa tells Austin that Austin’s best case scenario is to have Julia beside him. They differ in their views of who would do what and they talk it through. 8:30 PM BBT Austin is doubtful that Julia would work with him. Vanessa says who else would Julia have to work with? Austin says that Julia seems uncomfortable around him and Vanessa says that Julia is uncomfortable in the game. This is not her thing. They start to talk about different competitions and who is good at what. Austin suggests mulling strategies over. Vanessa asks Austin about a quote and he says “luck is the residue of design” They talk about having made good decisions and they recap what great plans they have made plus a little luck along the way.

7:32 PM BBT Julia says that she is sick of this emotional roller coaster. It’s been so many days in this house. It doesn’t matter to her anymore. She’s sick of it and ready for it to be over. She’s not a super-fan like Austin. Steve told Julia that he drove an hour to go to a casting call. Julia points out their accomplishments in the game...that they made it into the house and they made it this far. Liz says she has tried to get over it, but she can’t get over that Austin is going to use the veto and Julia is going to go up. If he had any sympathy, he could have thrown it and let the noms stay the same. 7:40 PM BBT Julia asks Liz if she is hungry and Liz says no. Julia asks if Liz had lunch and Liz says she did. They settle back into trying to nap. 7:45 PM BBT Steve, Vanessa and Austin are in the KT. Austin is still preparing food. Vanessa is cleaning up a bit and teasing Steve that since he became HOH he thinks they have a maid. Steve jokes back that he’s looking at the maid. Vanessa says that she is not the maid. She’s the house dog. 7:48 PM BBT Vanessa and Steve banter while Austin brings the tray of chicken out of the oven and starts filling two plates. Steve comments that he left his slippers in the comic room but he doesn’t want to go in there because they are probably sleeping. He’s glad he could help by giving them sour patches and wine. Vanessa says that Austin is going to serve his queen. Austin says he actually wants someone else to bring it to them. Steve asks if he can do it. 7:51 PM BBT Vanessa, Steve and Austin are talking about who their favorite all-time BB player is. Vanessa says no one has ever asked her that. Vanessa thinks about it and then says Nicole and tells them what she liked about Nicole. Austin is ready with the two plates for the twins. He tells Steve which one is for Liz (the chicken looks like a heart). Steve wants to take one at a time, and Vanessa and Austin both urge him to take both at the same time. Steve ask Vanessa to open the door for him. 7:52 PM BBT Steve goes into the CBR and tells them he brings dinner from Austin. Liz says thanks but they don’t want to eat right now. They ask what it is and Steve says it’s chicken in the shape of a heart and vegetables. Steve starts to put the plates down in the room and they tell him to take it back out. They will eat out there. Steve leaves the CBR and carries the two plates back to the KT. Austin sees him and Vanessa and asks if it was a bad idea. Vanessa tells Austin they thought it was cute. She can’t believe they didn’t want it because they like to eat. Austin says that they must really not be feeling well. 7:58 PM BBT Julia says to Liz that at least Austin made her dinner. Julia asks if they should get up. Liz says that Julia can. Julia says she isn’t going to eat that food without Liz. Julia leaves the CBR briefly and comes back with a snack and laughing about Johnny Mac’s new bed...John must be sleeping in the OBR. They share the snack and Liz whines that she just wants to go to sleep and forget about everything. Julia reminds her that it’s a game and they made it this far.

