Big brother should not allow bullying. If it's banned in schools and kids punished for it, a tv show shouldn't encourage it!! Never seen anything like it!!! Paul is instigating it and Josh is absolutely a bully, horrible!!!! Those get the others going. But they start it!!! It's like their in grade school, children act better than them. Doesnt matter who is disliked or is annoying, as they say in school. .. no excuses for bullies!!! First time I've ever been disappointed in the shows producers for allowing it. They are saying bullies are ok actually by not stopping it.

I hate bullying and dislike the mob mentality we are seeing here. You have to realize this is a show that feeds on being sensationalist so they are not going to stop it unless it goes beyond baiting to actual violence. I have often said here that this show in particular can be used as a social studies or psychology class video text on crowd manipulation and  instigation.

I’m sick of several people in the house, but…  Mark just strikes me as a guy that hasn’t had much experience with women. I think he’s desperate for affection and that’s why he latched onto Elena. She never really seemed as into him as he was her. He was always giving her those puppy dog eyes and hanging onto her every word. I don’t know what he seen in her. She’s not anywhere in shape like him, her make up is always caked on, and I don’t think she ever mastered breathing with her mouth closed. (not that looks are all there is, just saying) The guy is hurting now and I feel for him, but he needs to regroup and start playing the game for himself. I bet he’ll have lots of women looking to date him now. It doesn’t matter how he plays the game; he’s on tv. Cody told him the other day that Paul is probably behind the breakup by telling Elena that Mark is bad for her game. Not everyone is fooled by the gnome.

That would be good strategy, except that I think they have now realized that if she doesn't use it they should vote HER out, instead of Cody.  She's much more of a threat than Cody.  She's better at comps and better at strategy and has a better social game when he's not around.  And they'd be evicting her Halting Hex temptation right along with her.

and Paul indicates that his word is of less value than confederate money back in the day

I've always thought it was stupid when the HGs pass each other in the hall on their way to vote and they do some kind of dance with each other, or some other routine that they have obviously practiced. I don't remember when this started, but I've always thought it stupid.

I also can't stand people who post pics of their kids everyday on FB! Everyday! Or people who past pics of their vacations, then a few days later post some more, and they drag out the posting of pics for longer then the actual vacation lasted.

I don't like when the toilet paper is unrolled towards the back of the roll and not the front!

I don't like when someone leaves just a tiny bit of milk in the carton, not enough for a bowl of cereal, just enough for a sip!

    TMZ:

"Big Brother" star Cody Nickson didn't just serve his country as a Marine for 4 years, he was also twice deployed and received numerous medals ... according to his file obtained by TMZ.

Cody's been on the outs with the rest of the cast except his gf, Jessica, but things got nasty this week when some of them -- including Paul Abrahamian -- tried antagonizing the Marine Corps vet by questioning his military experience ... and 'BB' fans were pissed.

Rightfully so, it turns out, because according to Cody's official military file ... he served in the Marine Corps from December 2008 to December 2012, reaching the rank of E-4 Corporal with a specialty as a Rifleman. He previously served in the U.S. Air Force as well.

Nickson received numerous honors ... including campaign medals for his tours in Afghanistan and Iraq, 2 National Defense Service Medals, a Good Conduct Medal, a Global War on Terrorism Service Medal and 2 Navy Unit Commendations.

well that puts some light on his lack of affect...I guess we can look at BB as a replacement for the USO with Jess as one of the volunteer female comfort women

If the guys started "play" hitting back I'm sure it would be a different story. Raven would probably start screaming that he was abusing her.

Many women can hit a guy as hard as they can and it does not even make the guy flinch...and she does hit and he does not flinch so this is the reality here. The guy hits the gal and she goes flying has a black eye and a concussion and some broken bones...now BB has to act...and so do the lawyers.

They make me laugh when they say "my friend" "my boyfriend," etc.  How can I expect some viewers to separate the game from reality when the HG can't.

It is a game so they have freedom to do as they please and it is reality because they are living it. That is the hook of watching it for the viewer.

I concur... Why Alex?  I think she is the only one really ready to "play" the game.  I would love something to happen to shake up the house.  I think BB needs to re-think their casting for next season, otherwise they will lose a lot of viewers.  It has gotten as predictable as Survivor, which to me is NOT survivor.  Ever see the show Alone?  Now THAT is survival at it's finest on TV thus far, IMO.

