Week 11 and The Vanipulator (whoever came up with that is awesome) remains a loathsome BB player and is unpleasant to watch. She is small-screen poison. Watching her groom jury members is pretty revolting.

feeling kinda proud that I came up with the vanipulator on my own a few weeks back. Not sure if anyone else did it earlier and I missed it, but I could really use the victory so I'm claiming even if they did.

Steve's attempts to portray dramatic emotions are as believable as Howie Mandell selling suspense on deal or no deal. Pathetic!

What did I miss? Did Vanessa admit to being a professional poker player? Seems the talk on the daily coverage suggests that she told everyone the truth. I guess her revelation did not have any negative feedback because Austin was suggesting possible income opportunities for Vanessa.

As far as I can tell, I have only heard her admit that she "was" a professional gambler. I have yet to hear her say she is. Sticking to the DJ stuff. Liz and Jmac were asking her about certain DJ's and she had never heard of most of them. She would then blather on about the two or three she had seen in concert. Good thing her game is built on loyalty and truth.

I know that term all too well. It is my most unbelievable but true story. At my highschool the principle butchered the name of our saluatorian, an Asian girl whose name was Yoo Suk Kwok.

As odd of a ride as it has been with Jmac, he may have the best position. The Austwins were going to be everyone's target this week and most likely the next. Leaving him and Steve with the left over and the Vanipulator.

IMO he has the jury at that point and needs only to win a final comp to win the game. Of the final 5 ( assuming Liz eliminated Thurs) Best chance of winning:

1 Jmac

2 Steve

3 Van

4 Austin

5 Julia

The only other road bump could be Austin winning HoH next week. His "devil you know" strategy with Van and Genuine relationship with Steve look pretty good in hindsight

As of week 10, two people could have gotten out whomever the chose by simply putting up Liz. Their votes coupled with 2 from Julia and Austin would have sent home any target regardless of alliances.

Keeping the twins seemed wrong early. But if you kept them, why did nobody use them?

Half the people flipping out wouldn't last 2 weeks on Big Brother ... I love seeing everyone ripping mad about Big Brother Haha

I don't know about mad, but I am actually relieved that I can stop watching these train wrecks of HG. Jmac is funny but balless. Steve has that dorky thing but also balless. And I have nothing redeeming to say for the rest. Perhaps I could tune in to see who gets the loudest boos upon eviction. Uneventful season.

The worst part of this show is the fake ass drama. Steve looked like he was passing a kidney stone on that vote, even though everybody knew when that second ball of James hit the ground.

Well, CBS in their ultimate wisdom, has decided to air another football game tonight. This is the second time that they have done that on a Double Eviction show. Does anyone have a link so that I can watch the show live? Thank you for your help.

Do you get the CW network channel. They move the show to that channel and broadcast it at its regular timeslot. Its a channel that shows sidicated shows mostly but has a few original programs. I always have seen it near the public access channels. Good luck

Really? Can you remember the name of that comp? They had a Hide and Seek Veto comp back in Season 8, was there another one after that?

I now think I am mistaken. I believe there was luxury comps in the hide & seek variety, but not a veto. I remember Brittany winning something with gold coins hidden in the house that played the same way but for 5 or 10 grand. And it seems there was another more recent one as well but I'm not uhmembering right now.

Come on Haha ... Certain players are playing "Bad" games yet they are on the verge of making it to the Top 7 on Big Brother haha!

It's easy for people to watch live feeds or read forums and see everything that is going on but if people were actually there it would be a completely different story and maybe you're the one that people are saying is a terrible person or sucks at the game of Big Brother.

Which is why I said they are so close to figuring it out. They don't have the benefit of seeing everything, bit James is right there and I hope he can make it happen. Safe years are boring years. Also Vanessa is still a horrible person IMO

They are so close to figuring it out. James is pushing for Austin/Judas to join him and Jmac to vote out Julia which tosses the blame on Steve. He should work the Steve route also. If the vote came out 4-1 Austin would be dead to Van and Liz. If 3-2 Austin or Steve (depending on who voted with) be dead to Van and Liz.

