Dancing With The Stars ~ U.S. Season 19 Episode 8

Tonight's Dancing With The Stars opens with a few highlights from last week. Tonight is going to be the hottest night of the year with Pitbull guest judging. The announcer says, Live from Hollywood, this is Dancing With The Stars, with Pitbull. Pitbull sings Fireball, while professional dancers are dancing on stage.

 

The audience is on their feet for Pitbull and the professional dancers. The audience erupts in cheer after he sings, and the judges are dancing. Tom welcomes everyone to Dancing With The Stars tonight, and his co-host tonight is Leah Remini. Tom welcomes the dancers to the ballrooom.

 

Pitbull is sitting at the judges table, filling in for Len tonight. He says, thank you so much for this amazing opportunity, beautiful women, and Bruno. Everyone laughs, and he says he's looking for everything to be hot. Tom reveals that the first couple safe is Tommy and Peta. Janel and Val are in jeopardy. Jonathan and Allison are also in jeopardy, and are dancing first tonight. They will try to shake off last weeks low scores.

 

We see the highlights and practice sessions for Jonathan and Allsion. They dance the Jazz to Back In Time by Pitbull. The audience is cheering for them as they dance. The audience gives them a standing ovation, and they are really cheering for them. Tom says, WOW, great job to them. Julianne says, it is week 6 of the competition, and we really need to see an improvement, and a range. She says, that was it, and she is so proud of him. She gives Jonathan a hug, and tells him well done. Bruno says, the man in black has got his mojo back. He tells him, he's slick, and tonight he was on it. Jonathan says, she kicks his butt, but it's good. Carrie Ann says, he never stops smiling, and giving it his best, and it was good tonight. She says, she loves that he nailed every move, and didn't make one mistake. Pitbull tells him he chose a great song selection for the record. He tells him, that was some extraterrestrial dance moves, especially when he put Allison in the air. They head up to Leah for their scores. Leah tells them, what a come back, and asks Jonathan how he feels? He screams, and says she taught him to stay in the pocket. They do the eyes, and go to the scores. Judges scores: Carrie Ann - 8, Pitbull - 8, Julianne - 8, Bruno - 8, Total 32. Tom says there is going to be a big night tonight, and a Samba with Janel and Val is up next. We see some highlights for them, and go to the break.

 

Dancing With The Stars returns with Tony and Sharma dancing the Samba. We see highlights and practice sessions for Janel and Val for the week. They dance the Samba to La Vida Es Un Carnaval by Celia Cruz, and the audience really enjoys them. Bruno says, that's the way to do the Samba. He says, she takes it from the middle of the body that works so well. Carrie Ann says, she always amazed at her, because she's always a great performer. She says, she was a little off balance a couple times tonight, and tells her that she is the real deal, and well done. Pitbull says, that Celia Cruz is one of his favorite artists, and may she rest in peace. He says, he knows only a little bit about dancing, but knows a lot about passion, and he didn't feel that. The audience boos, and he says, he's not being mean, he's being real. Val says, he had to tone down the passion. Julianne says, the choreography and routine were a great performance. She tells them it was great and well done. They head upstairs to Leah for their scores. Leah asks what they are talking about with a lack of passion? Janel says, she always feels passion with Val, and he even waxed his chest. They show a clip when Val got upset in practice, stormed out, and went back for his keys. The audience laughs. Judges scores: Carrie Ann - 8, Pitbull - 7, Julianne - 9, Bruno - 9, Total 33. Leah says they still need votes to keep them safe for next week. Val jokes with Leah that they could have a lot of passion. She tells him to get out of here. Tom says, there is more to come after the break, live.

 

Tom welcomes everyone back, and says, tonight's guest judge is Pitbull. We see highlights and practice sessions for Tommy and Peta. They dance the Foxtrot to September by Earth, Wind and Fire. The audience is on their feet, and cheers for them while they are dancing. The audience erupts for them when they finish the dance. Tom says, very nice. Carrie Ann says, she is so happy to see he is back in great form, but a few mistakes here and there. She says, she feels the whole room gets behind him, and says welcome back. Pitbull says, to do September, thank you. He says, it wasn't the greatest, but it was fun. Julianne says, that was the Tommy from week one, and tells him he did a great job. She says, he can be in this competition for a long time. Bruno says, he did a great job. They go upstairs to Leah for their scores. Tom says, Erin is off this week for the baseball World Series. Leah talks to Tommy about his sweat lodge experience, and goes to the scores. Judges scores: Carrie Ann - 7, Pitbull - 7, Julianne - 7, Bruno - 7, Total 28. Tommy says he needs everyone to vote for them, and Leah tells everyone to vote to keep them safe. Tom says there will be more dances, and results after the break, live.