6:56 PM BBT Liz and Julia are trying to catch some sleep in the CBR. Vanessa, Steve and Austin are in the KT saying that it was a very eventful day. Steve says that Vanessa has him thinking about “her” again. Vanessa says that’s her job and aren’t those good thoughts? Steve says he wishes something would have happened between us. Vanessa says “never say never” and we get FotH. 7:00 PM BBT Austin is at the KT counter chopping stuff and muttering “Oh Mylanta” to himself. Steve is pacing nearby. Vanessa has gone up to the HOHR WA to use the bathroom. 7:05 PM BBT We have had FotH briefly. When we come back, Austin, Vanessa and Steve are in the KT. Vanessa is explaining tax brackets to Steve and talking about how much tax you would have to pay on the winnings. They talk about being able to write off costs for any clothes they were required to purchase for the show. John joins the discussion briefly. Vanessa goes to lay down and says to let her know if they do anything fun. 7:08 PM BBT Vanessa lays down in the CBR. Liz and Julia are already laying down there. All is quiet. In the KT, Austin continues preparing food while John sits at the glass counter. Steve is back and forth. Austin is chopping onions and saying “crying.” John leaves the KT. 7:12 PM BBT Steve talking to Austin in the KT about what a difficult day it’s been. Steve says it will calm down a bit now, which is nice. 7:16 PM BBT Steve is up in his HOHR pacing between the room and the WA and eating a fruit roll-up snack. He sits on the bed and looks at the pictures there. He says “what do you think Harrison?” 7:18 PM BBT Steve apologizes to Harrison[‘s picture] for skipping out on meeting him in order to be on a reality show. Steve says he doesn’t want to get his hopes up, then says that Vanessa is doing something shady. He finishes his fruit roll-up and gets up to throw away the paper. 7:22 PM BBT Steve goes into the OBR to talk to John. John was trying to sleep. BB asks John to put his microphone on and John realizes he doesn’t have it and gets up to get it from the WA. 7:23 PM BBT In the CBR, Liz says she has to go to the bathroom but she’s afraid to go out there. Vanessa says it’s okay out there. Liz just has to brave the world and go for it. Empty that bladder. Liz leaves the room. Vanessa tells Julia that all the guys are afraid to come in there. The guys are terrified. Julia refers to Jeff talking about a woman scorned [think that was James]. Vanessa says Austin knows he is in the dog house. We get FotH. 7:25 PM BBT Feeds come back and Julia is telling Vanessa that she wishes they could fast forward. She’s not happy about having to write another speech. Great. Just great. Liz comes back into the room saying it’s so awkward with Austin. Vanessa asks if Austin took the veto off and Liz says yes, it took him long enough. Vanessa tries to smooth things over for him, telling Liz that Austin knows he is in the doghouse. Steve pops in to toss chocolates to Liz. Steve scampers inside and hides behind John’s bed. Liz pelts him with chocolate. Steve complains that he’s been nice and she pelts him! Steve goes back to hiding and then says it’s really uncomfortable. He gets into John’s bed to hide under the covers. Liz says “Steve!” Steve asks if he is interrupting something and they say no, they are just napping. 7:30 PM BBT Vanessa and Steve both leave the CBR, leaving Julia and Liz alone. They talk about how awkward things are. Julia says you always have to make up with him and Liz says that she doesn’t want to. They talk about Jesse.

