  1. lets get it straight for the one hundredith millionth time, ED did not assult Jenn physically, she put her had on his lit cig as she was acting like she was going after him for blowing smoke in her face, and the water on her head? ,she deserved it, not like he punched her lights out and I am thrilled Ian won, not saying Dan did not play a good game, but I liked Ian better, something about Dan has always bugged me

she deserved it? So it is okay that a man assaults any women if she deserves it? Last I checked it was never okay to blow smoke in someones face, purposely burn someone with a lit cigarette, destroy their property, or bully someone by poring ice tea on their head, but I guess since Dick found a way for you all to justify it there is nothing wrong with it? By the way I am still trying to figure out how a guy like Willie got expelled this season, and Dick did all he did to jen and never had any real penalties.

I don't recall ED lying that much in the house.

There are much worse things you can do to people outside of lying to them about them getting what they want.

  2. I think that A's fav can also go to a winner, so I do not think that was a factor in frank winnning. I admired Dan's abililty to sway people and blind side, but for all that he is an adult, he loves to stir the pot and get people upset while he just watches and laughs without them knowing he did it deliberately. I think everyone finally got that as his MO and that was what made them so angry. They were not so much bitter that he had done to them, they were angry that he had acted as he did. I think they finally put it all together esp when danielle asked if he was going to take her. And i do not think Dan threw the last comp. It would be hard to throw that given its random quality.

they are all adults, and each have their own quirks, stirring the pot and then laughing while it gets you closer to what should have been $500,000 is just fine with me. In fact I am getting king of tired of everybody acting as if Dan is the only one who did anything to anybody.

    Let's look at their games.

Frank continually cut deals and then was outside trashing that person and talking to people about how to get them out of the house within minutes. Hell he cut a deal with Shane and Brittany and then proceeded to put Brittany on the block 24 hours later. Not to mention the only people who could actually get along with were Boogie, Ashley, and Jenn the rest of the entire house could not stand him.

Joe was constantly switching loyalty to whoever had the power in the house, and was constantly making up lies about every single person in the house.

Shane and Brittany did the exact same thing as Frank, constantly making deals and then trying to get them evicted, including allowing Dan to take the blame for Ian and working to get Dan out of the house.

Ashley had 2 showmances going in the house at the same time and kept it covered from Ian.

jenn had a final 2 deal with half the house,

Danielle had a final 2 deal with 4 of the final 5 player in the house as well, constantly did Dan's bidding, turned on everybody on a whim, making it personal often.

Ian sold out boogie and Frank, then evicted his showmance, tried to allow Dan to take the fall for Boogie's eviction while trying to get Dan evicted, tried to get Shane evicted on Dan's HOh,

Yet they all played a clean game? While Dan is an asshole for doing exactly what they all knew he would do?

There is an old fable, about the scorpion and the frog. In the story the scorpion convinces the frog to help him cross the river even though the frog is afraid of being stung, The Scorpion convinces the frog that he will not sting the frog as it would kill the frog and he would likely drown. Half way across the river the scorpion stings and kills the frog. As the frog lies there dieing he asked the scorpion how he could sting him knowing that he will more then likely drown. The scorpions answer is to say I am sorry but it is my nature to sting you.

Everybody knew that Dan was the scorpion, the problem is that the jury and Ian as well all thought they were scorpions too, when in reality they were the frogs. They all knew what Dan was capable, his team was the number one target from the 1st day because they knew he would sting them, but they all felt they were better off working with him then against him. In the end they are bitter because not only did Dan get them, but in their minds they still think they were the ones who should have won it. Danielle was far from the only delusional houseguest in this season, every interview I see with the houseguests make me believe that each and every one of the jury still believe they were the best big brother players this season. they do not understand how they lost, and need to blame someone, the easiest target was the real scorpion, the guy who they knew what he would do, and they allowed him to do it, and so it must be his fault.

