  1. 7:32PM BBT Jackson prays a bunch of memorized prayers by rote for 2-3 minutes in the target room. Holly interrupts and he shuts her down and tells her to leave, nicely at first, but very sharply the second time.

7:39PM BBT After saying his prayers by rote [Including " I have sinned against you whom I should love above all things. I firmly intend, with your help, to do penance, to sin no more, and to avoid whatever leads me to sin." - BBLurkerPlus] when Jackson comes out, he gets very mean when deriding Cliff to Holly and telling how he's not going to honor his deal with him because Cliff doesn't deserve it.  [Not-nice stuff. Really ugly look for him immediately after praying by rote that he was going to do better for the Lord by not sinning any more - BBLurkerPlus]

I am soooo glad they cast real people from a cross section of America. They could make the show filled with stud college guys and beach babes with big boobs that have sex on the live feeds, and they all have aspirations to become models\actors. If they had gone that way with casting, I would have stopped watching.

They USED TO cast "real people" but @Kassting has gotten incredibly lazy and she now casts from LA and NY way too much with LA industry wannabes and friends and family of production.  Despite using their hometowns in profiles, Snackson, Beth, Anallice, Bella, Jack were all cast from the LA area - that's 5/16 from just LA and another 5/16 from the NY area (including Christie and by extension Tommy as shirttail relatives of production staff). Not very vigorous casting, and even of the 16 we got a LOT were recruited according to them and not even interested in the game per se.

Well, I can't buy into that BB is rigged as much as you're suggesting. You're saying it is as rigged as The Apprentice was, where they pre-select the the final winner before they even start production, and build the entire season around that one person. That is what they did on The Apprentice; that show was 100% a sham in term of the out come.

They absolutely have done that transparently. Paul was brought back and given every protection and opportunity to win the game, but he failed at the end because he was an ass his second season and didn't manage the jury.

By the nature of the show, the producers of big brother can't control the outcome and trajectory completely, but they work very hard to develop the "storylines" they want to see happen and help their favorites get ahead with DR sessions that use psychology to influence the houseguests at key times.

But the fact that the FCC says Big Brother is NOT a game show, but only as real as the WWE, and the outcome is fully or in some measure PREdetermined should be enough to give you the clue.  So not "maybe" predetermined, but DEFINITELY predetermined. The only question is how much of it works out the way they intent to guide it.

  4. 4:02PM BBT  Tommy refers to the "incident in the backyard" (where the speaker was used to out Christie and Tommy's relationship to Cliff and Nicole who were in the back yard and heard it with Tommy) before the cameras QUICKLY cut away.  Production told houseguests something to minimize or ignore this event and what they learned about Christie and Tommy, but proof that they did hear and understand it has popped up on the feeds occasionally, and this is another example.

How is is mentally ill? What I am missing that is on the feeds but never makes it on the show.

What is he accused of doing in terms of cheating? I can't believe he is that popular with the fans that they'd give him a pass on anything serious.

Because BB is a highly controlled reality show, it would not surprise me if penalties are hidden from audience, such as a HG might compete in a timed comp, and there is a significant time penalty added that, more-or-less, prevents the HG from winning. The TV illusion is that HG competed, but in reality the HG had no chance of winning. Since comps are not on the live feeds, they have the power of editing to do a lot interesting things.

There's a MASSIVE amount of proof from his own mouth and the other houseguests who watched him self-destruct when trying to go cold-turkey on a max-daily-dose street XANAX habit (it got so bad BB took away the white knife (the only sharp kitchen knife for cooking) for a while - they were CONCERNED).

He cheated all week on slop, open to the live feeds cameras in the shower.  It was blatant because he went from one shower a day to 5 or more showers a day where he'd disappear below the frosted doors and come up chewing the last bits of whatever he was eating that time.  Jen on BB8's penalty was immediate. Snackson got nothing. In fact production HELPED him because in this time period they realized that he had lied on his application and was a mental basket case. It's the reason havenots/slop were CANCELLED for the REST OF THE SEASON. For Snackson. They couldn't risk him getting picked again and going crazy or openly cheating again all week. For the first time EVER, a central feature of Big Brother was CANCELLED Mid-season to accommodate (i.e. help) ONE HOUSEGUEST. Crazy.

