  1. I agree with the plan to out Andy, however I don't think she wants to out Andy to just McCranda, I think she also wants to out Andy to GM, Judd, and Spencer. She's told GM and Judd both that Andy cannot be trusted, that he's been working this entire time with McCranda. Maybe she's hoping that Andy will run to the other side and spill the beans, like the rat he is, and we all know GM isn't going to be able to hold her tongue or even keep treating Elissa the same once she's heard from Andy that Elissa is trying to flip the house.

Not sure exactly how that will work in her favor..

and if i'm totally wrong.. I shall also jump on the Elissa is stupid bandwagon

  2. I think in the past if they show them the good-bye messages, they aren't brought back. In the good-byes, true feelings are expressed and if the player gets to go back, they have that info against the other players.

I would agree , but Jeremy knew he was leaving.. they were all honest with him about it. And the goodbye messages were really just that.. goodbyes.

But I really hope your'e right and they don't bring him back.. but I've noticed that he his twitter account hasn't been updated since his eviction... and come one.. we all know how cocky and self centered Jeremy is.. he wouldn't pass up an opportunity to talk about how great he was at playing the game.

  3. That is pretty lame.

She has a right to free speech. She can probably win a nice settlement from Zephyr if she tries.

The agency is using her negative stardom to get free publicity.

I'll bet their Facebook page never had so many hits before this happened. The saga continues.

Texas is a right to work state.. which basically means that employers can fire you whenever they want. And there's probably some clause in her contract that states some sort of Code of Conduct and such..

So yeah.. She may have free speech but looks like she'll be talking in the unemployment line.