  3. Dan didn't deserve even that vote from Princess Stupid. He makes Evil Dick look like the humanitarian of the year.

Evel Dick assaulted Jenn both verbally and physically, Dan used his mouth to convince people that they were better off working with him eventhough they knew up front exactly what would happen to them. I have a hard time seeing how Dan was even close to as bad as Dick.

  4. Here is an interview that Brit did on voting for Ian:

TheInsider.com: Were you surprised Ian won by so much?

Britney Haynes: I was not surprised. The thing about the jury is it always flips on somebody – this jury was never going to vote for Dan, whether he was up against Danielle or up against Ian. This was the most bitter jury in the history of juries. I am not kidding you, this jury hated Dan so bad. They could have Dan up against a bottle of ketchup and the bottle of ketchup would have won this game. The hatred of Dan was on a whole new level I've never seen. Bitter is an understatement.

Insider.com: So why did you vote for Ian?

Britney: I voted for Ian because I think he played a very good game. We were close in the house and obviously working together. He's a mega fan of the show, has an amazing attitude and was happy to be here every day. Every day in this house has been like a dream for him and winning BB is just making his whole life right now. Not for nothing, Dan played a great game, but he's won this game before. He's got half a mill in the bank and this was Ian's turn. Dan played a phenomenal game, but Ian played a winning game as well.

I can't believe how many people are ignoring all theses reports on how bitter the jury was, and that the newbies all agreed early in the season that there was no way they would let a coach win, especially one that had already won big brother. Ian played a good game, but there is no way someone can honestly say that Ian played the best game.

Oh and for some of you others saying how horrible Dan was to the Jury, Ian was just as bad, he screwed over every one of them outside of Brittany.

  5. Sad but true............pathetic as a person & a coach on live TV,,,,,,,,,no amount of money will repair that in the real world,

Please post an unedited clip of Dan lying while he was swearing on the bible. While the show edited it to look as if he swore to a final 2 deal when he was swearing on the bible, watching it live on After Dark he was swearing that the Quack Pack alliance and Ian's part in boogie's eviction was true. he never swore on the bible that he would take frank to the final 2.

  6. HUH???? Joystick, what you have described is how SOME sports players who don't believe they can win a game with SKILL use "trash talk" to get into other players heads.......it's not condoned or considered as you explained "mental game", it's a bottom of the barrel, last resort play and players who use it are shunned in the real sports world. On the other hand, of course, it's admired on BB.

I'm guessing you have never played sports, trash talk is not only common but constant, especially the higher level you get to. Look into the NBA, Jordan, Reggie Miller, Isiah Thomas, and Larry Bird were all known as some of the worst in the history of the game, and all 4 are hall of famers.

  7. I think you gotta give the kid a little while to get over this, Joe is older and saw it coming. I agree Shane should have asked Danielle more persuasively to leave things be, that is his fault. But to call him stupid or a tool, go over to Danielle's thread and attack her.....just my opinion.

Im sorry but it took me 3 weeks of watching bb8 to figure out being the pawn is a bad idea, yet shane continually volunteered to be the pawn even as everybody was telling him how dumb that was, so what do you call that?

constantly letting everybody else take the fall for your decisions is being a tool, while it makes you the secondary target for the other side of your house, your own alliance knows that you let them take the fall and will use that against you when the time comes. say what you will about Dan but at least he took responsibility for his actions.

  8. Dan always my fav. I watched show last nt and I root for Dan but I saw hurt on shane face and I not feel good about this anymore. Hard to xplain. I think it ok but not ok if people get hurt. bye.

Of course he was hurt, he just lost $500,000 and he did nothing to prevent it from happening letting Danielle put him on the block. Shane especially was dumb this season, you never volunteer to go on the block, and he did it all season.

My post was not aimed at a specific person but more in general. I understand that people who are fans of other people and not Dan are not going to like Dan's game play this year. But you know what? They have known this whole time what Dan was doing. Earlier on in this season, Joe pointed out to the others that Dan was using the line of "nobody will vote for me to win twice" on everyone. Frank and Boogie both trashed Dan to everyone saying that Dan was using the renegade/loyalty/"be my Memphis" card and yet they all still bought it. I have no problem whatsoever with anybody trashing Dan's game play but I do take offense to those who say he isn't a Christian or implies it. I am even aware that my intense feelings are carryover from season 10 when I heard the same arguments regarding Dan being a "Judas".