Here Snackson is confessing his mental problems immediately prior to entering the house (his eating disorder has been a problem since he was a child - confessed elsewhere on the life feeds):

Here Snackson talks to Beth about his breakdown leading to him being assigned a shrink that is brought in for 90 minute sessions just for him multiple times a week.  He also admits to telling the shrink stuff he left off his BB application that would have disqualified him, omitting his mental illness, suicidal modes, depression, and eating disorder. His attitude about the deception? "I'm here now, what are they gonna do?" (they should have immediately ejected him into treatment)

Here Christie is talking about production helping Snackson cheat when he was on slop by providing all his favorite foods when he's not supposed to be eating any of it that week:

Here he talks about his lengthy street drug addiction (to XANAX and Adderall, which was mentioned elsewhere multiple times):

There are a TON more clips backing up all the reasons Snackson is a cheater and mentally ill and helped by production and therefore should not be allowed to win.  There's also the domestic abuse arrest from last year, which watching him drag Holly for 6+ hours and make her cry over and over I can totally believe.

  6. 6 hours ago, echo said:

It does make me wonder how they penalize HG for breaking the rules (aka cheating) which I assume can be as trivial as eating normal food while on slop.

It happens so infrequently at the level Snackson did it (i.e. all week while on slop, he never stopped eating) that there aren't many reference points.  Jen season 8 is really the only good reference point. She ate turkey and an apple and something else and was called to the DR within minutes where she received a penalty vote at the next eviction ceremony, meaning she had a vote against her before the voting even started.  Snacksons was MUCH worse open cheating, so if production wasn't helping him (they were, according to Christie, by providing him all his favorite foods while he wasn't supposed to be able to eat them) then Snackson should have received a penalty nomination to put him on the block at the very least.  But they didn't, likely because he's actually seriously mentally ill and he could not control his behavior, but in that case, he should have been immediately evicted from the house straight into treatment for his issues.  Big Brother UK would have done that in a heartbeat.

  7. 1 hour ago, KPugs said:

I have been watching since the beginning. IF you don't recall evil dick and his behavior, this is completely calm compared to that. Also people being evicted due to threats, and even some close fights, and blatantly disregarding BB rules (throwing microphone into the pool). Pretty sure Jackson hasn't come CLOSE to that.

Still YOUR obsession with Jackson clearly teeters on having the same diagnosis. IT IS A GAME, or at the very least, a reality show that is there for ENTERTAINMENT. Good Grief!!

The difference is Eveldick was not mentally ill, on drugs, and working with a shrink during the week while on the show.  And Snackson has had some shouting matches (for no reason) to the girls, but production kept it off camera so you could only hear it from adjacent live feed rooms. EDs actions had a gameplay point. Snackson is just a mentally ill, drug addicted, frat boy based on his behavior in the house and his own words.

But at least you're not denying he's mentally ill now. There's that.  Pretty hard to refute it from the horse's mouth.

Yes, this will be the best move for Nicole and Cliff. And there isn't a thing Michie can do about it, PLUS he can't compete for HOH this next time (or am I mistaken about that??).

Assuming Michie can't compete for this next HOH (and Holly is GONE), then there's a great chance they can vote Michie out next.

Veto is all that matters next week.  Regardless of who goes up, PoV can put up whoever isn't HoH.  It's the power play next week.  HoH doesn't really matter next week.

  9. 10 hours ago, KPugs said:

You have no ability to diagnose someone you have never met. You are clearly obsessed over Jackson and too can be considered 'mentally ill'. If you don't like it, turn off the channel.

Well, SOMEONE diagnosed him because when he had his mental breakdown on slop CBS assigned him a private shrink for 90 minute sessions multiple times a week until the show ends. And they took away the white knife for a while.

Snackson HIMSELF also said he was depressed and suicidal and had (has) an eating disorder. All three of those are mentall illness.

So yeah, only a moron wouldn't say he was mentally ill given the overwhelming evidence.

There is an opportunity for Nicole to break up the showman at this point. She can use that Veto to take Tommy off the block which with force Michie to have to replace him with Holly. Tommy and Nicole then will be the two to vote either Cliff or Holly and then can ultimately vote Holly out.  Since Michie will be outgoing HOH he will not be able to participate in the next competition. Are they figuring this out in there or not?

Nicole has been on that for a while now.  Pretty sure that's the way it's going to go.

This was her talking to feeders this morning again about it...

Who puts the BB House back together after it is destroyed by the hamsters during the search for hidden objects?  Does it get done by Production or do the Houseguests have to do it themselves?  I've always wondered that...

    Houseguests have to.

