it was said to the semi finalist that if they chose you to be on the show this year that you would be without contact with the outside world (even family) for the duration of the show... even if you are the first person evicted from the house.

so either someone is coming back into the house or everyone evicted will be on the jury. why else would they hold them.

Yes but she has competed in the padgent's that are per Miss USA... In other words had she won she would have went to Miss USA and they can't be men... Just a thought...

has anyone noticed that if you dont click on anything on the cbs bb site, the main picture changes to different pics of the house. of course Julie's big head stays on top of each picture! but it does give more detail of the house decore.

I dont think they give you advanced notice, I think if you make it to finals then you pretty much need to get your affairs in order in case you are picked to be on the show. They probably tell you that they will notify you by a certain date and at that time you only get 1 hour to get your things together and go.

of course, I only truly know what the course of action is up until semi's. The rest is just from gathered info from the previous years of what the houseguest said.

if you make it to Semi's, they give you a paper with info on it concerning call back dates and finals. I guess since finals can last up to 10 days, they give the semifinalist the dates so they can make arrangments to take off from their normal lives.... most applicants have jobs and cant just be wisked away at the drop of a hat.

I think what Diane from last year was talking about was when she picked for the show, they show up and give the person 1 hour to get their stuff and go.

well... that is not the house and that photo was taken 3/29/04 i believe. The same photo is on the Terraserver.microsoft.com sight.

if you go to the google site and pull up that photo, you can see the bb house in the upper right hand corner of the photo, of course, its the old house because the photo is from spring of 2004. on the Terraserver.microsoft.com sight you are able to zoom in more and you can actually see the back yard with the huge chess board on it (I forget which bb they had that in.) and the pool is covered... :wink:
