  1. I'm embarrassed for it taking me this long to make this thread. (Please forgive me.)

There are a group of people that work tirelessly for Morty's and they are the Chat Moderators. They're not just here during BB but, 365 days a year and they coordinate Morty tweeting, facebooking, etc.

I bow in awe of just how much you all ROCK!!!

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for your dedication!!!

  2. Ian probably has man boobs from the medicine he has to take for his mental disorder. ;)

Not trying to be all scientificy or anything but, I think I've read recently that moobies are associated with how much fast food eaten. Something about the hormones used. But, I can't quote an article so maybe I've read/heard it wrong.

Ian doesn't bother me with his tics, moobies, underwear, etc. I can overlook it. Of course, I find grown men who dig in their noses and don't wash their hands after going to the bathroom on my list of disgusting behaviors. Frank used to fart all the time. At first, I thought he was moving furniture, then realized he was passing gas. Even Evel Dick would go in the bathroom to expel gas. I mean we all can look away, mute the sound or turn the TV off if you are that bothered by their appearance.

    This had me :animated_rotfl:

  3. Thanks for posting Dan's practice speech Marty!

I hate it! :( I want him to be sincere with the jury and start with his infamous, "leave your heart at the door" speech. He should just be straight up with each one of the jury members telling them why they were evicted and how it either benefitted his game or how he orchestrated their eviction.

Ashley: You were not the original target but, a QP couldn't go, Frank won PoV and you were his only true allie and so your time was up.

Britney: It was either you or me and you were way to dangerous to my game to go later.

Frank: No one was going to beat you at the end and so, we all had to strike when we had the chance.

Joe: You were the only one that had my number... you and that eagle-eye. *grins at him* You were a threat to me and that's why you went instead of Jenn.

Jenn: I wanted the F3 to be you, me and Danielle. But, with Ian as the HoH this is the one week I didn't have control of what would happen. Also, to save myself, I made a renegades deal with Ian to be the F2 because I knew from last week that Shane and Danielle would never split and I needed an alliance member that would be true to me to the end.

Shane: I tried to chop you two evictions earlier but, your girl saved you and this was my last opportunity to get rid of the biggest physical threat still in the house. It wasn't personal Shane, I had to separate you and Dani.

Danielle: You are by far the my most proud moments of BB, you have been a warrior for both us since day 1 and I couldn't have chosen a better person for my team. If you hadn't proven to me during the DE that you were never going to let go of Shane, I would have you beside me tonight, instead of Ian. You and I know the reason you let me have the power at F4 wasn't because you picked me over Shane it was because you and Shane didn't want Ian's blood on your hands. I hope you respect that I had to make the decision to remain loyal to the one guy that was loyal to me the longest.

He should end with what this BB means to him and that he knows he played a more ruthless game this time around but, only because the calibur of players this year had him out classed physically, mentally and socially. He took the only path left for him to get to the end...

    (Anyways, something like that.)

  4. Well, it's finally here folks! The last episode of BB14 is upon us tonight!!!

It's been an incredible season with lots of drama, chaos, blindsides, backstabbing, bullying, laughing, crying, friendships, alliances and even a funeral!!!

No matter who you are rooting for in the end... what I find the best thing about this season is that of the F4 house guests, each one of them were PLAYERS and not floaters and/or furniture. For me, it's a win no matter who takes the 1st or 2nd place money/title.

Yes, I've been a Dan fan and riding the Choo Choo the whole season but, I see worthy attributes in both Ian and Danielle for the win. All three had different strengths and even if I didn't like them as much, I respect how the played and how they got to the end.

I hope everyone has enjoyed this season as much as I have and whoever you are rooting for makes it to the end!

  5. We saw in season 10 that Dan is WELL AWARE that when others yell at each other, they become targets for the other and he skates through to the next week. That is why he laughed behind the scenes this season when the fight between Ian and Frank broke out because his target decreased. Its funny... most people in the house completely flip out and lose their cool when attacked. Dan just sits there and either apologizes or keeps silent but he fails to give the attacker more ammunition. People need to study Dan for future seasons to realize that if they could keep their temper under control they would go much further in the game. But Dan did not tell her to yell at Ian. He simply tried to get her to persuade him (manipulate him) into throwing the final HOH competition.

Very well said, I agree completely!

