I understand. Who knows what makes us feel the way we do about specific people? I honestly do believe that Shelly (since this is her thread), of them all, is going to emerge from BB13 with some major regrets - and I have room to understand, like you, that there is room for misunderstanding - I lived in Baton Rouge, graduated from LSU. It is a small place. Conservative.

I did not like Britney and this forum - for the most part - loved Britney. I am saying that I REALLY did not like Britney. Awful season for me, BB12. Made me view BB differently. If it gets bad for me, I try to take a break and examine my priorities. Sorry, dedeisafan, hard as I try - and I have really tried with Porsche, in particular - I just cannot agree with you that Kalia, Porsche and Shelly are "all pretty good people." I've seen nothing to support that theory. I could be so wrong but there you have it. I'm at " may the best man/woman win stage," no favorites for me.

Oh my! None of this is that important. Like you say, "it's a game." It is so unimportant in the scheme of things that it doesn't register. Re: Shelly. I think much of what Shelly is saying at the moment is defensive because she feels terrible about Jeff and Jordan. We've all felt bad about something and been defensive when confronted. I still believe that she really liked them and I also believe that BB coerced her onto the gameplay avenue when she doglegged and started pursuing an alliance with the mean girls. Shelly wants/needs the cash. That's okay. I don't like her and hope that her attempts to win are foiled but I understand why she is there. I no longer have a favorite in the game and that's okay, too. Believe me, it isn't the first time.

I thought it interesting that Julie allowed Jeff to give her a big hug. She usually erects that stand-back barrier around herself. She let him come on in.

I am really glad that Daniele is gone. I hated listening to her and her attitude was just sad (as was that awful eviction dress - what was she thinking - the tunic tops looked great on her). Daniele could have done much, much better in the game. Pretending that the production unit would quit their jobs pretty much en masse spoke volumes to me about her head being firmly up her valley girl ass.

No way would I vote for Shelly to win, despite some self-appointed jurist's attempts to make me see BB law their way. I am well aware that bias exists here, just as it is going to exist when the BB jury convenes to award someone 500K and 50K. I do not like the Shelly that I see and hear on BB13 so I am biased against her just as some of you are biased in her favor. It is not necessary that I defend my opinion to you nor is it necessary for you to defend yours to me. To each his/her own. I don't think anyone enters the BB house with dreams of ending their visit as the F3 player. Why would they? Each of them believes that they can win. It is why they are there. 500K net can make a huge difference in a person's life. 50K is pretty much second-place balm. That said, I do not believe that Shelly will emerge from BB13 unscathed. She will probably regret some of the extreme game moves that she made - especially so, if it was all for naught. Dunno.

I'm just glad that she is gone.

Daniele, in my opinion, has the personality of a lima bean. I don't care about her or Evil Dick or their relationship or how it impacts either today. Don't care. Last time I looked, Daniele IS a vet. About all that I can say at this point is that I hope that Daniele is evicted tonight with that whack-job Shelly following her. After that, I don't care.

I suppose that deceit and delusion or better still; lies and illusion are one facet of some houseguest's game. It is not my favorite BB ploy but it has been used to advantage. Those winners and years are not among my favorites; by a long shot. I've always supported Daniele's ability to win competitions and I guess that this new Daniele is a disappointment to me. I hope that she does not win BB13. I do have that.

Brendon has some fiery spanish blood flowing in those veins. It serves to make him romantic, kind, impetuous and alluringly chauvinistic to Rachel. His machismo fits like a suit bought second-hand. Brendon will marry the prettiest girl with the most money. Trust me. I hope that he does find a cure for cancer. Wouldn't that be wonderful.

The only answer (for Grodner) to being sad at Brendon leaving would be for Rachel to win HOH, lock the door, have her meals delivered and nominate by proxy.

I wouldn't worry. Even the powers-that-be have to know that they've stretched his run as far as they can and retain any credibility on their part. We'll know how they really feel when we see who wins HOH.

Not that it's any of my business (nor do I care) but I don't think that Brendon and Rachel should bother with couples counseling, I think that they should move on from each other. She is a wreck and no man of any consequence would put up with her and he clearly has his own issues. I wish them both well but I have zero interest in seeing either of them in another reality show. Rachel and Brendon are not even fire and ice. They are just boring.
