9:55am Alec & Emmet speculate of food comp to come. That they will have to win the chance to eat meats, dairy, sweets ect. Talla in WA. Evry1 else in KT 9:57am Topaz checks SR again. Find only water. Jillian says she can't believe Gary's gone. Andrew says it's a sad day, just not here. 9:07am Emmett's in the shower. Most of the HG still in bed. No alarm yet 9:11AM Peter is in the WA talking to Emmett when the Alarm rings. Jillian stretches & says she's so hungry. Andrew comes into WA complaining that there is absolutely no food in the kitchen or fridge except a large bucket of slop. Emmett says that means a food comp is coming. Andrew shows Jillian how empty the fridge is. 9:23am Andrew resorts to a slopshake which the cam zooms in on. He guzzles it. Andrew tells Alec about the lack of food. Cam switches to SR to show it's empty too. Emmett & Andrew go to check SR. Nothing left but condoms . 9:28am Alarm sounds again for Talla & Topaz lying down in WA. Topaz says she's tired & hungry because all she had last night was a glass of slop. Andrew starts to vacuum LR. 9:30am. Peter takes his turn searching for food in the SR. Evry1 is very hungry. Starving. 9:34am Alec says his neck & back R killing him. Alec making a slopshake. 9:40am Alec & Andrew chug slopshakes side by side for the cams. Most of the talk is about lack of food. Alec says he's become accustomed to the slop. 9:45am Andrew talking about an allergy he has. He & Alec bantering back in for about how little they matter to each other. Topaz walks into KT noticing the lack of food & says the guys weren't kidding. She's unhappy BB took the sugar for slop too. 9:47am Jillian goes to see if BB took the food from her HOHR. She hasn't been up there this morn. She comes back empty handed & she & Topaz agree this will B a luxury comp. 9:50am Jillian poses the question if there was a comp where you could possibly win 10g's but evry1's on slop for the week or evry1 could eat. Topaz, Andrew & Alec say 'eat for the week'. Topaz goes to look for sugar in SR. No luck.

10:11am Feeds return. Emmet, Alec & R sitting in LR talking about next HOH. Feeds go to SotH again & return. Jillian has joined them. She asks what the gumball veto was called. Peter doesn't remember but knows Emmett won it. Alec says & he didn't save Suzette. Will be his 1 regret in the game. 10:13am Andrew is also in LR. 9:55am. Andrews says he was lying in bed thinking about life after BB. How people will treat them. Emmett will go back to his farm & real estate . 9am quiet in the house. Evry1's asleep. 9:08am Jillian, Emmett & Peter & Alec R the only ones up so far. One cam keeps focusing on Talla. Guess they want to see how she is this morn. 9:13am Alarm goes off repeatedly. Talla wobbles out of bed & to the WA holding her head. 9:18am Evry1 doing ADL's. Talla is asked to put her mic on. Alec in the BY looking like he's counting on his fingers. Jillian delivery batteries to Andrew in HOH 9:20am Talla in WA asking Peter what happened last night. He tells her that Garry took her to hot tub. Peter carried her out. She asks if she was a mess. He says she was & put her in the WC & he asked her when she was done after puking. 9:23am Topaz joins them & they tell her how she put her socks in the hot tub & started to pee. Andrew picked her up like a child & handed her to Peter. She may have bumped her head at some point. He's sorry. She asks what she was saying. He says nothing. She walked a bit but couldn't once they got to the KT & he had to carry her 9:25am Talla asks if the cameras caught all this. Peter says jokingly, no they turned them all off. He tried to ask when she was done peeing but she was on the floor & Topaz came into try to dress her but Talla put her head into the toilet bowl. Topaz couldn't get her dressed all the way. It was a long process. Topaz says they covered her with a towel so Peter wouldn't 'see' her while he was holding her up. She was passed out. Dead weight. 9:27am Topaz says she tried to direct Talla lift a leg to get her dressed but it wasn't working so they just tried to get her to bed where she said she had to puke again so they brought her a garbage. They say they washed her hair & then she puked again dropping her hand into the puke. They kept washing her & trying to get her to drink water. BB asked Peter to stay with Talla to make sure she was ok 9:28am Peter continues, Talla wouldn't drink anything & would start to pass out then would get close to the garbage but would miss when puking again. This happened 3 - 5 times & Peter would clean her up & put her back. Topaz says getting her dressed was awful because Talla didn't want to cooperate. 