I agree with all of this, except in this case if I were on the jury and had time to decompress and think more clearly, I would also start to realize that Paul had two major advantages:  3 weeks of safety from the get-go, and he was the only returning veteran with experience under his belt.  Taking such major advantages into account, I would then discount everything else he did and conclude that whoever he is sitting next to should be crowned the winner.  Just out of fairness.

Three week advantage I grant you, that sucked. As far as being a returning houseguest with experience they knew that the minuet  he walked in the door. Shame on them for not EVER putting Paul on the block. If they want to hold their inability to see what was happening against Paul I guess it's their business.

I can blame CBS for rigging the 3 week safety vote and a few other things, but, I can no longer blame CBS for the actions of this cast. There is no way CBS could have known the level of stupid that these people would rise to. I am sure they probably could point to this person being dumb and that person being stupid. But, they could not know what would happen when you put them all together. There is no way CBS could have known that over half the people would just fall in line, quit playing the game and do Paul's bidding. You had people literally ask Paul if he thought it would be a good idea if they took a nap. So, I just cannot continue blaming CBS and letting these idiots off the hook.

    BINGO!

    Paul for the win!!!

  3. As much as I feel like CBS has aided Paul this season if he makes it to F2 he deserves to win. He took the 3 week free pass in the beginning and ran with it. Imagine if that would have been Raven getting CBS's help. She would have never gotten as far as Paul has. Mainly because Paul has a brain and Raven does not. If the rest of the house guests are so stupid as to never put a returning player on the block well then it's there own fault Paul is sitting where he is today.

Like him or not he's the only one who really played the game.

I think so too.  But imagine him in the Jury House.  Could be a very, very bad thing for King Paul.  King Paul might have stacked the deck not in his favor.  He was too busy thinking about what is going on in the house and not thinking about Jury House and who is in it.  Now with Jason seeing King Paul's good-bye message Jason can start a campaign in Jury against the "puppet master".  Wishful thinking?

I doubt that will happen. Once your in the jury house and you have time to decompress you look at the game differently than you did when you first arrived, all pissed off. You have to give props where props are due. All the jurors will figure out they got played by the puppet master Paul and have no one really to blame except themselves. IF Paul makes it to the final two he will run away with the votes.

    Just my 2.5 cents worth.

First off, don't take this the wrong way, but, I think you may be obsessing way too much on these rules when it comes to a part of the game that really doesn't give the player an advantage over the other players. Although the have and have nots are subjective to uncomfortable sleeping arrangements and the players are on slop, I don't think it is really that big of a part of the game. Just not something to get all bent out of shape over as the posters here has indicated.

I was a union president and I have read lots and lots of case law. When it comes to pay, judges loathe employment contracts that are one sided and not fair to the employee. If an employee is promised $1000 per week, the company will end up paying him that $1000 dollars. The company can recoup the cost of equipment or product that the employee willfully damages, but, they will not get away with simply docking someones pay. The company can refuse to pay "bonuses" or other pay that is not yet earned. For example, if the bonus is to be paid for completing the show, the company will not have to pay if the employee doesn't complete the show. However, even those type stipulations may be overcome by the employee if they complete a substantial portion of the contract. Although I am just guessing, I am willing to bet that Chima, Willie Hantz and others who were expelled from the game got their full pay and an airline ticket home. Putting something into a contract doesn't automatically mean it will stand up to legal scrutiny.

Stop it joystick!! You're making way too much sense here.

If they walk out on their own accord, they WILL lose money...there are clauses in their contract that outline the penalties.  For example, it has been reported that CBS will not pay their air fare home if they self evict.  I understand that there are other penalties as well (eg: non-performance penalty - they sign a contract saying they will stay until their time is up according to the rules of the game...if they leave before they have met their obligation, of course they can be charged with non-performance penalties).  Besides legal penalties for which I've given examples, CBS can do pretty much whatever they want (even in a place like California) - they are a giant corporation with an army of lawyers.  I doubt any of the HG's have anything like CBS's resources.

Think about how few times HG's have self evicted (Megan was like what - the 2nd, 3rd maybe 4th one in BB history?).  There is a reason they don't self evict - it's costly.

Regardless of any "penalties" they may be faced with CBS can not force them to forfeit any money they have "earned" while in the house. By the way, some of them can drive home in 10 minuets.

I realize that they are paid employees that should be fired if they can't follow the work rules.  Oh, and they won't "walk out the door" because then they would not get paid - they know that and CBS knows that.  I see no reason why they can't produce an entertaining show in a milieu where insubordination isn't rewarded.

If they walk out the door they still get paid. They have to get paid for the time they spent in the house. Imagine if you quit or got fired from your job shortly before payday. Your employer HAS to pay you for the time you worked. Same rules apply here, especially in California.

It's also the cry of entitlement of which he thinks he is like everyone else does in the house,  therefore just not a characteristic of millennials.

If someone "thinks or believes" they should be in the house longer than others because of their superior gameplay is it fair to label them as "entitled"?

The most over used word is "millennial" IMO. Also, let's talk entitlement when every hour Kevin wants to know why he should go first over Raven. As far as I'm concerned they are both useless and should go at the same time. It appears "spoiled" behavior is expressed by all age groups in the house.

"why he should go first over" is the battle cry of every house guest who thought they were about to be evicted.

Haven't read the LFU today but think this is unsure.  He was thinking of not using veto at one point.  Interesting convo Josh had with the camera last night.  He's on to Paul's wacky scenario and is having none of it.  He fully intends to talk to Alex and Jason and make them listen.  Of course Alex probably won't but Jason will since he's already suspicious of an alliance between Alex and Paul.  Paul wants Jason out ASAP.

Yeppers, Nick's on the block. As much as I want to see Nick stay it might be a good thing If Jason stays. Josh and Jason would have the best chance of getting out Paul, assuming they have the balls.

On the show last night they AGAIN showed some of the HG's talking about how full of sh*t Raven is with all her ailments. I'm glad because the show watchers only will know many of this girls problem are in her head. It will be interesting to see how she does once the game is over. You know she's going to try and use her appearance to gain sympathy (and money) from the public.

In past seasons there has been one or two women who have Adequate Cleavage.  It seems this year it is everyone and all clothes are designed to show said Cleavage.  This is fine with me, it just seems this season has changed a lot from previous ones.

In seasons past whenever a boob slipped out it was screen captured and posted as a link on Morty's. Haven't seen that link in some time.