5:00 PM BBT Steve comes into the CBR where Liz is laying down and Julia is eating something using a pillow as a table. Steve tells them he left wine on the KT counter. Liz says she will be taking him up on that offer and asks if she can have most of it. She says it’s the least that Steve can do. 5:02 PM BBT Austin and JMac are in the WA talking. Austin tells John that he thinks Liz is feeling betrayed because he is not going to use the PoV on her. John and Austin agree that this is a game and it doesn’t have any bearing on how Austin feels about Liz. He can’t put a girl he met two months ago ahead of his family. John points out that Clay didn’t see that. Clay told John that Clay only had one relationship, and that was in high school. 5:04 PM BBT In the WA, John tells Austin that there is luck involved but the people who are still in the house are there because they made good decisions. In the CBR, Steve is going through clothes and talking to himself, while Julia silently eats. Liz is laying down. Julia gets up and leaves. 5:09 PM BBT Austin goes into the CBR to talk to Liz. He asks what’s up and she says nothing and covers herself completely with the blanket. He asks if there is anything he can do for her and she says no. There is long silence and then Steve comes in with presents for Liz. She comes out from under the blanket, thanks him for the treats and pulls them under the blanket with her and pulls the blanket up to her neck. Steve leaves and Liz tells Austin that she just wants her sister. Austin tells Liz that he didn’t mean to hurt her. When he was picked early, he had to win it. Liz says she just feels like his reaction proved a lot to her and this probably isn’t going to end well and she is coming to terms with that. Austin asks what it proves and begins justifying his actions. Liz says she doesn’t know what to believe because Vanessa says she has a lot of information on Austin. Austin insists that she doesn’t have info and all Austin is doing is protecting Liz and her sister. Austin talks about what he was thinking about in the comp and Liz tells him he is full of sh*t. Austin tells her that he ruined his life for her by leaving his g/f. He loves her and can’t believe that she feels this way just because he won the veto. Liz just wants him to leave. Austin leaves shaking his head. 5:19 PM BBT Austin talks to John in the KT, telling him that John was right and he should not have gone in to talk to Liz. Austin relays the conversation to John and tells John that Liz is putting things together incorrectly and that she thinks Austin was part of a plot to target Liz. Austin wants John to tell Liz that there was no plot. Steve goes up to the HOHR to talk to Steve. 5:20 PM BBT Austin goes into the HOHR and immediately tells Steve that he needs Steve to talk to Liz. Austin tells Steve that Liz hates him and that she and Austin are done. Austin tells Steve that Liz says Austin has been betraying her and lying to her the whole game and that Austin was out to eliminate them because he knew he was a pawn this week and that he was in a room with Vanessa and Johnny Mac and that he knew they were targeting her. Steve asks if Liz just broke up with him and Austin says yes and Steve says “oh my God”. Steve doesn’t understand what Liz is upset about. Vanessa is called to the DR. 5:25 PM BBT Austin asks Steve to tell Liz that there Austin is a genuine person who loves her and would not do this to her. He was ticked off during the comp because Julia picked him and that made him think there was a conspiracy. He didn’t understand her rationale. He didn’t think Julia would pick Austin until JMac was eliminated. Steve tells Austin that he made a great TV moment. 5:27 PM BBT Austin tells Steve that Vanessa told Julia to pick Austin and that made him think that Vanessa was masterminding something to target him. He wants Steve to tell Liz that he has always tried to protect Liz and Julia. Steve says it wouldn’t be a good time to talk to Liz. Emotions are high for everyone. 5:28 PM BBT Liz tells Julia in the CBR that she and Austin had the biggest fight and she still can’t believe it. She is munching on the treats Steve brought. She tells Julia that Austin told her that he ruined his life for her. Austin said he loved her though. Julia says that she thinks it just for show. 5:30 PM BBT Liz wants Julia to go get the wine. Julia says he’s gonna die when he sees all his stuff on the couch. The only person Julia trusts in the game is Vanessa and Liz. Liz says Austin is a joke still walking around with the veto. He is just too much today...he’s frickin’ insane. Julia says it’s a joke that Austin says he ruined his life for her. Julia points out that Austin is the one who came into the house knowing he has a g/f and then asking Liz to be his g/f. 5:38 PM BBT Julia has gone to get wine and she comes back into the CBR and reports that Austin was talking to Steve and now he’s talking to Vanessa. Liz offers a watery “cheers” to Julia. She’s crying hard and Julia tries to make her laugh. 5:48 PM BBT Vanessa comes into the CBR to talk to Liz and Julia. She has a glass of wine and they raise their glasses and say “cheers.” Vanessa says on her mother she has never done a thing against the girls in the game. She tells Julia she hurt her game by giving Julia advice. Her advice would have been different if she was looking out for herself rather than Julia. Vanessa explains her view of what happened and her thoughts on game. Vanessa defends Austin’s right to play the game. While Clay was very romantic, that doesn’t make Clay a better man than Austin. Liz isn’t mad about that, she’s mad about Austin’s reaction and his insensitivity. Vanessa says no one is perfect and suggests that Liz put herself in his shoes. Wouldn’t she have celebrated winning veto? 5:54 PM BBT Liz cries and says she can’t help the way she feels. Vanessa says she understands that she wants to be logical but her feelings are getting in the way. Liz says she is embarrassed too and tells Vanessa what Austin said about ruining his life for Liz. Vanessa says that she knows that Austin cares for Liz and there is no doubt in Vanessa’s mind that Austin is head over heels for Liz. Vanessa relays stories about her and Mel and the things they disagree about when emotion overrides logic. Liz seems comforted. 5:57 PM BBT Austin, Steve, and John are in the KT talking about Jesse. Steve thinks that Jesse must have been rooting for Austin. Austin wants to have a match with Jesse. 5:58 PM BBT Vanessa, Julia, and Liz are talking about Amanda and McCrae. Vanessa says that Austin and Liz are a good couple and Austin is definitely into Liz. Liz whispers “he said he loved me” Vanessa tells Liz that Austin cares for her, but is not the kind of man to abandon his own dream. It’s been his dream for a long time, and he is hoping Liz will respect him for it.