9:30am THey tried to give her bread but then she puked again. After 20min Emmett & Jillian took their turns caring for her. Talla thanks them but says she doesn't feel well. Topaz says that's why they kept trying to get her to drink water so she would feel better this morn. 9:34am Talla in the KT telling Andrew she still feels like puking. Andrew saying she should just hang out in the WA. Good thing nothing's happening today. She's doing laundry & holding her mouth like she might be sick. Says she needs to eat & sits on the floor. Says she isn't hung over just feels like she might be sick. 9:39am BY talk about what Talla should eat. Jillian's going to make her something. |Talla alternating holding her mouth , head & stomach. Talla says I didn't pee in it. They said no, it's just something people say. She asks how sexy she was. Says she only had 1 martini. They say no, she had 3 shots.. No vodka. Emmet & Alec R there as well. Now talking about how much liquor is in diff drinks. She doesn't know how she got so drunk 9:50am Talla says when she's at the club she can last all night. Andrew says she last 10min last night. 9:51am Talla still saying it was one drink but they keep correcting her that it wasn't. Topaz joins them & says when you count it out, it was 1 fancy glass & 3 shots. Talla still holding her mouth. Talla says she needs a shower. 9:55am Topaz telling how Peter after bumping Tallas head dragged her body down the hall. Andrews says he sounds like a murderer. More stories of how Peter was trying to get Talla to pee & Topaz trying to dress her. Talla proclaimed she needed to puke then collapsed right beside the toilet. 9:58am Peter tells Talla, I'll clean the WA but you clean the toilet. There's puke all over it. Andrew asks how she slept. She says it was ok. Topaz says she puked so much it was just stomach acid. 10am BY Jillian, Emmett, Andrew, Topaz and Talla. talk turns to chores & how they all need to generally B cleaner. They all seem to agree. 10:07am Garry tells how he was called into the DR when Talla was in there & she was crying. BB told Garry that she was tired. Talla wondering what she said in the DR because she was intoxicated. 10:10am Looks like evry1 is cleaning. Talla still asking people more info about last night. Talla asks Topaz if you're drunk will they show it? Topaz says only the cute parts. 10:15am Talla telling Topaz that she still had fun last night but wishes she had lasted longer & still doesn't know how she got so drunk. She's still worried she embarrassed herself. 10:17am HG cleaning. Talla shouts 'sorry Canada'. Says she feels ok. What hurts is where she (Peter) hit her head. 10:21am Talla asking Peter if they'll show what happened in the DR last night when she was drunk. He says of course, it would be funny. 10:23am Talla keeps saying how she isn't hung over. She's lying down in WA. Peter said if she isn't hung over she should clean. She keeps repeating 'fail'. She says sorry to Peter again. 10:25am Peter says he's sure she'll return the favor sometime. Talla says the live feeders must have had a ball last night. Garry has a headache & Topaz tells him to ask BB for meds. Garry grabs his mic & asks BB for an hr nap because his head is killing him. Then lies back down. 9:20am Topaz says she feels like a crazy person in the DR. Saying F-u Emmet, F-u Andrew. Says Peter probably knows & she tells DR 'I hate Peter'. 9:23am Andrew telling Peter in WA about movie. Sounds like some of them saw the new Evil Dead movie. Andrew likes horror movies that are more realistic like Silence of the Lambs. In HN room Garry again complaining about his head. Garry tells Topaz that she might have lost someone who really cared about her. 9:27am Alec & Andrew in By talking about Topaz. Alec says he heard a story about how she kissed her locked & said sorry to the camera. Andrew says she put him up & sent his best friend home. 9:31am Talla asleep in WA. Peter walks into BY & announces he had a survivor dream because of Alec & describes a fire building comp that was in it. Andrew asks who won. HOH is still a sty. 9:15am Alarm rings & stops. Evry1 but Garry & Topaz out of bed. 9am Lights are up & HG are beginning to move around. Peters in the shower & Liza's in the bt. 9: 10 Tom in SR getting new batteries. Pauses by the phone as he's leaving the room like he wishes it would ring. 9:13am . Rooster crows gets Emmet & Jillian up. It keeps going to get Talla out from under the covers. 