Everyone is getting really nervous. James thought April overheard the 6 talking. April is talking to Beau and thinks something is up, and that neither James or Kaysar are going home. James thinks the POV is a shooting range, and that would prove Maggie is a cop.

James says he has no choice but to pick Sarah for POV, then says that means a loss too.

feeds are back and by I and S crying looks like James is up. Looks like Kayser is up too.

They gave them a list of songs they can sing. They either have to be public domain, or owned by CBS, Endemol, ect.

Fight club is what they call the final casting call where they all went out to LA and saw other people auditioning. They call it fight club because they are not supposed to talk about the casting proccess.

Eric said this about Kaysar and James:

I think everyone understands why he hung up on her. There is only so much time to get everything in. You can't waste 5 minutes arguing with someone.

I think there is a picture of Janelle in that hallway somewhere in the pictures thread. I couldn't tell you when it was though.

According to a website I went to it says you can sing a copyrighted song in your house, or somewhere else as long as you do it in a private place. If you do it in a public place, like a restaraunt, or a sporting event, you need to pay royalties.

How does this explain karaoke? I've never seen anyone pony up any money when they butcher Christina Aguilara at the local pub.

Also, what about the oversized dishes on top of the fridge? They bother me for some reason. I just noticed looking back at some photos of the kitchen that there is a mini stool that isn't even big enough to put your feet up on.

I know why they do it, but I don't understand why someone singing is cause to pay royalties. They are not playing the actual song, and they are not making money from them singing(we don't pay for the feeds to listen to them sing). Stupid copyright laws.

Those of us with the feeds know that they cut away or tell the HGs to stop singing and quoting movies when they do it. My question is why? Do they really have to pay when someone sings a song? Are they not just showing people living their lives while playing the game? I can understand if someone is in the HOH listening to music and we can hear it, but someone singing is grounds for paying royalties? I guess I owe alot of money.

I don't understand why you are upset with that. It's what he said, and it was true. Kaysar thinks like a general and why wouldn't he treat the game like a war?