 

Dancing With The Stars returns with the make-up people by the judges table. Tom says, so far, Jonathan and Allison are in jeopardy. He says Lea and Artem, Sadie and Mark, Antonio and Cheryl are all safe. The audience gets really loud. Antonio and Cheryl are going to dance next. We see highlights and practice sessions for them. Cheryl got really bad news about her father being in the hospital, and being very sick. The next day, her dad texted her, and told her that he will be o.k. Antonio danc the Salsa to Bailando by Enrique Iglesias. The audience is on their feet, and cheering for them during their dance. The audience really cheers for them when they are done. Pitbull says, that's a very sexy, sexy, sexy record. He says, he had fun watching that. Julianne says, he definitely takes what they say, and works with him. She says, he got a little to loose in his upper body, and says her heart goes out to Cheryl. Bruno says, he wants him to do better. He tells him to transfer his weight, so he can get the hip action working right. Carrie Ann says, his growth is consistent, but he has to let the music move him. Tom sends them to Leah for their scores, so Richard Castle isn't late on his show. Cheryl says, she misses her dad so much, and starts to cry. Antonio says, her dad comes first. Leah wants him to take his shirt off, and he says, he will next week. Judges scores: Carrie Ann - 7, Pitbull - 7, Julianne - 7, Bruno - 7, Total 28. Leah says that scoring sucked, and they did an amazing job. Antonio says, they did a great job. Leah says, no one can just rely on the judges scores, thank God, and asks for people to vote for them. Tom says, we'll be back with more after the break, live.

 

Dancing With The Stars returns with professional dancers doing a Rumba. Tom welcomes everyone back, and is upstairs with Leah. He says, she is doing a great job. We see highlights and practice sessions from this week for Sadie and Mark. They dance the Rumba to Diamonds by Rihanna. The audience is on their feet, and are cheering for them while they dance. Julianne says, Rumba is a super passionate dance, and it doesn't have to be raunchy, and this was beautiful. She tells her she was a little off balance on her footing with this dance. Bruno says, she is beautiful, and needs to get the continuous movement down, and it will be great. He says, it was well done. Pitbull says, it was simple and beautiful, and tells them they did an amazing job. Tom sends them upstairs to Leah for their scores. Leah says, it was so cute and fantastic. Sadie says, she wants to get past it, and move on. Mark says, he wanted to be sensitive to her, and get the dance done correctly. Judges scores: Carrie Ann - 9, Pitbull - 10, Julianne - 8, Bruno - 8, Total 35. Sadie starts crying, and Leah tells her to stop crying, or she'll start crying. Leah tells everyone to vote for them. We see a highlight from dress rehearsal for Alfonso and Whitney, and Whitney fell and hurt her back. We go to commercial after that.

 

We go back to the ballroom with professional dancers dancing to Pitbull's latest song, Celebrate, that comes out tomorrow. We see highlights and practice sessions for the week for Lea and Artem. They dance the Salsa to Sexy People (The Fiat Song) by Arianna featuring Pitbull. The audience is on their feet, exploding in applause for them, and really cheering for them. They erupt even louder at the end of the dance. Tom calls them over to him. Bruno says, he loves all the movements, and tells her to be careful with her shoulders. Carrie Ann says, she was a little disappointed, and she needs to play to her strengths, and stay on her track. She says, she shouldn't have to go to someone else, and to stay on her track. She tells her to go back to what she's doing. Pitbull says, it was sexy, and he loved it, and to keep it up. Julianne says, she's felt from day 1, that she's the girl to beat, and the pressure may be getting to her to much. Tom sends them upstairs to Leah for their scores. Leah asks her if the pressure got to her a little bit, and she says no, but she scratched up Artem's back a lot. They give him a Lea sandwich. Judges scores: Carrie Ann - 8, Pitbull - 8, Julianne - 8, Bruno - 8, Total 32. Leah tells everyone to vote so they can escape next week's elimination. Tom says, there will be more dancing and results after the break, live.