9:19am Evry1's up doing ADL's. The HOH room is a pig sty. Food & clothes all over the floor. 9:35am Andrew, AJ, Peter, Emmet Alec & Topaz in the BY chatting. Tom & LIza on the hammock. Can't see the others. 9:43am Garry makes his way down from the HOH leaving a trail of chips behind him. He joins the others chatting in the BY 9:45am Tom seems to be isolating himself from the others. Just left hammock for indoors. Almost evry1 is in BY. 9:50am Rooster crows again & Garry jumps up & throws mini fit then makes his way to BD & crawls into bed. Tom joins the others in the BY putting on latex gloves & pulling out band aids. Looks like he's fixing Andrews knees. They looks nasty. 9:58am Andrew mugging for cam while cleaning dishes. 9:00am all Houseguests still in bed 9:03 simulated sunrise has Danielle & Liza out of bed. A few others are stirring 9:10am about half the house guests are up when BB plays the rooster crowing repeatedly. 9:14am Everyone seems to be up doing ADL's when Topaz & Alec stop for some private cuddle time in the hall outside WA 9:17 BB announces fresh batteries in the storage room (which is locked). Several house guests flock there 9:24 Jillian, Liza, AJ, Andrew & Emmet in the KT working on breakfast. Suzette, Aneal, Talla, Tom & Gary in the WA. The rest are in BY. Quiet morn 9:27 Rooster crows again for Garry sleeping in the LV 9:30 FOTH 9:35am Feeds return w/ rooster crowing. Evry1 still in about the same position as last posted. 9:41 Peter is told for second time by BB to turn mic on. Several HG shout 'it is on'. 9:43 Andres making coffee. He then lies on Andrew who smacks Toms ass followed by more 'oh my's' 9:50am Danielle tells Gary that she fears that Canada doesn't like her & thinks she's a bitch. It looked as though the inside BB house doors & the outside were on the same level with quite a bit of space between the two.

Big Brother Canada's First Live Eviction I was so excited to get to go to a live eviction of Canadian Big Brother. As a longtime fan of BB U.S it's always been out of my reach. We were told via email that we were in no way to share the location of the BB house (which is at the Orbitor Studios in Missisauga Ontario) or to bring phones, cameras or recording devices of any kind. It said to leave our devices in our cars before going into the studio.. we didn't like that at all. Even though the email also stated that the entrance would be clearly marked, there was only a small, taped to an easel sign saying 'audience line up' where we froze our buts off for a good 15 min while being constantly pushed aside by crew coming out to chat with each other or to smoke before being let in. There was also a 'rush' line for people hoping to get left over tickets to the show but that was empty probably partly due to the February chill. As we made our way inside, two young ladies took our names & handed us an empty envelope which was our 'ticket' in because since the studio had added an extra 50 seats which didn't make it to the printers in time for the show. I was a little disappointed because I would have liked to have the tickets as a keepsake. We lined up waiting to be let in & were given the spiel about not recording anything & turning off our phones (crap, we could have brought them). The woman also asked if this was our first time here or if we had been to the first show last week, letting it slip (although most of us knew) that the show didn't start the night before as indicated by the season premier but that the house guests had been in the house for a week already. We were then directed to the coat check which was just off to the right of the BB house behind the audience seats. After just a few more minutes we were directed to our seats directly in front of the BB house doors, 3 rows back. Just to the right of a couple of crew members were busy polishing the car that is one of the prizes for the last house guest standing. When most of the audience was seated, Sue Brophey came out with directions on clapping, cheering & standing ovations. You wouldn't think that we'd need instructions on that but then those standing in front of the teleprompter (us, across from the BB house door) were to stand with the rest of the audience but not stand up all the way. We were told to crouch & clap when the timing was right so that we didn't