The thing is, if Vanessa spent less time scheming & manipulating and more time in socializing with the other side of the house, she would know that Becky & Johnny Mac are kinda close and Becky would never put him up, or at least not this early in the game. Vanessa is not as perceptive as she thinks, even Steve knows that Becky would not put up Johnny Mac as the replacement nominee.

I wonder if Vanessa would turn against Shelli to try & save herself. Or if Vanessa thinks that Shelli made a deal with Becky to save herself?

I am hoping against hope that Vanessa would turn against Shelli and expose all of her secrets.  I really don't believe that she has any other choice if she hopes to stay in the game.   But, alas,  I think  that Vanessa will go out classy because she knows that it probably won't do her any good and there is that small chance she could make it back into the house later.

If Becky can actually manage to put up Vanessa (not convinced any of them will make smart moves at this point), she should explain it to Vanessa with some form of this:

"I'm so sorry about this Vanessa. I don't know how this even happened! You know that this wasn't because of me, right? I mean I don't want you to go home and I know that you know that. What happened was, right before the veto meeting, Johnny Mac told Jackie that he found out that she had used my hair brush back on day 9. Jackie called him a liar and said you knew and the it was really Austin who had done that. She said you told Audrey and Da also. I just found out from the twins that was the real reason Audry and Da went home. They were protecting you so I know they will keep you here. Then I put it together that Jason and Jeff are twins. They arnt the same age and don't look alike but that was really just the best cover for them. I asked Steve about the hairbrush on day 12 and even tho he didn't know what I was talking about, I knew he was lying. I'm with you, I hate liars and that's what really happened because you know I'm on your side. I don't want you to go and I think it's going to be fine. 100%. It's not me at all. It's what the house wanted.

I don't know if Austin and the twins will vote to keep Van if Shelli reminds them that Van was willing to backdoor Austin before even talking to him about what happened with Jason because she didn't want to get blood on her hands and because she did that not only did he have to blow up his game to save himself by making final 2 deals but because she ran to the HOH room after dropping the bomb of putting Jason up it left Shelli and Clay to take the hit for Van's actions leading to Austins boy Clay to be evicted.

LOL, that is the longest sentence that I have ever seen on this forum.  And I totally agree with you, Crappy. 

I would be afraid to tell Steve that Vanessa is going up in his place.  I am positive that Vanessa would work on him to not use it.  Becky should let Steve know, in no uncertain terms, that he will be voted out if he doesn't use it.  Let's see if he is willing to give up his game for Vanessa.

James was just joking when he made that comment about flipping the house to get Shelly out. The Internet ran with it.

Yes, he did say that he would not try to win the Veto and will take his chances against Shelli. He is trying to protect his precious Vanessa from going up on the block.

I hope that if he does win the Veto, he does not pull a Marcellas and not use the Veto in order to keep Vanessa safe. But wouldn't that be interesting to watch?

I don't think that Becky wants to evict Shelli because she likes Shelli and wants to work with her going forward. Becky really wants Vanessa out of the game so she can align with Shelli, Johnny Mac & possibly Steve. However, if the ADC (Jackie, Meg & James) win the next HOH she is perfectly willing to switch sides again.

Becky, Johnny Mac, James, Meg & Jackie all want Vanessa out this week and could probably align for that one goal . I hope that Becky can pull everybody together and get it done.

She doesn't want to evict Shelli, she really wants Vanessa out.   But James and Jackie wants her gone and depending on who wins the veto, James is planning on flipping the house to get Shelli out.  Dang, I wish the HOH alliance would support the HOH decisions, it really pisses me off when someone who didn't win try to usurp the HOH's authority.

Looks like John is finally playing the game.  He is trying to convince both Steve and Shelli to choose him as HG choice so that he can do "I don't know what". 

But is he trying to play for the Veto to protect himself so that he won't be backdoored, play to take Shelli off the block, or play so that neither one would pick Vanessa as HG choice? 

Most of the HGs have only watched a few seasons so when Shelli asked Steve about James breaking his deal on the wall with Shelli, Steve told Shelli that it had never been done before in BB history. That's not true, so now I'm wondering if Steve forgot, or is he lying to Shelli?

Good point! Or was he just saying that to make Shelli feel better?  Did you notice that right after that Vanessa quickly brought up the time when Dan broke his deal with Ollie? Dan made a deal that Ollie could choose his replacement nominee and Dan reneged on that deal when Ollie choose one of Dan's Renegade alliance members.   Dan put up Ollie's best friend instead who was promptly voted out. 