  6. CECI other than a Moment of talk about Ian Cracking a beer and Beer Pong tonight these HG's are as quite as a Church Mouse and I haven't gotten a clue in the 1/2 hour or more since the feeds have been back .. May be one of those situations where BB Told them to shut the hell up .. 4;03 BBT Dan Just called to the DR

BTW CECI I Really Miss You doing LFUpdates , Maybe BB15 ?

I kinda thought they were told to be mum about it also... just hoping one of them would clue us in when they were in the BY by themselves.

    ---------------------------------

Thanks. I actually did ONE update this season (a week or so ago) and before I could re-read it in the thread for spelling errors Morty called! :lol2: I was like, "geez, that was fast" haha I'll try and be more available next season. I just didn't want to promise anything this year that I couldn't uphold... my schedule is wacky now with the kids getting to the age where I'm here, there, everywhere. And, I haven't seen a period of time when I was needed this season 'cause ya'all are doing a fantastic job of covering!

  7. I realize this is going to be debated, but Dan was telling her what to SAY. Not what to yell. I never heard him say, "Yell at Ian". But when she lost pt.2 of the HOH, she lost her temper and what she was supposed to say came out in a yell. I am willing to retract what I said if someone can prove to me that Dan told her to yell at Ian. Will need flashback proof (time, day, cam) to believe he advised her to yell.

You're right Misha. I also tried to make this point the night she went after him but, some see his laughing when she comes back to report the things she says to Ian as encouraging her to yell at Ian.

  8. Dan did not "adapt".....he's on record & video tape telling his family he will do ANYTHING to win this time......and he has..... nothing wrong with it but let's not pretend it's some magica. mystical feat

Also. puleeze........no one goes into this game and pretends to be someone they are not in the real world unless they are a hired actor. Dan has exposed himself for who he IS.......to think he can be someone in BB that he is not in the real world really is magical, mystical thinking.

    Totally disagree.

I play poker and when I sit down to a table I use many ploys to win a hand. ie, bluffing, flirting, joking, get to know them on a personal level, read someones "tells"... that's how you play the game. Bluffing (or lying) is a huge part of the game. It's knowing when to make that move that it counts. When you have money in the middle of the table and the only way to get it back is the size of your bet (bluff/lie) then that's what you do to win. It's strategic and that's how you WIN the money... same with BB.

Dan has told Danielle, Ian, heck everyone that the only way to play this game is to check your heart/emotions at the door. BECAUSE IT'S A GAME and NOT real life.

There's a saying in poker... I bluff but, I never lie. At the table you make moves to win that you wouldn't do in your real life. I know that's how it is for me and most of the men, women I've played against over the years. Someone bluffs me out of a pot, I'll shake his hand and tell them nice play. In real life if you lied your way through a "deal" then you wouldn't have much business for long.

Dan won his season for doing what you need to do in this game. Lie, manipulate, etc. and he is as close to a win as he can be at this point this time around. Doesn't mean he's a liar, manipulator in his real life... it means he knows how to play THIS game and win. And, the reason the 100 + people that haven't won this game is because they didn't do the same. they brought their "real" life into the game instead of playing to win!!!

  9. I know this is the Ian page. He is still my nerd muffin but I would rather have Dan win. Dan has outwitted everyone in the house and it was a lot of work..

In answer to the question about people having personal issues with Dan. From what I can tell it is because he is a Catholic and does not live up to their expectations of how a Christian should behave.

I really would rather have Ian or Dan win but with the jury ya just never know how they are going to vote. The three that are left all played a good game.

    ITA.

I wonder if it matters to the Christains that are so bothered by Dan's bahavior in the game are also anti Ian knowing he doesn't believe in God?!?

Dan said he made some smart investments with the money.

Personally I don't care what the winners do with their money. They can waste it on strippers or get in business with Adam and Matt from BB9 for all I care. I always hate when the final 2 are asked what they plan on doing with the money because that should have no bearing on who should win the game.

    Totally agree with you here.

  10. I'm not offended by opinions and judgements because that's what these boards are all about.

All three can arguably said to be deserving of the win.

It's just my opinion that I don't want her to win. I don't think I would act the way she is because I wouldn't put myself in this position. (I would never throw any portion of the final HoH competitions) She was being a bit of a bully last night and since then acting like a big baby, neither behaviors I would do... I would be kissing both of their arses and trying to talk them into why I'm the better choice to sit next to in the F2.

But, it won't ruin the season for me if she wins.