block the hosts view of the teleprompter. She also explained that the house guests can hear us cheer & maybe even talk so she wouldn't be exposing any secrets to us. Sue went on to ask if the audience had any questions, one of which was could we get free t-shirts. Her answer to that was to get a few Big Brother Canada t-shirts & shot glasses (she's a vodka girl for those interested) & to give them away as prizes for a little BB U.S trivia. Who won the most HOH's in BB history? Who won the most POV's? What season was the jury house introduced? It was then that I noticed that Ronnie of The Real Housewives of Vancouver (also a Slice show) was also in the audience. The audience was very excited & vocal throughout the night. They didn't need the cheering lessons Sue went on to ask audience how many of us were BB fans (duh), how many watched BB U.S & how many were watching the free live feeds? The studio itself was small but impressive. It looks as though the face is actually blank & that it gets it's look from several projections hanging from the ceiling. It seemed to be a state of the art studio with all the latest gadgets. I've been to one other studio recording this year & their equipment seemed a little dated by comparison. At least one cameraman looked as though he was playing with the camera on a long extended arm. So much so that it seemed like he might hit a few audience members if he wasn't careful when he was swinging it over our heads. Sue soon announced that the show would begin shortly. She gave the motion for us to stand up (or crouch), & someone behind the audience started to clap so we all joined in as Arisa Cox made her entrance & it was time for Big Brother Arisa seemed to be extremely comfortable & pretty much made for the role of BB host. It was hard to hear the flashbacks that were played during the show or to hear Arisa while the clapping continued but other then that, it was great. During the breaks she was primped upon by a few people & seemed to read up on the house guests which I doubt she could know too well at this point. When that was done she would talk to us about BB, ask us if liked the house, dance for us & made jokes about making contact with every person in our section. She took the time to engage & entertain us every chance she got. Sue would talk to us while Arisa was being worked on to let us know how we were doing (best clappers ever!) & to tell us how long until we were back to recording. During the break that followed the POV ceremony, Sue polled the audience on who they thought would be evicted. The audience seemed split on it. Kat's eviction wasn't a surprise to me because I watch the feeds as well as read Morty's updates but I was a little worried when she got one vote because the plan that I had heard was that the vote was supposed to be unanimous. I was relived to see her go only because Emmet seems to fit better with the other house guests. There was a brief delay between Kat exiting the BB house & entering the studio. Not sure what that was or if she was just receiving instructions but once she did sit to talk with Arisa it was hard to hear her talk but once they cut to break she gave one of the crew members (who came out of the BB house doors) what looked like a very heartfelt hug. Sue announced that they were preparing for HOH which would be very Canadian endurance competition. When recording started again Dan Gheesling made his appearance. The audience seemed to be quite excited. Some even shouting that they loved him. He stayed after & told a few audience members that he's sign their autographs. When show started again it was showing the HOH comp & ti was obvious that it would be a lumberjack themed game of some kind. As a proud Canadian I find it more annoying then patriotic to show us as lumberjacks or Eskimos. Most of us are much more like our neighbours to the south then either of those. But, it's just a game. When the show was done, Dan, Sue & Arisa talked to us with Sue telling us about how she approached Dan about taking part in the show & he stating the he would if he could be more involved. Dan complained that the show isn't available to view in the U.S & that our feeds are free while they have to pay for theirs. They also talked about making a commercial spot together for the show. The show seemed to run smoothly for only it's second live recording. I'd love to go again later in the season when I'm more familiar with the house guests. Wish me luck. Jenn
