You are exactly right about the way Derrick played the game. Derrick played the long game and he recognized that everyone eventually needed to be eliminated. If he wanted to target a group, he was not as concerned with the order they were eliminated, as long as they were eliminated. Paulie was caught up in the idea that everyone had to be eliminated in a specific order, and, he was the only one to determine that order. He never about Paul's input. Frankly, I never saw anything comparable between how he played the game and how Derrick played the game. His game was closer to god-father than puppet-master.

God father is perfect and appropros for Jersey.

I think Paulie could have still been sitting pretty if he would not have gotten so caught up in his own personal game and would have paid attention to what his alliance and F3 buds wanted to do. When Frank went home, Brigette was supposed to be next. Paulie changed the plan and disregarded what Paul wanted. It was the same when it was time for Michelle to go. So, because Paulie was only looking out for himself, it showed Paul that it was not an equal partnership and it opened the door for Paul to start listening to other plans. In my opinion, all Paulie had to do was take Z down and allow Michelle to be voted out and he still would have been in a great position. Instead, he blew up his own game because he is/was too selfish.

As I remember Derrick's persona,  he kept this subdued position, never seemingly to take anyone out but very convincingly guide others into proposing who the next eviction would be.  Always saying almost demurely that he can't decide who would be put up but would ask who others wanted up but due to his priming others to think his way he really was the puppet master.

Paulie's mistake was showing/demanding who he wanted out, even overriding who others wanted.  And his in your face style and arrogance was what turned others against him.

I really have an impending sense of doom about Thursday's eviction.  If there is any way for production to manipulate that ticket I'm sure Paulie will be coming right back through the front door.  He is so hated by everyone except for Nicole and Corey. And that makes great tv, which translates to ratings.  I watch every season, not matter what.  But it didn't start getting fun until Paulie's game got blown up.  If he doesn't have the round trip ticket, I'll be shocked.

Its so so funny that Paulie has basically become a whiner and is constantly begging people to keep him. I wouldn't want to go to the jury house either if I was personally responsible for putting everyone in it there.  Oh how the mighty have fallen.

I have been thinking the same thing re ticket.  Wouldn't take much for production to slip the round trip into wherever Paulie is keeping his.  And agree re Paulie is the bad boy and these 'reality'(?) programs want the high ratings these bad boys bring in.  I agree, if Paulie doesn't have round trip I will be shocked.

  4. After watching Paulie, the pompous p----, attacking Natalie with such fury, I am so glad he is now suffering.  And after he told her 'everybody knows her game' and told her that 'everybody' was talking about her breasts, now she is agonizing about being the center of jokes.  He is such an abusive lowlife with NO empathy or sense of moral code.  I can only imagine what his father is like.   We know what his brother is like, another arrogant p----.

And as hard as Paulie and the others criticized Michelle for crying now here is the once macho man crying EVEN MORE than Michelle cried.  He is laughable.  How and why did Z allow him to 'bone' her in that house?  And what kind of man (?) tells everyone they did?   Complete and total weak minded boy who seems to be a psychopath.  One who feels no empathy, lies while looking straight into your eyes, must have total control, now fighting to death, using every excuse in the book (saying he needs money to pay aunt's cancer bills! Really, no insurance?)  Ewww !!

Wondering how Z feels now and how she will feel when she sees all this after going home.  And he is talking about his ex.  Like will she take him back after his actions in the house?

I assume it was the game in which one player wins a prize, then the next player selects a prize but they have a choice between keeping the prize or "zonk" they have or taking the prize that the previous player won. Sounds like Corey had the POV prize and Paulie, as the next player, swapped his prize for Corey's POV. Eventually, Victor must have been the final player and took the POV for himself.

OK, I remember that game.  It makes sense to take the most important prize and so probably best move for Paulie BUT thank goodness Victor was final winner.  Thanks for the info.

Love the new Michelle, finally we have a game worth watching! At the beginning of the season I was cheering for the wrong guys, because of the wimpy way everyone else was playing. James had really disappointed me until he got some guts & used the care package. He's back on my favorite's list for that move. So glad he believed Natalie & Michelle & didn't fall for Paulie's BS again. Wish Bridgette was still in the house, didn't like her at first because of all her giggling & Frank-worshipping (even though I loved Frank in his first season). But I think Bridgette's last few days in the house started the ball rolling for all of this excitement happening now. Good for her too! Really hoping Michelle, James or Natalie wins now. Or maybe even Victor or Paul. Can't believe how much my opinions have changed in just this past week. It's great they're all finally playing so well. Keep it up & get that jerk Paulie out! I actually liked him at first, OMG! Either CBS did some great editing for him or Mr. Hyde took over.

