Dade
Courtesy of: TV GUIDE, TODAYS NEWS: OUR TAKE NCIS Names Lauren Holly's Replacement At least one burning question coming out of NCIS' shocking season finale has been answered. With Lauren Holly's character no longer with us, Rocky Carroll has been promoted from recurring to series regular status, as his Leon Vance rises up the ladder to director of the NCIS. As Variety points out, Carroll is not only replacing a fellow Chicago Hope alum (in Holly), but in doing so will now work more alongside Mark Harmon, another cast member from the mid-'90s hospital drama.
