Kevin wants an answer from William if he's going to use it to not but he won't commit. Kev says it's "black and white. Use it or don't" It sounds like William will use it.

12:02 BBT Kevin telling William "if you don't trust me, the don't use the veto". William says he trusts Kevin. William is worried that Dre will be the replacement if veto is used on Kevin. Kevin says no, he'll push for Jackie or Dillon. He tells William that Demika have said if veto isn't used, he (Kevin) will go. (Kevin is guilting Will not to use it).
