for about the umpteenth thousandth time, in my mind Jeff is NOT A BULLY, I just spent 5 yrs of my work life with a bully boss and I know what a bully is, that is not Jeff, bullying is a serious emotional damaging thing and sometimes like with a lot of the kids today a physical threat.