11:33 PM BBT The HGs in the KT talk about private BB games hosted by people. Austin wonders about hosting one and charging people for taking part in it. Steve talks about something else he would like to do that would benefit kids who don’t get enough to eat. Steve thinks it’s classier to do something for charity than for money. John says you can’t buy anything with classiness. 11:38 PM BBT John, Steve, Austin and Julia talk about movies and Hilary Duff. Steve announces he is going to have a shower and that he will probably go to bed early. Austin says probably all of them will. Steve leaves the KT while John and Austin continue chatting. 11:41 PM BBT Steve is getting into the shower in the HOHR. Austin and John are talking in the KT about different WWE wrestlers. 11:45 PM BBT John has been standing alone in the KT. Austin returns to the KT and John notes that they haven’t brought Donny back yet to host a competition, and asks Austin if he thinks it could happen. Austin thinks they will get a guest host, but he thinks they will bring Jace back for it. 11:48 PM BBT John and Austin are talking about eggs in the KT. Austin says he wonders about the Jumbo eggs being artificially “jumboed” John wonders about the size of eggs and whether there are eggs that are so large that they don’t fit in a carton. They talk about how Clay loves eggs. 11:50 PM BBT John and Austin speculate whether “Clelli” is a thing. 11:52 PM BBT In the HOHR Steve has decided to fill the tub. He has the headphones on and is telling himself that he has to be super careful as he gets into the tub. 11:55 PM BBT John is looking at the memory while Austin is cleaning up after making eggs. Julia is saying that she would love to see Jace again. Julia is waiting to be called to DR, and she is. John says Jace was one side of the cube. He didn’t realize it, but the cube was the first six HGs evicted. Julia and Liz are both asking if they heard a “no” and they try to figure out what the “no” was about. 11:58 PM BBT Steve is reclining in the HOHR tub surrounded by bubbles.

