I'm having a brain cramp and can't remember...what is the 2nd part of the HOH and why does Dan think he can't win it?

It's usually something that combines physical and BB trivia together. All of them know Dan isn't that strong when it comes to the trivia stuff and both Dani and Ian think they are the Queen/King of it... so, both of them think they can win it.

Heard D/D/I talk about having to get up early today for something but, that the HoH - Part 2 wouldn't be until Saturday. I wonder what they're doing today? They mentioned BB building scaffolding for the studio audience. Are they taping some of the Q & A today, maybe... or a luxury comp.???

I hadn't thought about how that would look to the jury... you're right again. That move probably sealed the win for Dan against either of them. (Dani or Ian)

Then again, he has already won $500,000 and it's possible this group just won't give it to him again.

Then again, most winner are decided by who the jury liked more rather than game play (sometimes they're the same person) and Dan is seriously disliked by just about the entire jury.

I keep going back and forth on whether Dan can win this or not.

I'd like to add one more point. It was Janelle and Danielle week 2 that came up with the Dan "misting" and they complained/laughed about to everyone in the house. (Waaay before Dan was swearing on his wife, bible, jewelry, etc.)

Dan is a manipulation genius, lol. Everyone who enters that house knows that the whole point of the game is to manipulate your way to the end. He has gotten himself out of impossible situations this year. If he gets either one of those two, especially Ian(who I am hoping wins), to take him to the end, he completely deserves to win. Maybe it isn't exactly what we wanted to bring back the coaches, but the houseguests(newbies) knew that the coaches learned things about them, played hard and well in their own seasons. If the houseguests had banded together with backbone to get out the coaches, they had the numbers to do so.

As for Dan's religious beliefs and lifestyle out of the house, that's his business and by lying/manipulating in the house should have no repercussions in his real life. The game is a TV show. Dan is playing a role. All actors/entertainers play roles that are not remotely close to the their real life person.

Dan always my fav. I watched show last nt and I root for Dan but I saw hurt on shane face and I not feel good about this anymore. Hard to xplain. I think it ok but not ok if people get hurt. bye.

When a player out plays a player... it cuts deep. No need to feel pain for him he would of cut Dan in the next round, given the chance.

If Dan doesn't win... I think he would like to have Ian and Dani as the F2 over any of the other house guests.

Ian throwing it for the same reason Dani did. They both want Dan in the F2 with them and he (Dan) can't win HoH-Part 2 and each thinks they (ian/Dani) can beat the other.

I think Memphis and Dan did t-shirts after BB10 that said 'Renegades'... I hope they do some that say something like "Ive been misted by Dan-BB14"

This is the toughest of them all, imo. Do they see Danielle as someone that was coached to the end and just Dan's puppet or not? And, just how bitter is Frank still going to be against Dan?

I think Dan gets Ashely, Britney, Frank and Ian (But, if Frank still bitter Frank and Ashley go to Danielle and she wins.)

Great observation! And, not to defend his using Dani, that would be wrong in the real world! But, in the game he didn't have a lot of choice. She really threw herself at him, and he did try awfully hard up to the very end to not lead her on. If he would have been more honest about his feelings (or lack of) for her that would have been more moral, but been bad for his game.

Did anyone else notice when Dan and Danielle were in the HoH bed and he was talking to her about saving him with the PoV. If you watch closely... he squirts some mist from his eye... my daughters and I belly laughed when it happened!

Well, I was way off about Danielle knowing Shane was going. If she was acting like some of you think... BB really did a disservice to Ian and Dan by letting Shane watch so much of that explanation. No way Shane holds it against Danielle now.