I agree with you on all counts.  Tonight will be interesting if we finally see Paulie leave.  Dear God don't let him have round ticket.

Yes I watched Paul suggest it after talking to natalie. She was the one who said it would be awesome if victor nominated paulie and corey. Still it'll be credited to Victor since he is HOH. However, Paul is finally playing for himself instead of Paulie so I'm a happy viewer! It'll be interesting to see who the next HOH is and who they will target.  I'm hoping Natalie, James or Michele pull out a win. I'd be happy with anyone left in the house to win it all except Nicole and Corey!

I am so impressed with Natalie.  Seems her persona as the dim witted cutie was her cover as all along she was watching and completing what was going on in house.  And she had been prodding James re making big plays and now also pushed Victor thru Paul?  Wow !  If she makes it to F2 I would be voting for her to win if I were in jury.  She had me fooled.

As for Victor, he is handling very well being the one who made this big move.  And is staying strong and deflecting Paulie's attempts to get back in with Victor.  And James also doing very well re Paulie's attempts at trying to get votes to go his way.  Amazing how tough in control guy Paulie has now turned into sniveling baby who wants to quit and go home.  Showing his true character.

King Paulie is finally nominated and not as a pawn. Thank God Victor had the stones to put his a** up! I don't know how much more of his "I'm gods gift" attitude I can handle! Go Victor,

Just like his brother.  And how about Paulie talking about leaving jury?  Classy guy.  Between his brother allowing a married woman to hang all over him throughout their season and the way Paulie treated Z I wonder how their parents feel right now.

  9. Victor finally made a huge move. Am glad he followed thru.  I was afraid he would cave and go tell Paulie everything, and so great job.

I was surprised that Nicolle got ACP as this season she is so annoying and whiny and irritating.  I imagine Corey will be happy to get out of there.  That nasal whining like nails on blackboard.  I voted for Michelle to get ACP as I believe if she hadn't made her eviction speech and called out Paulie none of this would have happened and I felt she deserved it for that reason.

Yes we finally have an exciting game but hope Paulie, the head of the snake, gets evicted.  Then the rest of the snake loses it's power.(their power)  Really can't wait til tomorrow night.

Oh, and how about Paulie talking like he will leave jury?  Quite the game player isn't he. If he loses he will take all his marbles and go home like the selfish child he is.

  10. Yes her crying is very irritating but I hope she wins care package because at least she opened up discussion re Paulie's control of the house and IMO that overshadows the crying jags.  Haven't we all gone thru times when we cry and can't control it?  Anyway,  impressed that she had the guts to call out Paulie as no one else did until she started the ball rolling.  And wasn't Paulie's facial reaction priceless.  Looked like his head would explode.

  11. I am so surprised and proud of Natalie.  The girl who I thought was a bit of fluff without brains finally came forward and blew up the game along with Michelle and Bridgette.  I didn't like Bridgette when Frank was around as she acted so childish and I find that such a turn off in a supposedly strong woman but was sad to see her leave and was hoping she got round trip.  But Natalie has impressed me with finally letting 'America' know what she has really been thinking and evaluating. I was so wrong re her persona but seems that was her game plan, and very well done.

Would love to see Natalie in F2....and the win would be great !!!    As for the girls hating on her, if a woman is beautiful woman other women will tear her down.  That is a sad fact but true.  And it hurts but is the way of the world.  Jealously !!

He is young and his language is constant cursing. But, looks like he has finally got his head out of Paulie's butt and is going to play his own game.

Cannot stand his vulgarity but seems he is leading the charge now to get rid of Paulie.  Hope to see Paulie out the door this coming week.  Can't wait to see Paulie's face if/when Victor puts him on the block.  That will be priceless .

CBS is giving this douche bag a good edit. On Sundays show I hope they show a sampling of the things he's said about women as well as some of his antics - like peeing in the hot tub.

OMG !  Paulie peed in hot tub.  He is slime.  That is so disgusting and shows lack of respect for everyone else He is a manchild.  He acts like he is in elementary school, as do Paul, and Victor. Their mouths are repulsive.

But re this game, finally !!!  we are watching a game.  And I hate to give much credit to Paul but he did pick up where they were before Corey won HOH and POV and now Victor winning HOH.  I thought all was lost last night but Paul seems to have turned Victor against Paulie.  Unless Victor stupidly caves and tells Paulie everything.   It is getting interesting.  How great if Victor follows thru on everything and if Paulie doesn't win POV again.

