They posted on FB that they are working on it.

I just used Safari on my iPhone and logged in through the Superpass page. The feeds are working and I didn't have to install anything extra.
Same here, didn't have any problems at all logging in on my 3GS iPhone.
On the other hand, there are problems with BBLite. They posted that on FB that they are working on it.

This is great news for Canadians. I'm so glad they're going to have their own BB show now!

Since BB14 is 3 weeks away how long until they release the cast
I think they release info about them as they enter the house, but not before. I think they're in the house 10-14 days ahead of the first show. Someone else want to clarify that, please.

It definitely uses a lot of system resources. I sometimes have to close it just to do other things on the PC. Running Photobucket and Twitter while having the feeds up is almost impossible as they use so much of the PC that you can't do multiple things at once.

Thanks Eric, that's great to hear. I really wonder if he himself had a medical emergency and after being treated for it, he decided not to go back on the show. Seems he is just fine now and that's really good to know.

Navigate to SuperPass with your phone, and then sign-in. It'll ask you then, if you want the mobile add-on, which seems to work good. It's $9.99 for the 3 months, if you have the 3 month plan.
I've tried that twice today and got the message "Technical Difficulties. We are currently experiencing technical difficulties and are unable to complete your order. Please click here for customer support." Clicking on that link brings me to a troubleshooting page. At the top of that page it says "CBS is still working to complete their Android app. Please check the Android Marketplace Friday evening to download the app and start watching the live feeds. We apologize for the inconvenience, please visit CBS.com for the latest update on availability." Below that are categories for getting started, installing software, sign-in & password, BB, video playback and billing & account questions.
I get the feeling this is only for Android users, not iPhone users. Looking forward to any help anyone can provide so I can watch the feeds from my phone. Thanks!

Hmm, just had a thought. This is the 13th season, right? And now after the very first show of the 13th season, we are down to 13 players. Could there be anything to that? Could ED have been working with BB to get himself what appears to be kicked off the show on the first night???

I hope all is well with his family. Dick likes this game way too much just to walk out, there has to be something going on here. It doesn't make sense that his daughter got the pass (why can't they just bring someone in, the game started like a week ago no?)
That's what I was thinking, to bring someone else in to partner with Danielle, even though it would mean she wasn't part of a dynamic duo from the past anymore.
The fact that they brought back six players from previous seasons means that six people lost an opportunity to play in the game, so to me it would be fair to bring in someone who hasn't played before.

Is anyone watching the feeds on their iPhone? There is a place to put a coupon, but I don't know if that has to be filled out.
Also, where will the billing show up? My cell phone provider or a charge on my CC from Real Player?

As of last year, the feeds were web-based, so anyone with a browser should be able to see them. (Although the interface was buggy, but they've had a year to put some fixes in)
BBLite's current webpage says it will be cross-platform. I'm hoping there will be an iPhone app as well, but these things seem to take time.
I would love an iPhone app! That would be great!
But it will be good to have the feeds to better than they did last year at the beginning.
Just another month till BB13 time!!!

It wouldn't be so bad, but the way they do it is shady. You tell them to cancel, and they say, ok I'll cancel it but I'm going to throw an extra month on there so you can see if you like the rest of the service. If you say ok, then they add a month and don't cancel it even though they said they would. The fact that they make you call them to cancel it shows they are doing it on purpose to hook people that are uncomfortable talking to people in the first place.
When you call to cancel, they will offer you 30 days for free, but after that 30 days, YOU have to call them back to cancel. They tell you that. I always say that I'm calling now to cancel, that I don't want to call back in another 30 days. They're nice people, just a little on the pushy side.

Thanks for the info Gertrude, it sure looks like they responded to complaints.
I love BBLite, but will check out RealPlayer online to see their "enhancements". Will probably continue to use BBLite since it uses so much less system resource.

you can choose low, med, high or High def. I have it set on low and the picture and sound are fine. Not using half of the banwidth I was using with the others.
l (low) = 300
m (medium) = 650
h (high) = 950
hd (high def) = 1650
I'm really liking BBLite. I'll wait to hear if anyone knows how to use Flashback on it.

I thought my old PC was the reason my feeds were choppy and that nothing happened when I clicked on one of the other views. I'm so happy to hear everyone else having the same problem! The interesting thing is that even though the video part of it is choppy, the audio isn't. I am totally missing not being able to rewind. I'm missing so much because I can't go back and listen again. They're talking too fast and there are too many of them at this point in the game.
I missed the deadline ordering for the special, so I'm on a month-to-month for $9.99 (without the music downloads) and can cancel any time. If the feeds stay like this, I will consider canceling.
