I think that it sucks they don't have as many HG's as they promised, but I hold out hope there are some house-guests beyond the 4 we know of, joining the game as one of the "big surprises"..

From your fingers to god's ears... cause I don't like her!

- Unfair "twists" which slants events in one house guests's favor over another. This includes pandora's boxes, america's vote, special magical powers that allow them to over-throw a HOH etc. All of these things just mess with the game and don't allow people to win on their merits. - The whole voting process. The way it's done, never allows people to vote how they want to vote. People end up voting to evict people based on what the "house" wants, instead of what they personally want for the game. This makes 99% of evicts a foregone conclusion, with only 1 or 2, truly surprising evictions. I feel like the live evictions with julie's lead up to build suspense before each vote is wasted air-space and boring. If I were in the house I'd constantly vote against the house just to create chaos as to whose voting which way and paint suspicion about people's loyalties cause it's just so boring that everyone is afraid to vote for their own interests. -I hate the HOH thinking they can control who the house votes for -- and house guests who are dumb and vote out HG's to "honor the HOH's wishes.." -I hate fast-forward weeks. Those evictions feel like blind luck as to which side of the house grabs HOH or POV and there is no real strategizing that can happen which is boring. - The whole food competition with slop or PBJ as punishments. All this accomplishes is making the house guests get gas/constipated or so lethargic all they do is lay around the house all day. -Lack of games or things for them to do while they are in the house. Decks of cards, or board games give house guests the perfect chance to talk strategy with each other away from the rest of the house, and also gets them out of bed, so I wish there were more than just Chess or Pool for them.

We wont know until next week if this was a screw up, or just them trying to get people buzzing about whom the returning house guests are.

I don't really like house guests with ties to old house guests/shows .. it immediately pigeon holes a person .. and there is no way people in the house aren't going to guess whom he's related to (he looks JUST LIKE THEM), and I am almost 100% positive someone will recognize Kara as the playmate or whatever. It's why I prefer total unknowns .. it doesn't give some people a leg up on the competition or an In, on the flip side of that, it doesn't give someone a reputation they have to live down before they've even said "hi" to the other house guests yet. Not a fan of the whole process. He came across as interesting in his interview.. not my favorite, but not my least favorite either.

1 -- wasn't attacking you, if you saw what I said that way, know that wasn't the intention at all. 2 -- just took a cultural diversity class so issues of race etc is something I am more hard-wired/tuned into at the moment, and I see references to racism, and the token black girl kind of stuff all over the internet at present about her, and your post just sparked a cord with a similar tone, even though you were not expressing the exact sentiments. So I took your post a chance to talk about / get my own opinion out there and see what others might have to say on the subject. Wasn't meant to get your hackles up. 3 -- I wasn't specifically stating you thought it was offensive, more just.. seen posts similar to yours where the person was offended and wondering out loud/via text about why this is? 4-- Token is a buzz word used in minority talks more than it's not, so I guess am just sensitive to it. I took exception to your use of it, within this context. 5-- I wasn't preaching or reprimanding anyone .. nor do I have to ignore your opinion. This is a discussion forum, people state their opinions, others respond with their own opinions. This is the semblance of conversation. I was trying to make conversation .. not attack you. 6-- you are absolutely right we are entitled to our own opinions, myself included, and I wasn't in any way saying you shouldn't have one of your own.

Not sure how to take this .. people compare blonde ditzy blondes to one another, and that's not offensive, but if people compare chubby black women to previous chubby black women that is? I also disliked the usage of the word "token" in your phrasing, mostly because all of the house guests are token on the show. They cast for type a lot on big brother, the dumb jock, the dumb ditzy blonde whose secretly smart, the evil master-mind/puppet master guy .. All the house guests each season are "token" they are chosen to represent different slices of America .. and for some reason every season there seems to be a racial issue made out of it, when it comes to a person of color on the show, and I don't get that. I think Big Brother has done a lot over the years to try to cast for type, with people whom defy the stereotype. They expect people to go in there and prejudge people based on what they look like, only for real colors to come out as the season goes on, as people get to know each other, and the differences get stripped away.

After watching some interviews with him, I like him more. I just don't know if he'll be a very good social fit with the rest of the house, might be hard for him to get friends =(

After watching her interviews .. I think she is my new favorite house guest atm. Of note: She has revealed in interviews she's Gay.

Because chat is broken for me under my main name for some reason. And all the trouble-shooting things I've tried haven't worked. Not the only one having issues. Shrugs.

I think it's 20k but if their mentee's win they can win up to 100,000.

Wondering if there is another secret house guests beyond the 4 house guests coming back we don't know about yet.