Nat had things figured out before Day left. But, since she really did not know how to play the game, she did not know how to really put the information to good use, plus she was only trusted James and was waiting for him to lead the way. After Michelle decided she was probably the target, she decided she would blow up Paulie's game because she knew he was the one calling the shots. Once she started talking, people started comparing notes. Then things started going downhill fast for Paulie.

Knowing BB history. There is still too much time. Too many things can go wrong. After everything blew up yesterday, I wish BB could have put each of them in separate rooms until the eviction show. I really hope Z gets booted tonight and Paulie follows her out the door.

If this big move re Paulie doesn't work out it will be so disappointing.  Thanks for the info.  Can't wait to see this tonight !

I'm somewhat surprised that they've not gotten rid of James already.  Maybe they don't consider him a threat?  You tell me.  Could he be competitive?  I don't much care about him one way or the other - except to say I think he seems a nice guy - and I still find that southern accent coming from that prototypical face; jarring but really cute.

Yes James is cute and lovable.  I also have been disappointed in James lack of game but seems Natalie and Michelle are now working to get people together to get rid of Paulie, Corey, and Nicolle.  Seems I was wrong re Natalie.(have been thinking she was Vic in female form (a pretty airhead)  Now that a big move is in discussion Natalie is telling what she has felt right along is true, that Paulie is the puppet master.  Hope they all stay together and that Paul doesn't go back to Paulie and spill what they are planning.

  16. Am I dreaming or was I reading correctly that there will be a huge move soon?  Did Michelle start this?  And from what I read Natalie, the seemingly air head girl, says that she had Paulie's game figured out long ago.  Seems Natalie's game may have been keeping the air head persona til the end?  And Natalie is edging James to make a big  move. Any input re this?

If so, will Paul run to Paulie or will he believe Paulie wanted Corey in F2 and not himself.

Her crying did sound fake, just as it did when she was crying over Frank.  If it's real, then she has got to be the most childish person to ever enter the BB house.  I think there's something seriously wrong with that woman.

Michelle does seem to be at the breaking point mentally.  Why have all these people fallen into place behind Paulie?  I don't get it.  As irritating as Frank was to me he was the only other game in house but between James putting he & Bridgette up when he promised not o do so & Michelle not giving him POV that ended too soon.  And then Paulie wanted the other person trying to play the game out, DaVonne.   Will Paulie be told re Michelle trying to point out to Victor that Paulie is really his enemy?

This is my first time posting on this sight but after these last 2 weeks I'm really at a loss and want to vent! I LOVE this game and this season has turned from "Big Brother" to "Let's Give Paulie the Money"!  I firmly believe that casting is a big part of the problem. I mean how can you have a great show with grand schemes when they only.cast a few people that have a backbone? I  have never been in the position to apply to be on the show but after this season I am finally doing it! CBS casts what they feel works best for the majority of their audience but I can't believe that all America wants to see is a bunch of dim witted girls, with the emotional maturity of my 12 year old daughter, getting duped by abs of steel! I'm all about a wash board stomach but this is for a half million dollars GIRLS! With the exception of Momma Da this season every girl in the house is playing for the guys to win! Let's cast some older ladies and guys next summer CBS, and not just your token older guy that you've done the last few seasons! I know there are Paulie fans out there but I'm just not one of them. I'm actually pulling for James or even Paul to win this season. All they have to do is quite being a part of King Paulies court and make a freaking move!

You are correct on all counts.  CBS is focusing on young viewers which is fine BUT as you mention these are high school mentality, except for DaVonne & that is why she immediately gets evicted as the men see she is playing the game.  Her mistake has been in telling too much to people who, for some unknown reason, immediately became subservient to king Paulie.

One blaring issue is that the girls now in house are not demanding that the guys stop the filthy questions/talk.  DaVonne was a strong woman who let Frank know she wasn't there for his pleasure nor would she allow him to demean her in any way.  That is one huge problem to me.  These high school boys, talking about sex acts, women they have used & abused, their many conquests, their foul language, show disregard for women and sexual abuse in my mind.  In a work place setting the antics of these thugs would not be allowed and CBS should put down rules re these gutter words & comments. When Victor asked the girls if they ever had fingers in their rectum I was sickened. Is this acceptable to CBS? Teens & children watch this show & CBS is allowing filth to be ingrained into young minds & thinking these actions are permissible.

But re the game, presently Michelle is trying to talk sense to Victor and others re Paulie's manipulation but, of course, Victor is oblivious.  Seems most are content to get their $7,000 or whatever they get for being on the show.  We hope each week someone will do something to begin forming a group to deter Paulie none are wanting to do that.

Paul is vulgar, loud and obnoxious.

He may be a spoiled mama's boy, but his mother has nothing to be proud of with his behavior and the way to speaks about and treats women.