As I say this, I also have a problem when people go too far regarding wishing ill upon someone else (death threats, hopes they lose their job, f*cking someone's wife, etc) even if they are slightly psycho in the house and I think they need therapy. I will wish therapy upon the person but I do generally feel bad that they will face a backlash from people who don't even know them. I understand that they bring it upon themselves by entering a house where they are on camera 24/7 but I think most people, especially young people, have no idea who they even are yet and that the world does not revolve around them.

    ~gets off my soap box~

    Nice post Misha.

I'd like to add one more point. It was Janelle and Danielle week 2 that came up with the Dan "misting" and they complained/laughed about to everyone in the house. (Waaay before Dan was swearing on his wife, bible, jewelry, etc.)

Agree with both of you, everybody knew what Dan was up to, yet they all still went along with him thinking it would further their own game.

One other thing I would like to add, while swearing on the bible and all helped sway Frank, everybody forgets that Frank was making it personal, and he was trying to avenge Boogie's eviction. When he found out that Ian and Brittany were the ones behind Boogie's demise he went at them and pulled Dan off the block, the whole time talking about getting Dan out the next week. Now Frank wants to play the victim because of the agreement between them, but that is far from the only reason he had Jenn save Dan, in fact I think it was just a secondary factor..

  9. I give Dani more credit than most of you here. She's not as innocent or dumb as she would like everyone to believe. Her style of play may just get her $500,000. After all.....isn't that the name of the game?

Agreed, she is very good at playing dumb, but some of her conversations with Jenn and others shows she is not as clueless as she appears. I think she knew that she likely could not win against Shane, and that she could not win against Ian, but she has a solid chance against Dan, and Dan has protected her the whole game even when she did not understand how he did it. Also I am not so sure Ian will not take Danielle to the final 2, much easier to convince the jury he is the better pick then Dan when Dan has so much blood on his hands.

  10. Ian has watched this game since he was a child, and he actually threw a finals comp, he must really believe that Dan is taking him final 2, but it seems like most everything Dan has done has also protected his player from the start, and let's be honest how great would it be to get both Dan and Danielle to the end for a real life coach to not only get himself but the single player he had left after the 1st week? There is no way I would throw that comp regardless of what Dan had to say.

  11. I think Shane will vote how Brittany tells him to vote, and since Brittany went in to the game targeting Dan and his players, if he makes it to the end she will give it to him. I think Joe will also vote on gameplay, and he knows Dan kept finding ways to stay in the game. Giving Dan Jenn, Brittany, Shane, Joe, Danielle.

I think Frank will still be bitter and Ashley will follow him.

    making it 5-2 Dan

  12. I wish we could hear Britney yelling at Shane when he arrives. How many times did Brittney tell Shane not to offer or be a pawn. He played badly and counted on Britney and Dan to help him out. Hope Jenn tells him that Danielle wanted him out before he won POV. That she was tired of him following her around and could wait till Thursday. That the plan was to keep her and vote out Shane.

I agree, say what you want about Shane, but the fact was he was lucky to be aligned with Dan and Brittany as he was just too dumb. YOu do not volunteer to be the pawn all the time, be a physical threat, and expect to make it to the end.

He also played a much more dirty game then people seem to think, it is much worse to lead a girl on and have a fake showmance to get ahead then it is to swear on the bible about things to people who know you should not be trusted.

  13. I think it would really suck if Joe went to jury because of that. He shouldn't even be going on the block, because Jenn isn't the target. Dan should be explaining that to her, because it's just not necessary to use the veto since Frank is their target. If I were Joe I would be majorly pissed at Dan and Ian for this.

What's Joe going to do about it, all he does is make up stories, it is easy to combat that. Taking Jenn off the block let's Frank believe that Dan is still being loyal to their alliance, and if somehow things change and Frank ends up staying, Dan is still covered on that end.