11:01 PM BBT Liz is brushing her teeth while Julia lounges behind her in the WA. Julia tells Liz that she talked to Steve and asked him if there is anything she can do for Liz. Austin is in the KT washing a plate. Steve comes into the KT area and puts on his blue hoodie, which was laying on a stool at the KT counter. 11:06 PM BBT Julia and Steve are in the KT. Julia sees ants and wonders why they won’t just die. Steve tells her that would be against evolution, since they are trying to survive. Julia asks why he has to get so technical and Steve says “you asked.” 11:08 PM BBT Lights are out in the CBR, and Vanessa is bundled under the covers with her beanie pulled down over her eyes. Steve is sweeping under the DT and in the KT area and talking to John who is standing nearby watching. Austin is in the KT. Steve mentions James isn’t here to appreciate burps and farts anymore. John says he is not going to play that game. John says he might get in trouble if he gets caught out with gas management issues after calling someone else out for it on national television. 11:12 PM BBT Austin is walking around the KT with a blanket wrapped around him in a way that is reminiscent of Audrey. Julia says he looks really scary. John comments on how big that blanket is and they wonder where that blanket came from. Austin asks if there is a rule against him wearing this... we get FISH. 11:15 PM BBT John is at the counter in the KT. Liz and Julia are in the WA. Liz is putting on make-up and Julia is brushing her teeth. 11:18 PM BBT Julia is in the WA by herself and starts singing “makes time go s....”. We get FISH and when we come back, Julia is apologizing and saying that her head is not in a good place right now. “you feel me? I know you would understand. Love Juj” 11:21 PM BBT Steve is alone in the HOHR pacing and listening to music. John is in the KT looking at the memory wall and commenting on Jame’s photo. Steve comes out of the HOHR and as he comes downstairs he talks to Austin and John in the KT, asking when a person would wear a bath robe. Austin says after the shower. John says whenever you’re feeling like a G or when you are at home smoking a pipe. Steve says why not just put pajamas on instead of a bathrobe. Because you can get the bathrobe wet? Austin: “mmhmm” 11:23 PM BBT Steve talks to Austin and John about women wearing uncomfortable shoes because they look good. If the shoes aren’t comfortable, they end up taking them off. How can they look good, if they take their shoes off? Austin tells him that they would keep their shoes on except that when they have had some alcohol their priorities change and are less worried about looking good. 11:25 PM BBT Steve says he misses being in a relationship. John says he doesn’t. 11:29 PM BBT Austin, John, and Steve in the KT talking about who in the house identifies as a nerd. Steve asks Austin if he has taken out the garbage. Austin says no, why? Steve says it smells in here. Austin says, oh, that was a zing. They talk about Zingbot a bit and Steve comments that Christine got zinged through Cody and then Steve recites the zing in Zingbot style. 11:32 PM BBT Julia has joined the guys in the KT. They are talking about other versions of BB. Julia thinks it’s interesting that Audrey could play BB online and skype with other HGs.

6:01 PM BBT Steve is alone in the HOHR alone, talking to the camera. Liz is angry. Steve tells us she is probably mad that she did his dirty work for him in the DE. He can’t believe she thought he would get out Johnny; that Steve would go after him. He has a week. Now it’s time to calm down and let things settle. He ponders whether he should put the twins up. Steve says “aww geez. Anyone but Julia.” He has gotten the bed ready to lay down in. He goes over to his basket but doesn’t take anything from it. As he gets into the bed, BB tells him not to obstruct his mic. He grabs the headphones, telling us that he is afraid to go downstairs to work out. He says it’s really messy. He is worried about Julia winning the PoV tomorrow. He second guesses himself about whether he should have put up the twins. 6:07 PM BBT Steve is laying on the HOHR bed, listening to music, and watching the screen while re-thinking and second-guessing his rationale for choosing Liz and Austin. He takes off the headphones and his glasses and lays down in the bed, covering his eyes with his hood, still talking to himself and saying “anyone but Julia.” 6:10 PM BBT John and Austin are working out in the LR. Steve is laying in the HOHR bed all tucked in with his teddy bear and worrying about whether John is throwing competitions because he’s a twist. He says that John is so good at comps but has never been HOH. He begins counting all the comps that John has won. 6:18 PM BBT Steve is trying to sleep in the HOHR. Austin and John continue to work out in the LR. Liz is just getting out of the shower. 