While I don't particularly care for James and never liked the idea of returning players, at least James doesn't go overboard in disrespecting women, those in or out of the house. Can't say the same for any of the other idiots in this season.

I can not, will not, root for Paul to win and have just about given up on the entire cast this year.

Hopefully the parents/families of P & P & V are embarrassed re their son's (or brother, whatever they are) vulgar references & discussions.  Children also watch this show but, sadly, as seems to be all over TV these days, nothing is censored.  Yes, I said censored.  Like they did in the old days when life was good & people respected one another.  Sadly BB allows these disgusting remarks to be broadcast for all to see & hear.  But these classless men should know better.

I do agree re James and Corey.  I never heard either of them say anything vulgar.  Although someone said Corey commented that he would never date Nicolle outside the house.  I didn't hear him say that.

  20. On ‎7‎/‎28‎/‎2016 at 5:26 PM, mayzee said:

I think that Paul believes Paulie will take him to F2.  I'm surprised that Paul can't see that Paulie's F2 is with Corey - not him.  Paul is learning the game at a much deeper level than Corey, and Paul is way more articulate than doofus Corey.  Paul could outtalk Paulie at F2 and would have a more compelling underdog argument for the jury, while Corey had the luxury of a big alliance & a showmance.

Wondering if Paul might, when it gets down to F3 or 4, would try to turn tables on Paulie?  Would he be brave enough to do that?  Certainly Paulie does not want Paul beside him F2 because he would be more competitive re jury decision. And we would think that Paul should realize that Paulie will evict him & take Corey or Nicolle, both floaters with no game.  Would Paul approach Nicole to go to F2 after telling her Paulie wanted she & Corey evicted?  Or, if Nicolle & Corey are evicted would Paul convince Bridgette or whoever is left to side with him and go to F2? Paul is playing all sides, which is smart.  And so just a scenario that would turn this into a game, finally.

       But basically I hope P & P & V don't win anything because they are pigs & vulgar/classless/slime.

  21. 4 hours ago, straykat said:

Not only was it Paulie who back doored him but it was Paulie who decided he was the target and they all fell in line and voted him out because Paulie said so. These guys stroke each other about how they control the women and their votes but somehow, in Victor's little brain, he holds these two women responsible for the nine votes.

Victor has gone out of his way to be mean to Michelle from the beginning. He enjoys making her cry. And just last week he made the comment that Michelle needed to be "boned" and Paul or Paulie had to do it.

It seems to me that Paulie, Paul and Victor don't like or respect women. The constant explicit sexual comments and seventh grade "jokes" are aways meant to degrade the women in the house.

You are right re PP & V not respecting women. They are like grade school little boys who need to seem big in the eyes of their friends, in this case their 'bros'.   Classless pigs who must have had very poor father figures who also don't respect women.   In addition to their gutter talk among themselves they feel free to question the women re what sex experiences and that includes every act you can think of, no matter how gross.  And sadly these girls don't stop them in their tracks.

I hope none of these three win anything but won't hold my breath.  Very weak group this season.  As many have said keeping Frank may have been a benefit re getting another group together and trying to knock out Paulie.   And James huge mistake was not keeping his word re Frank and Bridgette.  He could have built an alliance with Frank and the girls.

Victor will go after James I think. He shouldn't, but he will.  Vic thinks Paul and Paulie are his buds. Idiot.  BUT Mama Da did tell him they plan to take him out in Dbl Evic.

Yes, Da warned him and that night I was thinking that finally we have a game here.  But Vic is Natalie in male form, only worse because Natalie does seem to think at times whereas Vic doesn't have a clue, will never get a clue.  He can't get past that bro code BS.  And PP & Vic are so disgusting, uncivilized, classless pigs.  At least James and Cory don't talk dirty.  Who raised those guys?

  23. Ewww !!!!  I don't get live feeds and for the first time,  just saw Z doing her thing on top of Paulie.  Wow, her grandma/mother/father/priest must be so proud of her.  I was considering giving her my votes for America;s care package but it is time she go.  She is looking really sad.  What is she thinking?  As has been said, her students and parents (and principal) are watching.  Sad because she is so beautiful and could get any man she wanted but not sure about that now.  Not to mention she had a chance to get $500,000 from this show but got focused elsewhere.

Seems most of them are satisfied to get the 7 or $9,000 they get from appearing.  You would think BB would do a better job of interviewing or even testing to find people who will really fight and use psychological warfare to win.  Derrick was a pro at that. His law enforcement and training got him the win.  He always made the other person with whom he was discussing an eviction think they had made the decision. He would always say he wasn't sure who should go but asked them who they felt should go next.  Brilliant really.