Wondering if we will ever know what happened with this one. Kind of think losing him dropped them below the "most houseguests ever" promise though.

I'm with King, am disappointed Keesha never gets a nod in these things. I think Rachel was suppose to come back but backed out. Everyone keeps saying Jani everywhere so am assuming she's coming but am disappointed in her if she is. She just got married had a new baby whose not even a year old yet. I wouldn't imagine her wanting to leave that to come on BB again. Don't like boogie but if he's not in jail he's a shoo in. I liked Dan his season, but I worry he's not possible given he's been posting on twitter regularly and he should already be in sequester by now if he were going to be on the show. Could live a long time without seeing Enzo ever again. Though him + Jojo might be interesting to see together. Never watched all of the season natalie was on, only part I remember seeing her was when she was being Jesse's pitbull l.. and reading how everyone hated her so wouldn't look forward to seeing her again. Don't want to see Dani from last season/season 8 again but alison grodner already said anyone on last season wouldn't be on this one. She would be the only one with something to prove though. Would be a big deal for her to come in and try to win without having a golden key or her dad there. To finally once and for all see her without the old man's shadow. If Howie and Jani came back together I would have to kill myself. If I have to hear oh I love you jani and jedi-janie doll one more time it will be too much. The way that guy talks about boobies makes my skin crawl. Can't imagine Will would come back .. he's stated no he's done with BB .. and honestly, 3 house guests with Wil in their name? too confusing. Kaysar would be interesting .. he was a fan favorite but did some of the dumbest moves in the game ever, and apparently some people say he's gotten a HUGE ego from all the fans attention so would be interesting to see a more ego-centric Kaysar and ruin people's good opinion of him. I can't imagine Jesse would come back a third time, since he has finally got a successful real life project going on .. and besides being voted out by America 3 times just seems cruel.

You all say grounded... I say crazzzzzzzzzzzzzzzy. Least I am hoping. Am hoping she might remind me of Karen BB4 or maybe 5... where she is funny in the diaryroom but kinda nuts like Renny/Karen were. What can I say, I like me some crazy house guests.

She's pretty in my eyes, but the likable, approachable, genuine type of pretty. She might be able to manage better than most, because Nurses put up with a LOT in their day to day lives. I am hoping for a "lets get things done" no-nonsense vibe from her.

Still about Ian. He doesn't seem like a normal castmate though .. he definitely seems like someone that is here for a twist of some sorts. Interesting typo-there UVP. I know he's not one of the jocks, but he's far from a girl... lol

Want to see her and Kara go at each other. If Jani or Rachel comes back will be even more fun to see in action. She does seem like jersey/east coast to me.. but pampered princess variety .. I think I will like her for pure entertainment value (will be interesting to see if she goes down the showmance road), as I like the people who start fights. And she seems like a fighter.

Locco is a good last name for her, cause she is clearly loco en la cabeza. {Crazy in the head}. Hippy-Dippy .. coo-coo for coco puffs. I can see the crazy from here... {Here's hoping, cause that makes for good tv lol}

Seems like a jock who thinks he defies type. We'll see if he does or not. Seems like the candidate most likely to get a big head when they win HOH. Don't like him even though I am sure he will get a lot of women's vote as the "hot" guy in the house.

He seems... loud. Great personality otherwise though. Love his voice. Kinda surprisingly hot. Not normally into the gingers but I think he's cute.

I dunno .. I didn't like him. But then again, I don't like anyone who plays this game with their children as their shields. Nothing against moms and dads in general since I have them, and I like them, but those HG's who play the game and are cast from the "parent" category I usually wind up disliking. Mostly because they always act like they are going to be away from their kids for 30 years instead of 2 months. Mostly because they act like having kids, means they should automatically get every prize their is, such as a call/letter from home, etc Mostly because guys or girls who talk about the values they instill in their kids like it's an actual thing, rub me as two-faces and hypocritical like Shelly last season. In my opinion, as a parent you have ideas about the kind of life you want for your kids and the things you want them to know, but those are not things you can teach directly. Usually they learn the things and values you want them to, based on HOW you raise the kids, not how you talk about how you raise the kids. So this guy seems kinda .. meh. Rubbing me the wrong way as he seems fake atm, but .. we'll see. I think he might have a chance of getting to Jury though ...

Just as an update to my earlier issue, I have done the following things to check: I have cleared cookies and updated Java. I have used internet explorer, google chrome, and firefox. And nothing seems to work, short of creating a new user-name and logging in with that. (Cassyn=Casper Sabe). I don't mind using an alternative name but just wanted to shed light on the issue.