 

Tom welcomes everyone back to Dancing With The Stars, to a fantastic night, with guest judge, Pitbull. The next couple who is safe is, Alfonso and Whitney. Bethany and Derek are safe also. Michael and Emma are in jeopardy, and are dancing next. We see highlights and practice sessions for this week for Michael and Emma. They dance the Argentine Tango to Give Me Everything by Pitbull. The audience really likes their dance. Tom says, that was the most confident he's looked to him. Carrie Ann says, this is a very different approach, and it worked. She says, this is what a champion is made of. She says, dance is life, and that was beautiful life. Pitbull tells him it was beautiful, and he did a good job. Julianne says, they were all pretty tough on him last week, because he hides behind comedy, but they see he wants this. She says, this was authentic tonight, and this is how he really is, and that is what really works. She says, it was beautiful. Bruno says, dedication, focus and connection, and they had it all tonight. He tells him, great improvement. Tom sends them upstairs to Leah for their scores. Leah says, amazing, and that was so touching to watch. He says, he got so excited that he tried to kiss her, and he missed. Leah asks Emma how proud she is of Michael? She says, she is really proud of him, and he's a champion in her eyes. Judges scores: Carrie Ann - 8, Pitbull - 7, Julianne - 8, Bruno - 7, Total 30. Leah kisses Michael on the lips, and tells everyone to vote. Tom says, all Artem got was a Leah sandwich, and Michael got a kiss on the lips. Tom says there is more to come, live, after the break.

 

Dancing With The Stars returns with Pitbull dancing on the judges table, with some professional dancers. He says, that is fun. We see highlights for the week for Bethany and Derek. They dance the Tango to Jealous (I Ain't With It) by Chromeo. The audience is on their feet, and cheering for them throughout the entire dance. They really cheer from them when they are finished. Pitbull says, he loves how they were together from the beginning, and there was a slip up, and they kept on going. He says, he loved it. Julianne says, it was a pure, honest, good Tango, and it had content. Bruno says, no messing around, pure, straight, down the line, ballroom. He tells her to watch her elbow. Carrie Ann says, that was ridiculous and fantastic. Tom sends them upstairs to Leah for their scores. Leah says, they only had 7 hours of rehearsal, because they had to go to Australia. Derek tries to talk in an Australian accent, and Leah says she gives him a 7 on that. Then she tells him he doesn't know what it's like to get a 5 or a 7, and starts lightly hitting him with her microphone. Everyone is laughing. Judges scores: Carrie Ann - 9, Pitbull - 9, Julianne - 9, Bruno - 9, Total 36. Derek says, that was awesome even with a slip up. Leah says, she slipped, not slipped up. She tells everyone to use their votes, and call. Tom says, more to come, live, after the break.

 

We return to the ballroom with professional dancers on stage. Tom says, we're back with our final dance of the night. We see highlights and practice sessions for this week for Alfonso and Whitney. They dance the Salsa to Booty by Jennifer Lopez featuring Pitbull. The audience loves their dance, and is on their feet, and cheering wildly for them while they dance. The audience goes crazy when they are finished. Tom asks Alfonso if he's o.k., because he had pulled his groin doing the Carlton. He thinks it pulled again with this dance. Tom asks him if he wants to sit down, and he says, no. Julianne tells them, she glad they are back together again, and they had more hip hop than Salsa, but she likes it. Bruno, gets dramatic telling them how much he loves it. Carrie Ann makes Alfonso bend over the judges table, and spanks him 10 times, and says, she loves it. Pitbull gets up and dances, and says that's what he's talking about. Tom sends them upstairs to Leah for their scores. Tom says, what a great way to end the night. Leah asks, what happened babe? He says, when you go full out, groins tend to have a problem. Judges scores: Carrie Ann - 10, Pitbull - 10, Julianne - 9, Bruno - 10, Total 39. Leah says, not bad. Alfonso says, this feels good, even though I feel bad. Leah tells him that Jennifer Lopez was there tonight. He says, it feels good that a lot of Booty was in the house tonight. Tom says, we will have the results when we come back, live.

 

We come back to the ballroom for the last time tonight with all of the dancers lined up on stage. Tom says, the next couple who is safe is, Michael and Emma. Janel and Val, and Jonathan and Allison are the bottom two. On this sixth week of competition, the couple leaving now is, Jonathan and Allison. Tom calls them down to him, and tells them that this happens sometimes, when the couple that has their strongest night ends up being sent home. Jonathan says, he had the best time, and really enjoyed himself, and thanked Allison for teaching him. Tom recaps the phone numbers to call for all the dancers to vote for them. Finishing at the top of the leader board are Alfonso and Whitney with 39. Finishing at the bottom are Tommy and Peta, and Antonio and Cheryl with 28. Tom says, Pitbull will return to host the American Music Awards on November 23, and he gives Leah a hug. She thanks everyone on ABC, and Dancing With The Stars for her opportunity to co-host tonight, and kisses Tom on the cheek. Tom says, more lipstick to wipe off. He says, Dancing With The Stars will be back next Monday night, with their Halloween episode, and the return of Len, at 8 p.m./7 p.m. CST. He says, Castle is on next.