6:21 PM BBT Lots of heavy breathing going on in the LR. John and Austin are still working out. Liz goes to the WC. 6:27 PM BBT In the WA, Liz is doing her hair. John and Austin have finished their workout and are getting something to drink in the KT. Austin says that was pretty effective and John agrees. Julia is in the KT cleaning. 6:31 PM BBT John goes into the freezer to try a frozen banana with dark chocolate. Julia says she will try one too, but she takes her pills first. 6:32 PM BBT Liz is talking to Vanessa in the CBR. Vanessa is telling Liz that her earlier suggestion to play potball was meant to help Liz feel better because Liz is good at it. Liz says it would just be too awkward. She is so upset. Liz tells Vanessa that yesterday morning when Meg and Julia were still on the block, Steve took them into the parlor room and asked Liz and Julia to swear on their family not to put him up on the block. They told him “yeah of course.” She is upset that he did that and then put her up. Liz feels really betrayed that Steve asked her to swear on her family when he was going to put her up. 6:33 PM BBT Vanessa says that the part she doesn’t understand is that Steve gave his word to Vanessa that if she put up Julia he would vote for Julia so “that whole deal was null and void” and his vote was already committed, so it was strange that he made Liz and Julia swear. Liz feels like she is going crazy and so betrayed. If he knew she was his target, why did he make her swear on her family. Vanessa points out that Steve didn’t expect the DE and he thought he would be going into a 7-person situation. Vanessa says what bothers her is that Steve was even talking to Liz like that when he had already made a commitment to Vanessa about his vote. 6:36 PM BBT Vanessa tells Liz that Steve is playing to win and at least Steve did it with class by telling her in advance and explaining it’s a game move. Liz says she can’t help being upset. Vanessa tells her that she (Liz) is stronger than that. Liz points out that Steve’s replacement nomination is probably going to be Julia unless Julia wins PoV. Then Vanessa will be the replacement nom. Liz tells Vanessa that Steve told Austin that Austin is not his target. 6:39 PM BBT Julia comes into the CBR and sits on Vanessa’s bed without saying a word. The conversation continues. Vanessa tells Liz that she has her back more than Liz knows. Vanessa says she is in a hard place right now because she knows things she wishes she didn’t and she doesn’t even know what to do. Liz says she is in a horrible situation too. Vanessa tells Liz that she has to fight to win veto. Julia asks if Vanessa thinks Austin will even try to win veto. Vanessa tells her that Austin will not fight for it and Liz had better fight for it. If Austin does win it he won’t use it on Liz so Vanessa tells Liz she has to fight for it. Liz has Vanessa and Julia’s vote. John would vote to save Austin. 6:42 PM BBT Liz tells Julia and Vanessa that she came into the season wanting a girl to win. Vanessa says the three of them have something very special because they trust each other. Vanessa says that Liz gave her some really good information about how Steve asked Liz and Julia to swear on their family not to put him up. John comes into the CBR. Vanessa keeps talking, asking them who brought “family” up. The twins joke about swearing on the bible. Vanessa offers to summarize bible stories for them. John lays down on his bed and listens to the conversation. Austin comes into the CBR and Vanessa is telling them about a story she told. They tell her she’s like Audrey, but Vanessa says her stories are not scary like Audrey’s were. 6:48 PM BBT Liz leaves the CBR, and Austin follows her out. Julia says she is going to take a nap. Vanessa offers to try and cook dinner and then asks if that is okay or does that sound scary. Julia says that Liz has things ready. Vanessa offers to help anyway and Julia tells her she can be sous chef. 6:56 PM BBT Julia is laying down in her bed in the CBR now, John is lounging on his bed while Vanessa sits up and tells them about what it was like for her to be on the block. Julia says it’s really different when you are on the block. Vanessa tells them it’s like being back-doored even though she played in the veto. It didn’t feel like a replacement nomination and she felt like she was being ushered out the back door. She doesn’t agree with the definition that she and Steve debated. Julia tells Vanessa that she fought hard and stayed. Vanessa says look at John too and Julia says that’s right...John was dead and came back from the dead. They talk about what the competition will be tomorrow. Julia asks if there is a veto ceremony if they are all playing. Vanessa clarifies that there is no pick and John adds that there will be no host. Vanessa says that it will just be the ceremony. Vanessa says that there is even less going on in the house now.
