Yes, but will the winner of the high roller comp be able to pick a new third nominee?  And if the third nominee wins the veto, will  the HOH be able pick a replacement? 

Is the third nominee eligible to play for the veto?   If so, can he/she be replaced if he/she won the veto?  If not eligible to play, can he/she be voted out by the other houseguests?
