  1. See that is the hypocrisy that I'm talking about. Reverse those roles for a second. Let's say Jordan made a gameplay against Shelly and Jordan came in to tell Shelly how she wasn't happy about doing it, but that it's a game and she also felt like crap, then Shelly throwing something nice that she did in Jordan's face how would people take it? People would be saying how awful Shelly was for throwing that in her face, and Shelly needs to understand that it is just a game and Jordan made a play. That is exactly what would be going on because one person is liked and the other isn't.

Shelly is a victim of the Pandora's Box THIS WEEK. That is fact. Without the PBox Jordan would be going home and Shelly would be sitting in a good spot with five people left. She isn't a victim of her play last week, that isn't being honest. She was the FOURTH target this week of six left, and because the twist it will fall on her, that is how it goes I guess, but that is what she was a victim of.

    1) If Jordan did to Shelly what Shelly did to Jordan....I would be saying the exact same thing about Jordan....Know that....I am NO Hypocrite!!!!!

    2) If Shelly stayed aligned with Jordan......maybe Shelly and Jordan would have been up and the box would have put Rachel in harms way....how many would have routed for that one????

c'mon dede......Shelly's actions were reprehensible......you dont think so...your perogative.......but please do not attack my character as I have not done so to you.

    Peace

  2. She didn't make a big move to help her along... she made a bad move to help Daniele along. It's okay though... many have fallen in the name of "big moves" (aka Dani moves.) First Cassie (because Dani couldn't let Dom give his attention to anyone other than Dani) Second was the Dom himself. Then Lawon because he was expendable to Dani. And, as Dani saw she was leaving (even though she tried her darnedest to change the inevitable) it will be yet another victim of Dani's play and that is Shelly.

So, no Shelly didn't play BB. BB played her. Trying to re-write reality is something some posters try to do, and often. Fortunately, Morty's members are good at seeing through the ones that try and bark the loudest and most often, even when their "discussions" are twisted on the facts.

I do agree with one of your statements and that is "Jordan isn't perfect"... and thank goodness for that!!! Makes her all the more charming to see her passion rise up and fight for herself and her game. It didn't take long for her to work it out and calm down.

P.S. I've received multiple complaints. There are several options.

    1) Use your ignore list (Your user name is at the upper right corner, click on the drop down arrow and the last choice is "Manage Ignored Users"... you can go from there.)

    2) Don't engage (post) with another member if it's only going to raise your frustration level.

    3) Sometimes I type out responses to BS postings just to get it off my chest and then I cancel it and not post. I find it easy to move on then... maybe it will work for you too.

    4) If you just HAVE to say something... follow the rules or ELSE! :animated_rotfl:

    Totally Agree With You!!!

  3. See this is what I don't get. Shelly is playing BB, made a move to help her along. Shelly is terrible at comps, as is Jordan, but the difference is Jordan has been paired up the entire season with someone who is a very good player in comps (Jeff, Rachel), where Shelly has been the third and at times fourth wheel in the alliance. Jordan has always been in a better position in the game because of those reasons. Shelly had to make a play, and she lied/backstabbed to do it, that's BB. Jordan isn't perfect, and throwing that phone call in Shelly's face was pretty wicked if you ask me.

I dont think Jordan threw it in her face. I think Shelly provoked the emotion so Jordan engaged.

Shelly chose her alliances throughout this game and is the victim of her own demise. some can accept the co-mingeling of personal and game play while others need a clear seperation. I for one need to seperate it because I do not see a reason for the change when Shelly made it. Dani was the wrong choice at the wrong time. Shelly made so many promises and declarations that she obviously had no intention of keeping. It would have made more sense (if you believe the dish shelly was serving) for Jeff, Jordan, and Shelly to get to final 3 and then to each their own. maybe in that case, we all had more respect for Shelly's position prior to all this, that there would have been way more respect for shelly's game play and possibly could have won over them both.

  4. It is common knowledge that human behavior has us choosing a side that is most familliar or most like our own personality. Those with a stronger personality to defend against the perception of a bully will be quick to defend a weaker spirit viewed as defenseless against the superior aggression of the bully.

If shelly was truly sorry for her behavior toward Jordan, she would have not carried on for more than an hour continuing her lies.

Some seem to become angry at the comments that Jordan is perfect. She may not be perfect and there are some flaws to her game as well, but when you compare her to the antics of Shelly.....Jordan has re-defined the word perfect!