To win BB, she need to win the final HOH, then make the boldest move in the game and puts up her partner Jackson. He would get all the votes to evict, making sure he never makes it to the final 2. Nobody beats him if remains all the way to the end. He as won too many comps without creating enemies that would against him out of spite. If in the final 2, there is good chance he'll sweep the jury no matter who else sits next to him.

Anybody that makes the move that gets Jackson out of the game will earn the respect of several on the jury.

All the jury know Snackson cheated and broke the game as a result. No way he'd sweep the votes, and I doubt he'd win against anyone who is left just becase of that.

  13. 11:26PM BBT Holly catching flies as she applies makeup outside the RV (for a DR?).

    2019_08_07_1126pm.jpg

11:40PM BBT Snackson asks and Holly confirms she's prepping because she'll be called to the DR soon.

11:59PM BBT Nicole telling Tommy in the HoH bathroom she wants him in the house, so she's gonna try to work some magic (and get Beth booted).  She says she knows it's awkward and will make some people angry but it's fairer and that's where her head's at and if Snackson's so scary, why not try to weaken him?

  14. Got most of the comics:

    Analyse - The Chicken
    Bella - Liberty Bella
    Christie -
Cliff - The Ground Hogg  [thanks Goldylucks!]
    David - Say Freeze
Holly - Pinot Noir (Holly in fishnets)

Jack - The Jackass: Centaur of Attention
Jackson - Dr Jackson and Michie Hyde (Christie said this earlier in the show, production used it)
    Jess - Model Mayhem
    Kat - Conspiro
Kemi - Came Back from the Future to Kick Ass
Nick - Long Arm of the Law?
Nicole - Nicolussus from Strong Island (T-rex hands posed like she does when she talks)
    Ovi - The Cookie Monster
Sam - Big Rig (Jacked muscle dude on top of truck)
Tommy - The Mobster (NY Gangster themed)

  15. 6:57PM BBT Feeds are back. NICOLE WON!  With a time of 10:58, she beat second-place Tommy by almost 5 minutes, but is still lamenting wasting a minute she didn't have to!

7:03PM BBT Nicole says she will use the Veto to take "her one" (Cliff) off the block, and give Holly her first taste of the block.  Cliff and Nicole shout out to Ovi with a "Fellowship of the Zing" screen zap.

    Thanks Fuskie,

I did watch this on demand, and yes I did notice the zipper closing, but by not showing Jackson finding Cliff's life ring makes me suspect.  I would hope the show has integrity and is aboveboard!   I did sleep well, thank you!

The show has almost no integrity anymore, with massive cheating by houseguests like Snackson being allowed and production interfering frequently to allow the HG they want to win to get far in the game.  The Kayak HoH is an easy point to prove this because the timers they showed on screen to let Tommy be the winner were fake (they ran forward and backwards while counting up if you slowed the video way down you could clearly see this) and analysis of the live competition frame by frame proved that Anallice actually won that comp. Tommy was actually 6th place.  But it made a better "storyline" to have him win since it saved him from America's road trip and it was his birthday.

But none of that matters because Big Brother is not a contest, game show or competition anyway. It's classified by the FCC as entertainment like the WWE, and the FCC expects that means the show outcome is in whole or in part predetermined.  CBS really needs a clear disclaimer saying this on the credits of the show because in interviews Grodner and the production staff always deny ANY meddling in the show to affect outcome when this is provably false a number of times each season if you have the feeds.

    Kayak Race -ACTUAL-.jpg

  17. EDIT - Turns out, the HOH hasn't been played, despite a 2 hour feed cut.

10:00 BBT Feeds are back.  Maybe Holly won HoH?  Don't see the key anywhere else (Nicole still has her key, but since she can't play this HoH, it has to be the one from the short HoH tonight)...

99% sure Holly won HoH now, but she has to appear (confirmed by Snackson to be in the DR) or someone mention it to know 100%.

10:10PM BBT Holly comes out of lower DR, but no key is visible, so I dunno who won.

10:14PM BBT Tommy says to Nicole in the archery room he has $5000 for 5th place (so he doesn't have HOH).  That means it's either Cliff, Snackson, or Holly that won HoH.

10:18PM BBT The way Nicole is talking to Tommy it sounds like the HoH comp actually hasn't happened or there was some technical issue to delay it?

10:19PM BBT Tommy says to Nicole he needs to get a good night's sleep for the HoH comp, so it seems like it's been put off until the morning.