  14. What Dan did was not honorable. He has this big elaborate funeral for himself and says all nice things about his fellow house guests and then he says to Frank I want to apologize to you if you'll let me. He gets to Danielle and then tells her that she is dead to him in this game. And then grabs his bible and goes upstairs to Frank and then rats out Ian. I have no problem with him ratting out Ian and I have no problem with him making deals with Frank for him to stay. It is a game and he should do what he needs to do to stay. I have a problem with the whole funeral thing and the Danielle thing. He could have accomplished the exact same thing just by ratting out Ian. This is why I do not like Dan or the way he plays this game. I don't think he is brilliant and I don't think he is the best player ever and that's my opinion. I don't expect the rest of the Dan fan club to agree with me and that's ok. Danielle was genuinely hurt by his comment and it was not needed. Frank would have kept him in the game anyway. He is playing the same way he played his last game when he promised Ollie that he could pick the replacement nominees. He didn't want to look like the bad guy and so he asked his fellow houseguests do play this little veto roulette (or something like that) so that they would tell Dan who they wanted up. They were not happy with him about that either.

Honor in the big brother house? I watch big brother as I enjoy the big moves, and the sociological aspects of the game, we all know there is nothing honorable about the game, or the way people have to conduct themselves in the game.

As for the way Dan conducted himself, personally I don't think he could have done it differently, and given the situation it was his only hope of staying in the game.

let me put it this way, let's say you and I were in the game together. At the start you were my coach and helped me get through several bad situations, then after that twist ended you ensured my safety by always including me in your alliances. Then someone in one of those alliances flips on the other side, and leaves you taking the blame. Meanwhile I never stand up for you but instead ignore it, then a few days later the other side wins HOH and puts you and I up, however one of my closest friends in the house wins veto so there may be some wiggle room. However along with the rest of our alliance I decide that you are expendable and instead of working on a plan to get us both out of that mess I decide to say my goodbyes. Now would you do the honorable thing and go tell Frank the truth in a way that looks like a lie, or would you let me have it in front of everybody in the house, and then show Frank that not only do you have no one to trust, but the truth is Ian is the one that set them up?

Personally in Dan's situation I would have handled it much worse as I would have said exactly what she had done to me in front of everybody, and not really said shit nice about the others in my supposed alliance either.

  15. Yea and if Dan would'a stuck to the plan and let Brit get the POV then he would'a been saved just as well......but he went for it after it was a group decision to throw it to her or shane.........and just like she said, she understood why Dan did what he did but, why did he do it to her? why not through someone else under the bus? He personally went after Brit so that he will be the only coach left in the game!!!

I am hoping that she starts talking to people and finds out the truth about Dani and what Dani has been doing and is able to get the votes to stay!!!!! I would MUCH rather see Britt in the house then Dani!! So sick of Dani with the crying & her obsession with Shane!!!! Everything has to be about Dani, Dani, Dani, and it's getting old!!!!!

Please, PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE BB GOD, LET BRITT STAY AND SEND DANI HOME!!!!!!!!

If you were on the block would you stuck to Brit and Shane's plan after they had starting throwing you under the bus the minute the other side won HOH? As for throwing Britney under the bus, he did not throw Brit under the bus, he threw Ian under the bus and then pointed out that he was much closer to Britney then anyone, and that Britany had both Ian and Shane to protect her.

  16. this alliance was done in the hoh after Dans funeral, so only Dan and Frank were in on it, and neither one of them intend to stick to it

I think they both plan to stick to it for a while, they are both saying what sounds like they are after each other, then sharing the info between the 2 of them, sounds like a hidden alliance to me.

  17. I dont understand why dan wants to keep shane around! He needs to get rid of the tool! He needs to get rid of him so he can keep dani loyal to him! He needs to put some seeds out and have others do his dirty work!

Once Britany is gone Shane is controllable, he can leave or stay but right now it is in Dan's best interest to keep Shane and Danielle both feeling comfortable until the next HOH is played.
