  1. Marty: Jocasta, Pow-Pow & Victoria were "filler". Thinking back - maybe Jocasta was there to form a 'christian alliance'??? In the beginning of the season these HGs did a lot of Bible reading - at one point or another, Amber, Caleb, Cody, Christine. But after Jocasta was evicted what happened to the Bible? Did she take it with her?
  2. The Big Brother franchise has been around for over 10 years and I believe that the producers shouldn't cast 'newbies' with 'veterans'. Some times the HGs who don't really know the game are too easily manipulated and controlled by the HGs that understand the game. The producers could cast a season of nothing by 'fan favorites' People who know the game. Or they could cast a season of all 'newbies' - I feel the would have a better chance. I also think that the season that Jordan Lloyd won made it look easy to prospective female HGS. The situation with Jeff & Jordan , I believe was unique and will most likely never happen again. But a lot of the women come on the show and think they can latch onto a man and win. For this season I think that Joey, Brittany & Amber were the strong women who could have mounted a defense against the boys - but they ere evicted too early in the game. Nicole & Christine should have known better because they both know the game well - as super fans. When it comes to women making alliances with the men - I guess they forgot about BROS BEFORE HOES. That's a BB classic.
  3. A truly ODD COUPLE. Zack would get frustrated with a task and have a meltdown. And Donny would be able to calm him down with his good old southern charm. And it would be "G" rated.
  4. Frankie got outplayed by Derrick and he knows it. And Frankie is not the type to just let it go. Frankie could totally blow up Derrick's game by planting some seeds of his own with Caleb & Cody - because both of them are easily manipulated. Caleb & Cody are highly competitive with each other because they're always counting & comparing their respective win records. If Frankie could somehow get Cody to use the veto on Victoria - Derrick would go on the block automatically vs Frankie. Caleb could tell Derrick that he is just a pawn because Cody & Victoria will vote to evict Frankie. Caleb could tell Derrick that he has to take one for the team- since he's never been on the block. But instead of 2 votes to evict Frankie - it's tie and Caleb gets to break the tie and have his moment in the spotlight to give his speech.
  5. I still think that there's a chance for something to turn around and change up Cody's game. Caleb & Cody are both aware that Derrick has never been nominated either initially or as a replacement nominee. Caleb is not afraid of being on the block because he always had the votes to stay with the BS alliance. He never freaked out and he even volunteered to be nominated - he handled it well. Cody has survived being on the block even though he was scared the whole time. Before the nominations Caleb told Cody that it was time for Derrick to take one for the team - but then nominated Frankie instead. Even though Cody has been aligned with Derrick in their 2 man alliance -The Hitmen - since the beginning of the game, I think he would rather be in F2 with Caleb rather than Derrick. I believe that Frankie got in Cody's head with the stuff about Derrick in F2 with anybody and using his status as a family man with a wife & kid as justification for the win.
  6. I think that Caleb has some sorta "IT" factor. Call it charisma; likeability or whatever - but he has it. If Caleb doesn't make F2 and comes in 3rd or 4th - I think that he should capitalize on his infamous "infatuation with Amber" and turn it into a positive. Instead of his bad idea of a TV show where he dates unattractive girls who are desperate. He could host a scripted reality show that gives dating advice to hapless men like him. He would need a couple of experts on hand to show the dos & don'ts of dating, etc. But I think it could work. Or he could host a scripted reality show about Hunting. Colby from Survivor had a shooting competition show on the History Channel called "Top Shot". I don't like or shoot guns - but I watched that show because I like competitions with real people. (Been a BB fan since the beginning.) Plus Caleb is a big romantic at heart - His favorite movie is "The Notebook". And please let Beastmode Cowboy die at the end of BB.
  7. Trashing people non-stop is not funny. That's why his ridiculous "play" (if you want to call it that) fell flat and was deemed a failed mission. I don't believe that "normal people" are entertained by Frankie's antics. Initially, some of Frankie's "impressions & characters" were amusing. (The British accent; the Macho Frank etc.) But I could only tolerate him in small doses. With some of his other "characters" - he goes too far and is way over the top.
  8. Toss up between Zack & Donny. Zack was always entertaining - too bad that he was 'besties" with the Frankie - that relationship cost him the game. Donny was too kindhearted with this group of sheep, plus he didn't stand a chance against an 8 man alliance . He did the best he could under the circumstances. He won some comps and he completed some missions as part of Team America. I think Zack & Donny should team up together and do TAR.
  9. Don't see Frankie rising above his ego - He would make BB history -being the only juror to vote for himself - cuz he thinks he played the best game. Frankie would be the most bitter of all the jurors. And at least he couldn't blame it on Zack , Nicole, or Donny. Agree 100%! So true. Frankie needs to prepare like any other HG who's on the block. No more special treatment - he's had enough. Maybe his eviction will humble him a little bit
  10. No crying or hurt feelings - Come on - this is Big Brother. There's always gonna be hurt feelings and crying. Why does Frankie 'deserve' to have his feelings spared? I don't get it. Frankie has trashed most of the HGs this season even after they were evicted and sent home or to the jury. That's not game - that's just mean.