  5. Shelly just told Kahlia not to play the game personally - as she isnt. I have to ask, if this isnt personal, Shelly, why are you talking about Rachel's reputation outside of the house? This woman is SUCH A HYPOCRITE! It really irritates me. That is all. Now she's selling Kahlia on how classy she is, how classy she played the game, how she can leave the house with her head held high and how no one will vote for Rachel because she is so hated by everyone in the house. Gee - that sounds personal to me?

Shelly is in deep denial until the rest of the world gives her a reality check.....I just hope she does not end up on the next season of Celebrity Rehab

....just like the poor girl from CBS Survivor that left the show and tried to commit suicide. They knew she had deep issues by her own admition.

  6. ok......so now Big Brother makes a twist to save face. Imho...this is what they have done.

    1) They allowed Dani to talk about production, use an alleged friendship with 2 people in production and how they would leave if dani was voted off.

    2) Then they allow Dani to say out loud for production to call housemates into DR for her.

    3) Jeff tells us that DR makes suggestions to him that are pro Dani.

    4) We hear production interacting with houseguests like we never heard before.

    5) They allow an 8 yr old child to be exposed on tv and potentialy put her in harms way.

    6) They are selective on whom they reprimand for whispers, lack of mic., production talk....etc.

Now.....will Big Brother powers that be do the right thing and allow a simple eviction to happen to Shelly, do the regular protocol, and then pull her aside and talk to her about what happend and then further it with their suggestion that she go home to her family and forget about the jury house?

Just a few thoughts to start with......... CBS does watch this forum....it is the best one on the net for a plethora of opinion and diversity not to mention the level of care and integrity it takes to maintain this type of message board.

  7. I think Rachel attitudes are immature; but it is different of being deliberately mean. On the other hand, some people are just mean and evil just for the pleasure of being it. Jerky face (shelly) just has a bad character, period. I think we all have our preferences based on who we 'click' with. For me, I also tend to think about which person I'd see myself hanging out with, and for sure I would not want be friends with someone like Mrs. Jerky face.

I do have to agree with Jungle to a degree. Rachel is at least able to admit her short comings and identify her bad behavior. To me accountability goes a long way. This is something Shelly seems to be incapable of since she only identifies with it as a "game move" and nothing for what she did mentally that was unnecessary to Jordan. Some are very good at preying on kindness as weakness to which Jorden is defenseless.

  8. 1) Narcissistic personality disorder (NPD) is apersonality disorder.

The narcissist isdescribed as being excessively preoccupied with issues of personal adequacy, power, prestige and vanity. Narcissistic personality disorder is closely linkedto self-centeredness.

    2) Definition of ANTISOCIAL PERSONALITY DISORDER

: a personalitydisorder that is characterized by antisocial behavior exhibiting pervasivedisregard for and violation of the rights, feelings, and safety of othersstarting in childhood or the early teenage years and continuing into adulthood

  9. They did that season one and it bombed. Season 2 they changed it and it was a great decision. America probably wouldn't vote for the best players they would just vote for who is the cutest or hottest or who CBS edits best, that would be a really bad idea.

Good to know. Season 1 is the only season I did not see. Good to know, just thinking it would make it interesting to involve the audience more. Thanks

Shelly has zero chance of winning :food-smiley-005:

    Agreed :sherlockani:

  10. "This show has become the poster child for a professor toteach his students all about narcissism and pathological behavior."

I'm sorry but what? I don't think there is much more narcissism then a guy calling himself "big jeff" every other sentence. I like the guy, but come on get real. Can't believe people are really falling for this guy's charm as the golden child. He played the game and lost, simple.

My post was not about Jeff being evicted and I did say the "show" has become a poster child. I made reference to Shelly having a complete disregard for Jordans feelings and then has the odasity to say she does not even understand what Jordan is upset about.

I think the best player in all of big brother was Dr. Will Kirby. He captivated the audience, lied to their face and told them he was doing it. he had a constant battle of whits with a season full of unarmed players. It was tasteful and with confidence not all that unlike Jeff. Sometimes people have trouble understanding assertive and confident men and women to the point that it rapidly progresses to anger and dislike. Jordan pulls on the heartstrings of america because of who she is....not who she isn't.

Shelly will be damned hard pressed to find many votes out there based on the way she manipulated her fellow houseguests and america.
