OK I dont want to revive a dead topic but I was poking around on another site and while this happened a while ago it seems that at some point in time during past competitions HG's were able to see each others answers via the reflections in the windows???? Perhaps that is how Topaz knew before she knew and why MAYBE there was a 25 min pause and debate during the taping that night........

I just looked at the updates page Saturday, April 15, 2013, and low and behold in the first paragraph was a picture of Emmett naked. Jeez some people are truly gifted in life. He is a handsome, well built, sensitive guy. He gets on BBC, meets Jill, and to top it off this guy has what looks like a kielbasa swinging between his legs. Yet another BIG reason why I want him to lose. He has already won the gene pool lottery. Give the money to someone who needs it. Sheesh.

Joystick you are absolutely right, Alec not voting to evict Andrew was the turning point. Funny when it happened I thought he made a good move, because AJ was like a piece of furniture.

They will probably give the HG one week free of eviction - but that is not guaranteed - if they bring the HG back AND he gets to play in the HOH comp then I guess he is fair game for eviction - I just hope they bring someone back BEFORE the next eviction, I also voted for Alec (about 10 x) but just so he can take the heat off Peter - Gary seems like the public's favorite but if he came back now he would be so out of touch with the game - Topaz or Alec seem to bring the most excitement as far as alliances go

In the US version, I'm pretty sure that if you win it overrides the stipend - in other words winner gets winning prize amount - no stipend

But Andrew would have been voted out by Peter and Topaz - and Emmett couldn't play in the next one - they would only have to beat Jillian

I agree, it would have drawn a line in the sand, BUT Topaz and he would have controlled the vote, Andrew would have been the only replacement nominee, and they could have voted him out. Emmett said Talla was annoying, Peter could have used that to get her on his side and they would have had the numbers.........

How do you guys know Jillian won? I have nothing against Jillian or Emmett, I just don't want them to win. they are both too "vanilla". They are two nice looking, well spoken "popular" folk - I can imagine a cheerleader and a football captain. I just puked in my mouth......sorry....look I know it's a game and lying is par for the course but Jillian lost me as a fan when she lied to Topaz (on the iceberg) and didn't care that she did. Lying to win a challenge is a different lie than lying to save your ass when you're on the block. Maybe I'm just nuts........but.... oh well.

I'm with you scarletkate, except I'm on the other side of the house. WTF is wrong with Peter? He is trying to play the "I'm not a threat game". I think unless he wins HOH he is going home next. I don't get it, if he kept Topaz,Topaz and he would have controlled the vote, and they could have taken Andrew out.

I spent the commercial break excited for Peter, figuring he would take Topaz off the block and force the other side to vote out one of their own. Instead he leaves Topaz in the wind, and chooses NOT to use the veto. I think unless he wins HOH he just lost the game. What a silly move. Funny how Topaz stepping off the iceberg unravelled the whole alliance.

Without the live feed updaters, Morty's just would not be the same! I have been a stalker on this site since BBUS 7 (at least I think it was 7) - and I always come back for the update page! Big thanks to all of you.

But I don't get it - whether it's US or Canada or even Iran - production has always led us to believe that HG's in the HOH room could not be heard in the rest of the house. I thought that it was a perk for the HOH - a place to discuss strategy away from prying ears. I'm a little disappointed by this revelation, I am not pointing a finger at Canada - I'm disappointed because I feel like I've been shammed. Shame on you BB. Shame on me, I've been a fool for so long.

Well it looks like Alec is a definite tonight but the HG's don't know that tonight is a DOUBLE EVICTION SHOCKER. Who would you like to see voted out tonight after Alec gets the heave ho? My vote is for Jillian or Emmett to get the boot, but in reality it will probably end up being Topaz or Talla. Who would you like to see voted out? Anyone out there reading this except me?

Thursday, April 11, 2013 Yet another reference: 9:45AM BBT: Jillian and Talla are worried about Topaz winning HoH. "If she wins," Jillian says, "she'll nominate her and Emmett." Talla (who certainly wouldn't mind someone else being the target) says, "Let's just wait and see." Andrew talks about the cheap construction materials in the house - corrugated tin walls - and we get FotH.

Ha! I just watched Wednesday's POV episode and its true - you CAN hear the HG's all the way in the kitchen if they talk loudly in the HOH room. Way to go BBC........should have spent that $25000 Brick shopping spree on soundproofing instead eh

Jillian licking peanut butter off of Alec's chest....????? Andrew forced to cross dress.....???? Talla waxing Andrew's legs....??? Topaz speaking in another language...??? OUI Emmett drinking milk until it explodes from his stomach.......???? Peter eating foods he doesn't like despite having a "food aversion" (his Mom backed that one up in a previous episode - how does he survive on pizza, tater tots and french fries?)....????? Who came up with this nonsense? Gary? Just awful. Alec swimming in fish goo was the only cool sort of punishment. Anyone else feel that this was one of the dumbest challenges yet?

I am reading the April 7th live updates page when I came across this: 3:00PM BBT: Topaz was in the kitchen and could hear Emmett, Jillian, tall and Andrew talking in the HoH. Topaz related the conversation to Alec. Can the HG's be heard in the HOH room by another HG outside the HOH room? I mean it says Topaz was in the kitchen. That's kind of far from the HOH room. Jeez what did they use for soundproofing, cardboard? This seems kind of lame to me, I mean what's the sense of the HOH room if your voices carry that far? I cry foul and I hope that I am wrong or just misread this..........

No, I don't think he'll throw this next one, especially if Alec goes home. I think he needs to win this next one, or he may be next to go.
