I actually watch BB because I love the original "intent"......a social experiment to watch people and learn something about what people will do when confined and/or to "win money". The posters turned into "all about deceit, lying & backstabbing" and have made that the goal (?)

As far as Dan, he pretends to still be coaching but has NOT been on the roster.........just more "mist".

And, BTW, I'm not "judging him".......I'm just looking at him with clear eyes, not through the mist.

Then I apologize to you and to not the others that are judging him. I'm not saying anyone has to like how anyone plays the game, just that if people are going to complain about people lying and backstabbing and being deceitful in a game that is about all those things, then why are you watching.

I guess I love Dan for the love he has for the game and for taking it seriously and not just as a way to promote a career in the industry. He took his money and invested it wisely. And as a Christian, I have no problem with people who sin because we are all sinners. No sin is worse than another except for blasphemy which is actually defined as "denying God". Pretty sure that Dan has NOT denied God. I have a problem with Christians who judge when its supposed to be GOD that judges.

I give Dani more credit than most of you here. She's not as innocent or dumb as she would like everyone to believe. Her style of play may just get her $500,000. After all.....isn't that the name of the game?

And I doubt any Catholic school would let him teach there again (in fact, he is not on their roster-lie?) after he used the story about "how his wife goes to church every morning for adoration to pray for him to win"....."adoration" is sacred to Catholics, it's about showing your love and respect for God.....we don't go to ask for God to help us win BB or any other game ...........and, no, it's NOT holding HIM to a different standard......HE set that standard about himself and set out during this game to use his prior reputation to purposely to deceive....... it's really not that hard if you have no morals and will do anything to win with a lot of help from the DR.

Win or lose, other than some posters who believe and like Dan, (some who BTW also have condemned other players they don't like for doing much less degrading and disrespectful things) better beware in their real lives if they're so easily swayed by "mist".

He'll be right back coaching at OLSM as soon as this season is over. People were saying the same thing the first time he was on the show. For a game that is all about deceit and lying and backstabbing why do self rightous people watch it?

Is it me or does she have absolutely no backbone. She has done what ever Dan has told her to do from the beginning and when he broke her trust she still trusted him. The fact that she actually pulled him off the block just shows she will do what he says no matter what. If she is in the Final two I think she will win, but only because I think the majority of the jury will not want to award Dan the money when he won the show once before. Him making it to final two though is pretty much gauranteed because Danielle will take him and so will Ian. I am actually rooting for Ian or Danielle to win the HOH and then take the other to the final two and send Dan packing to the jury. That would be the biggest move of the summer, when he is all smug thinking he will be in the final two no matter what and then have it taken from him would be perfect.

Everything Dan has done in this game has helped Dani to get this far and will help her get votes if she is in final 2.

Amen BeeeBeee!!!!!!! Dan's choo choo friends will be jumping up and down but I totally agree with "since it is Dan, all is forgiven and it's just gameplay". His actions are what give Christians a bad name. He didn't do all this swearing on the Bible and people he cared for to run with Memphis, why is it all so necessary now? It is why his game play was desperate this year because without all the swearing on God and Chelsea he would have been out the door long ago! really can't stand the dude and I hope that Shane and Frank can get most on the IAN choo choo and bring it on home.

I can only speak for myself but it doesn't matter to me what a houseguest has to do, (other than violence), to get to the end. I want to see people playing the game and making moves in the game. I don't care how many lies they tell, what those lies are, who or what they swear on, or who they backstab to get there even if it happens to a houseguest that I like.

You can only vote for one person for Dani. When you pick someone else it deletes the other one.

Everything that Dan has done to Dani in this game has also helped her. Why wouldn't she believe it again?

I wish everyone would stop saying that Dan "swore on the Bible"!!! He did not. He brought a Bible into the room with Frank and put it down. Dan knows the meaning of P E R C E P T I O N.

He did swear on the bible to Frank after his funeral. However, he only swore on the bible that what Dan was saying about the Quack Pack was true. He swore on Chelsea about the final 2 deal to Frank.

No problem. I'm the type of viewer who doesn't care who swears on what, be it the bible, family, dead mother or 3rd cousin twice removed. I don't care what promises get broken. I don't care what lies are told.I want to see people play the game to get them further however that may be. I don't even care if someone I'm rooting for gets stabbed in the back, it's part of the game.

Absolutely, I can't believe for such a "superfan" Frank is being a total douche' bitter juror. I was sooo happy to see Britney putting him in his place about the whole, "I played an honest game bulls$%t."

Shane was bitter too, which I can understand and I think it will depend on if Britney or Frank gets ahold of him first to see if he sits in his pity or recognizes the game play.

I agree CeCe. That was one of the things I couldn't understand about Frank. With him being such a superfan you would think he would know how the game is played and realized that he "got got". That and the person who plays "an honest game" never wins.

Still love the Frank. I see Britney must still be steamed and needs somewhere to channel her anger.

Hi GreatSaltLake! I know you are a Dan fan. This is my first time watching BB and I started half way into the season. I'd really like to hear your insight regarding why Dan is so popular. Is it because of the last time he was on? If so, do you think that he will be less popular or at least less liked after this season? Or, am I missing some reason to really like him from this season alone?

I think the main reason to like him is that he knows how to play THIS game. He is ALWAYS thinking about what he needs to do to further himself. You can argue over his tatics to do this, but you can't argue that they are effective and they work.

Dani is so dumb that she could just win $500,000.00

Why is he in for a rude awakening? Except for the streaking he's played a pretty good game and hasn't embarrassed himself. He hasn't really talked bad about anyone in the house. I think the rude awakening he will get is with how many fans he will have.

you didn't mention names (way to cover your butt from the backlash) but you quoted what she said before your comments, so obviously you were talking to her and if not then who??? and she did say she wanted her to get smacked with reality not physically hit.

I didn't mention her name because she didn't say it. I quoted her post because she used the word "repulsive" in describing Dani's behaviour which I in turn describe how some people on here were treating Dani and other houseguests.

RIGHT!?!?!? My first "What the heck" moment is right after the "Funeral of Dan" when he got Frank to team up with him.... he is playing hard & well since the game has actually started getting serious... I'm not sure if I remember correctly but in past seasons hadn't the game-play started up about a third of the way in? The last two and a half weeks have been intense.

My first "What the heck" moment was when the coaches picked the teams and Dan picked all females. When I thought about it I figured it was because the other "teams" wouldn't consider Dan's team a threat and go after the teams with the strong male players. With an eviction right off the bat, it kind of ruined Dan's plan but he's adapted pretty well.

Now, Danielle was doing a shoot once in a large white t-shirt and a camera-man got a spray bottle and started spraying down her t-shirt so it was see through. This was responsible for one of her best pictures ever. Also the cameraman apparently doesn't have to get permission to do this and when Dan asked what magazine this was for she replied "oh you know that one modeling magazine thing."

Yes, he is brilliant. Everything he's done has worked on these houseguests. I don't think it would've work on different ones, but you can only play against who they put in the house.