I do like the temptations wish they were ongoing...

If she went to Paul and said "Hey vote out Cody and I won't go after you ..do you actually thing he would .. Hell No .. He'd tell her OK but he wants that Hex gone and taking her out with it still in her pocket would be nuts... Paul is running this house from these idiots .. Cody and Jess are the only two that see this.. the others must be brain dead .. "He came in second place last year!!!" << screaming at TV :)

Well she coulda told him to use the veto on her...then she woulda been able to allow Cody to leave so as to save her power. Paul couldn't do that because he never believed she had the power.

  10. All these HGs screaming and baiting the two people on Paul's sayso made for bad TV because there was no way to understand what they were saying ...so many of you were appalled at their behavior and yet I guess BB was happy with it as something to make viewers feel like they were seeing action...that seems to be the best they can evoke besides the prurient responses to the sexual antics of the couples. There is no game play this season because no one has any desire to strategize against Paul...and once both of these are gone, it will take Paul to motivate how they all get picked off without even noticing that it is happening...sort of like the frog who dies as water heats up and does not notice it is getting cooked.

I prefer his quietness over Paul's constant diarrhea of the mouth. Cody is 32 and he spent 10 years in the Marine Corp. He said himself he doesn't have a lot of friends and is pretty much a loner. Who knows what he experienced in Afghanistan. I seriously doubt he wants to be on a soap opera like everyone else in the house hopes for.  I just think his life experiences have been vastly different then most of them with their party lives. As for the showmance, if I were in the house and had my chance with Jess I'd be all over that (I'm a guy and don't give a s*%t about fake hair or boobs), she's hot! I wouldn't blow my chance for half a million over some leg though.

ah but what is between legs....that's where the rub is

If she doesn't use it she will be voted out...

paul i think that she is going to stand up and say im not going to use my hex and not throw my game away.. and then when they sit down no matter what .. vote out jessica

Paul if it was what they're saying then we are prepared for that.

yes that became obvious after I posted that potential strategy...I thought they were all about getting rid of ice face...but apparently when Paul gets some hint that someone is challenging him it is Trumpsville against that person

It is getting rather ridiculous ... I get people don't like Paul for whatever reasons but my goodness Manson yuck!

The worst part is suddenly Mark is getting the free pass even though he's the only one that actually committed what is technically an assault on another human being .... If Paul had done that I think some folks would be screaming for an automatic eviction from the game .... Funny game this Big Brother is ;)

what assault did he do? the pickle juice? appropriate after all the assault on the ears that one did with pans and yelling.

I agree that it is extreme to compare to Manson; but this year ought to be used in a college classroom to demonstrate how crowd manipulation can be managed...Paul is rather good at it. No matter how you hate him, you have to grant him that as a win if he manages to pull it off to final.

Has Jess told anyone besides Cody the real sinker of her hex that used stops the elimination completely? If she has, she is an idiot. She told Kevin what? She was begging Paul to ask her more about her power...and he would not...lacking the imagination to think that there was more to it than getting them off the block somehow. He also does not believe she has it and is not willing to play into the idea that she has a power. She will probably use it on both of them but it would be interesting if she held it...confusing all as to whether she had any power...and if she won HOH she would be safe that week and could use it for the fourth week to garner those who might be on the block to back her. Of course there is no guarantee of anyone being honorable to a contract but some are...so if she picked carefully she might be able to break Paul's power over them.

He's nasty all right, but I've yet to see anyone topple Dick Donato from being the King of Nasty.

Absolutely and that was one season I stopped watching. I could not stand how the other HGs did not put an end to that family dynasty thing. He spat all over that lawn and people walked barefoot there. Paul just does not annoy me as much and he is manipulating and scheming rather well and that is one of the things that make one win BB

  15. the halting hex stops the evictions that is what makes it so that Paul's HOH will have been wasted. He will get out nobody. Jessica would be smarter not to use it and let Cody go home. She then would have a power no one will think she has. If she gets put up for eviction she can use it for three more weeks, any one of which she could become HOH and skew the game. If she never gets put up during these four weeks, she could use the hex to shut down one of the evictions...preferably the fourth week's...so that she could round up people to be on her side for having saved them. Now that would be some new and refreshing game play.
