Derrick Levasseur (Week 7) + Team America
gogojuicy replied to carmen's topic in Big Brother 16 Archives
Yeah it's hard not to love his game. Something I can't put my finger on keeps me from actually liking him totally, but you gotta appreciate his game play. I think the only thing that keeps from the big prize is bad luck at this point. Is Caleb his #3, I wonder. Probably. -

Oh ok. Zach talks about golf a lot so he's probably even said that name before and I didn't notice until now because I just heard it yesterday. haha Ooh! Just talking about Stevie Johnson. Now that name I know. -

Were they just talking about the golf that pre-empted the show last night? Zach mentioned the winner's name... Of course, I don't know anything about golf so maybe it's about a past win... -
I do not like Christine. Her behavior with Cody totally grosses me out. However, there is a scenario that could win me over... What if she's watching all this...knows she's Cody's "person", knows Victoria is Derrick's, and knows Cody and Derrick won't turn on each other before F4 if at all... perhaps she aims to steal Victoria for herself if she win comps at the right times and get to make the F2 decision. Pretty barfy F2, but don't think she'd be in the dictionary holding hands w/ Jenn City anymore...

I hesitate to say that putting up Victoria takes balls, but it would take just that to show that Christine has any. -
I didn't know who Ariana Grande was before BB16 and still haven't heard her music, to my knowledge, but that's neither here nor there... I have though, now, seen several pictures of her..... What is that expression always on her face? So blank and expressionless. Aren't mega stars supposed to impart at least some degree of charisma? LOL Just an observation; no serious replies necessary.

Is there transcript anywhere of the supposed sh*t Nicole said about Frankie's sister? I find it hard to believe. I believe she may have mentioned that Frankie thinks his reveal got Victoria in his pocket, but that hardly constitutes sh*t talking. -

At least they could have warned us. Maybe I wouldn't have forgotten several items at the grocery store if I hadn't been in such a rush! -

WTH! Golf is still on. Do I have to wait through an hour of 60 minutes after this junk is over before BB is on? -
Barf. I watched his big reveal. So ridiculous. And it's really hard to believe that it had any impact on anyone beyond Victoria. Anyone who uses this as their reason to work with and/or save Frankie from here on is an idiot. Seems to me it should have made him immediately everyone's target. For a variety of reasons.

Bummer. I'm running out of people to like! Nicole and Frankie both lost me. Nicole could win me back if she does something....like use veto or continues to target frankie. -

If Nicole wins POV will she save Donny? I hope so. She should absolutely make Christine have to re-nom someone. Who will Frankie tell her to put up? -

Frankie Grande (Week 5) -HoH, Team America
gogojuicy replied to TempletonPeck's topic in Big Brother 16 Archives
Yeah. Caleb is Frankie's Victoria. If they don't get Frankie out soon, we're in for a long trip w/ least mode cowboy. He will surely take him to the end. Quite frankly, I don't doubt Caleb's final 2 speech will be even more cringe worthy than GM's, at the end of the day. -
So Caleb mentioned wanting to throw HOH. I think that was just his set up to use as the reason when he doesn't win it. He was discouraged from that idea by Frankie, i think, and others. Now it's his knees are hurting. His new excuse for his upcoming least-mode cowboy (copyright 6borders) showing in the comp. Of course later on he will surely reveal that he pretended his knees hurt so no one would be mad for him throwing the comp. He is a very disturbed man.

yeah. I've never believed Derrick was gonna stay true to his F2 w/ Cody. It doesn't fit in at all w/ the rest of his well thought out strategy.

Derrick Levasseur (Week 5) -Team America

Oh I don't think he's attracted to Vic at all. In fact I think he can barely stand her. Vic is to Derrick what Danielle was to Dan. -

I think Frankie and Derrick are playing very very similar games. Their polar opposite personalities just make their play seem different. -
I think they absolutely are genuinely fond of each other. And i freakin love them together! However, I believe they are each toying with the other romantically as game play. Given the chance to gut the other, one of them will do it. They will probably go on to be life long friends no matter how the game goes.

Derrick's there to play and win. He hasn't made one move that wasn't strategic. Encouraging, or at least not discouraging, an unhinged competitor to carry on w/ their nonsense is good for his game. I don't doubt he, and probably several others (including Amber) have talked to production about Caleb and been assured he's being closely watched.