Then in the next HoH they would only be up against Liz. If James Jmac or Steve win they put up Liz and Van and guarantee one of those to go. Even if they won the veto, they would control minimum two votes and the tiebreaker.

The sell is guaranteed final four is better than finding out you are on the bottom of a final five.

Dang, I haven't seen this comp in years. Exactly when was the last time they had this type of veto competition, can anyone remember?

My daughter, who is not watching BB, stopped by last night when it was on. She saw Vanessa and said she looks like a drug addict. That would be my guess too. Her deteriorating looks and her mannerisms all point to that conclusion. My daughter thought Vanessa must be in her mid-40s. She couldn't believe she is only 32. JMO.

I got a big kick out of BBAD last night when the feeds were cut several times as Vanessa elaborated on the best designer drugs she likes to use. She was trying to pressure Steve in using them too. To the point of trying to shame him for not wanting to try them. Your daughter must be clairvoyant.

Sure that's true and I try not to reference them often. But I do find it hilarious to see Austin's picture solid across the bottom for 6 weeks. Usually there is a flux between a bottom 3. I don't comment over there. This is much better site for discussion and updates.

Mine too! We've had virtually no excitement this season, so it's about time. I won't get to watch tomorrow night's show until Thursday because football will be on where I'm at, but I'll definitely keep up online.

Roli, where you live? There is a channel called the CW. They have shows like Supernatural, Messengers, Americas next Top Model. In many cities this channel picks up BB and survivor on Football game nights. Check and see if you got it.

I was just checking rankings at Jokers and have some fun facts. James has been rated the favorite for the past 31 days. I would gather the AFP will be a dog fight between James & JMac with Meg as the dark horse. Meg can't win IMO.

Another fun stat is that Austin has been the least favorite for 41 of the last 42 days. Him and the twins have been steadily getting beat out by Jace for the last 3 weeks. Ha!

An observation I have noticed: when people are members of a group fighting for equality, they become blind to other possibilities. You should not make broad generalizations about groups of people. They fight against groups with perceptions that the world is against them even though we know that is never the case. Call it collateral damage.

Is it possible that Van has experienced so many prejudices as a lesbian, she has learned to react in this manner even if is not justified. My example of this would be how she reacted to Audrey when she showed herself as a lose cannon. Vanessa wanted to give her a pass because her life has been so hard. It is a neccesary reaction, but not all the time. And definitely not in game play.

How is she a terrible person in and out of the house? Other than Youtube clip of her house I fail to see what makes her a terrible person in either of those places.

I understand people have their likes and dislikes in the game just curious why you feel she's a terrible person?

I have seen no other clips, aside from BB, of Vanessa. I consider myself a lifelong student of the human psyche, a reason I enjoy watching this game.

Van has played this game with manipulation and being a victim. In her private moments she doesn't have to sell herself on these things, but genuinely believes she has been wronged. If people do not fall into her way of thinking, they are stupid or disloyal. Nothing is ever her fault. There is always someone to blame for her. IMO these are learned behaviors, not gameplay reactions.

I feel she is self absorbed, overly dramatic, manipulative, crybaby, bully, with a false sense of how smart she is. All of these things have proven themselves when she is alone in a room, during the course of the season. Therefore my personal assumption is she is this horrid wretch of a person outside of the game as well.

I hope the plan says intact and they get rid of Lame ole Meg ... People may not like the Austwins but at least they are playing the game. Meg just floats by every week not because of strategy but because she just sucks at pretty much everything except a very good social game.

Once Meg goes I'm good with both the twins packing it up and getting out so I can enjoy the rest of the season so at the DE please get rid of Meg and a Twin I really don't care which one ... surprise me!

Same thing for Vanessa I know people don't like her but she's played the game very well including moments when she got into trouble ... I'm all for Jmac and Steve to take this all the way to the end but Vanessa deserves the win more than anybody there IMHO. People tend not to like people in the house that screw up their favorites chances of winning so they tend to look at these players in a negative light.

Sorry for the accidental repost. I don't like Vanessa because I think she is a terrible person both in and out of this house. She is playing the game, but this season has no players. At least not any that would compete in the past seasons.