I wonder how Shelli will plead her case to Becky regarding nominations?

1. Clay & I saved you when we voted out Jason. We love you and we kept our promise.

2. I'm in mourning because Clay left, please give me a break.

3. It was all Austin's fault.

4. The backdoor Austin plan was all Vanessa's idea, I had nothing to do with it.

He says in DR that he is anxious to start playing his own game, yet he still seems to be under Vanessa's and Clelli's influence.  Keeping Clay is definitely in his best interest, but I can see him meekly following Vanessa et al. 

Vanessa is pushing her agenda very hard. Thank Heavens Jackie seem to be reading her well. She seems to have Vanessa figured out.  I hope James really listens to Jackie because he still seems to be coming up with excuses for Vanessa's crap.  And if Vanessa convinces Austin to stage a fight with Clay so he won't have to vote for him to stay, please Lord, let James and Jackie call out Austin on that before the vote.

I can see where Austin would say that because of the hair and big muscular body, but I never thought that Drogo was all that handsome, but then neither is Austin.

Dang, with Austin and the twins talking about going against James' wishes and voting out Clay, it looks like they were lying to James and want to keep the Sleeper Cell alliance.  I really hoped that they would have alligned with James, Meg, and Jackie.  Now I can't see any of them making it to Final 4.

Vanessa lives an amazing life playing poker, she does not need half a million, will it sway any minds if she makes it to final 2? Wait do they know she is a successful poker player?

 

I'm actually very good at poker. I need to enter these tournaments. I'm missing out on living the good life apparently, you know actually having to work for a living.

I feel that anyone with a talent should try to exploit it.  You will never know what you are capable of until you try.

Maybe she won't be sitting in jury alone - maybe Clay will go to jury. Maybe she will go home. I'm getting tired of listening to her say over and over again "why this week, why not another week".  It's because you aren't in charge, Shelli!

So true, Iris. I think that Shelli is bemoaning the fact that since the evictee will be going home this week and not to the jury house, it is the worst week possible to be on the block together.  Because unless the other self evict, Shelli and Clay will be separated for the rest of the summer, so how will their love survive?  

Meg will have her a new house boo by thursday night, maybe she will actually win something to keep Cleg safe? who knows.

LOL, I can't believe Meg wants Shelli gone so that she can move in on Clay. What a silly little girl she is, and such a treacherous one, too!  Maybe she has figured out that this game is not as easy to win as she thought, so she has already made up her mind that she can't win it.  Maybe she thinks that she should just enjoy the time that she has left in the house with a really hot guy.

I am starting to wonder a little about his mindset.  As a prison guard he stated that the inmates at penal institutions are NEVER raped. He feels that naive inmates sexually submit themselves to other inmates voluntarily for protection or are tricked or beaten into submission. What??  Is this how all prison guards view what is happening under their watch??   If you are beaten into submission, is that not rape?? IS THIS THE TYPE OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING THAT PRISON GUARDS GET IN THIS COUNTRY? They should simply ignore the muffled moans or cries for help because this is something the victimized inmates choose? 

I guess they need to tell themselves something in order to sleep at night.

Mayzee,  where are those pics?  I would love to see how she lives.  They say she earned over $3M playing poker.

 They need to change the way that comp is done and have the names drawn to see who the next two are to play!

I agree, I never liked the idea of a player deciding who the next player or players will be. That makes it far too easy for an alliance to control the comps.  With everything else in this game being controlled and manipulated by a few, at least let the competitions be won by knowledgeable or skillful individuals.

Yep, but she did get that penalty vote which confirms that she was never ALLOWED by BB to break any of the rules.  But in her position, I would have done the same thing. Why suffer when you don't have to? 

 

Hey Linda I didn't see where big brother confirmed that Audrey was not ill if they did now that makes me mad dang it. LOL I told you they were going to do what they wanted.

They did not confirm that she was never ill, just that she is not ill now.  I guess she got over her "meltdown" or medical problem.

I still am not sure that BB allowed Audrey to eat or stop being a Have Not because of medical reasons.   Since BB has now confirmed that Audrey is not ill, apparently she is in an "I don't give a f-ck anymore" mode. She knows she is going home so she is enjoying her last days because there is nothing BB can officially do to stop her.