  11. Not sure he's gonna "catch hell" But somebody needs to talk to him specifically about his behavior during his "infatuation" with Amber. She tried her best to let him down easy without hurting his feelings - but the boy just couldn't take NO for an answer. He's been talking about taking her on a cruise, kissing her at the finale, etc...
  12. When I first tuned in to BBAD Cody looked like he was in shock that he won. But I am glad that he bested his time by about 10 minutes. He definitely gets a star for that. Up in the HOH with Caleb - he actually made a game decision (w/o checking with Derrick first). When Caleb wanted the vote against Frankie to be a tie - so he could make a big speech to Frankie and be the deciding vote to send Frankie home. Cody was quite decisive in shutting that down immediately.
  13. I thought it was against the BB rule book to tell a HG before the vote that they were going home.
  14. Caleb tried to tell Frankie how it happened. And of course Frankie couldn't believe what Caleb told him was true. (even though it was the truth) And when Derrick & Cody found out the Caleb told Frankie "the reason he was nominated". Of course Derrick & Cody were upset because Caleb told Frankie the truth. Frankie is not going to just let it go.
  15. If he doesn't make F2 with anybody - he gets zip. And trashing Hayden re: the luxury comp was childish & selfish. Hayden won the comp and Victoria was his partner so she won $5k. The only reason he wanted Hayden to "throw it to Nicole" was because he was Nicole's partner - and he would have won $5k.
  16. Poor Frankie, he's been demanding explanations from everybody as to how he got nominated. If he doesn't win the POV I cannot imagine what kind of tantrum he would have.
  17. I think that the jury might applaud Frankie's appearance at the jury house. I hope that Nicole starts it with a 'standing ovation'. I also hope that all the guys left in the house get tons of questions from press interviews about Frankie's behavior in the house - specifically the groping, hugging, humping, etc. I honestly think that Caleb's brother's letter was trying to send him a message re: putting on man pants.
  18. I like Caleb because he has a good heart and it shows - you just can't fake that kinda stuff. He's a real character. And he's a real person.Loyalty will only take you so far in the game of BB - and if Caleb had been schooled in BB I believe he could have performed much better. I wish that Caleb had nominated both Frankie & Derrick. Let them fight it out over veto. If veto is used - put up Victoria and let the HG votes determine who goes
  19. "Twitoria" that's cute. If Frankie wins the veto - Victoria goes to jury in 5th place with $5K. Not bad. She finishes as the "top girl" in this season of too many fickle alliances; unanimous votes; and no real competitions or big moves to change the game. Too boring and zero drama; hardly any interesting discussions among the HGs. I think it would be funny if they did a mash-up of the HGs as babies - instead of the circus theme, or whatever it was.
  20. F2 should be Caleb & Cody. Caleb has been "dadgum" entertaining with his tall tales and such. And poor Cody hasn't won any prize money. All he has won is a week in the "Dino" suit. Derrick & Frankie have won their "Team America" prize money for 8 successful missions at $5k a pop.
  21. Aside from Victoria claiming the title of the reigning "Princess of BB16" - last girl in the house -5th place - she also has $5,000 and the only girl to win a dime in prize money. Yea Victoria! - Not bad for a 'newbie'. Nicole played as best as she could considering that both of her alliances failed. I'm glad that she got to experience the 2 BB costumes - they were cute. Christine won the football outing. Jocasta won zip. This was just a tough season of BB for the women. Hope it's better next year.
  22. Last night after she had talked to Caleb and he told her about the Bomb Squad alliance, she got a little feisty with Derrick when she began questioning him about it. Instead of trying to help Derrick win the game she should have spent the time campaigning for herself. Telling Caleb that she is not a competition threat to his game. After all, she's still pretending to be mad at Derrick. She could try to schmooze up to Caleb - he is the HOH. You never know - it might work. Getting to the F2 is all about winning the comps.
  23. Last night Derrick & Frankie were talking about the jury being bitter. (When they had the chance to trash the BB house for the luxury comp.) If either Frankie or Derrick make F2 - and either of them win the $500K. Plus the money from the "Team America" missions at $5K a pop. According to the CBS website they have successfully completed 8 missions! Then I believe you will see some "bitter jury members". Jocasta, Nicole & Christine did not win a dime in BB prize money. And Cody might be in the same position too if he doesn't make F2. I dont think that Donnie would be bitter because he was a part of Team America. Zack won the trip to Germany. Caleb won the football outing +$5K. And lastly Hayden & Victoria won $5k each for the luxury comp. All I can say at this point in the game is that when it's all over - Derricks little girl is gonna have a nice chunk of change for her college fund.
  24. Plus when she finds out about the money that Derrick made from Team America missions.
  25. I have a soft spot for Caleb as well. You can tell that he has a good heart, deep down inside. He is a good ole country boy and needs to stop trying to be what he is not. His Mamma told him not to be too boastful (or something like that) but he did not heed his momma's advice -and his tall tales have taken over his BB persona. I really wished that he had nominated Derrick & Frankie - and make them fight for their BB lives in the POV comp. I know that Zack tried to tell Caleb bout the "Detonators" alliance - but I don't know how that ever turned out.
