As much as I want Rachel to come back because I think it would :stirthepot: I hadn't really thought about the fact she's now a member of the Jury and Julie did acknowledge this (I think) in her interview. Which makes it less likely they could bring her back for anything other than to host a competition. On the flip side as the other house guests are -not- sequestered, it makes it less likely they'd bring them back into the house. Oi.

I don't know what to think any more.

I'm with you on bringing her back...but since she is the first to go to jury, MAYBE she isn't REALLY going there and they'll bring her back AFTER this week's DOUBLE EVICTION...oh wait...then Brendon will still be there...so confusing! I can't recall when they brought back others how that worked...all I recall was that BIG stupid box someone came back in, in!

Alright so .. I have a question.. thought I kinda wanna free form on -- the title of this thread seemed most appropriate to what was on my mind so forgive me if this post isn't in the right place.

But why exactly do we -have- to have a Jury house? I feel like the Jury house idea has sort of run it's course.

A) It costs CBS money to fly them to a far off locale, pay them a stipened while they're there.

B ) It seems strange to "reward" people who were in the house longer by being allowed to vote, when all of the contestants were a part of the experience, and linked to point number 1, it tends to produce people who want to just "make it to the jury house"

C) I don't like the air of censorship which seems to happen via the Jury House. Just because Danielle lost season 3, because of her diary-room entries and people thinking she was "mean spirited" it can be argued that Will -won- his season because of the same reason. How is voting with only half the facts -- better?

Because if people go to their homes and watch the episodes and see what everyone is saying and doing it would probably change the voting. Yes, people want to make Jury because they are assured of a paycheck for the rest of the time. Those that gave up jobs to go into the house need to pay bills when they get out.

And usually the Jury house is near L.A. - within a couple of hours and they drive them. One year they put them in Mexico but that was a disaster with the hurricane that hit and now it has been closer for several years.

How about we let the jury stay in the house. How sweet would that be and how much drama would that create. The jury gets to stay, but just gets sequestered for any competitions maybe.

If the jury stayed in the house, it would be interesting. They could whisper in the HG's ear and try to get the outcome they wanted.. they have vs have not could be jury house vs BB house guests.

I dunno though. I could see that being bad though. One of the strongest motivators for them to get a house guest evicted is getting them "out of the house" cause they just can't take them any more. I think if they were staying in the house that would make them only target "strong players" and annoying people would stay as official house guests much longer.

I stand behind what I said. Jury is stupid.

And if Rachel comes back in the house, the rest of jury should get the right to come back for 24 hours one by one to confront their attackers, ask questions.

Well, it's a done deal now...Grodner has just appointed Rachel judge and jury. Everyone else might as well just pack up and go home because there is no justice.

I suggested a long time ago that the evicted HG's should just stay in the house but not get to compete or vote HOH or POV. It would save BB a lot of money and since now we know there is even more unfairness to the BB game (which I didn't think was possible) there is no point to a jury anymore. Just let everyone vote at the end.

well thats kinda stupit to say that i happen to be a fan of her and all the commets you guys make fun of her laugh and the way she dresses and call her trashy leave her alone you dont have thye right to say that about someone just cuz you dont like the way she looks or sounds

Sammie.... here at Morty's we don't attack other posters for their opinions, you can like Rachel just like Esylium and whoever else can not like her and can voice that opinion here freely.... if you want to attack people there are lots of other boards that will gladly have you

I am judging her on her actions in the house and the stories she told. To me she is trash.

I don't hate her, I'm actually sad that she's gone and I wish she were still in the game, I found her to be quite annoying BUT I did respect how she kicked ass in comps and fought to stay in the game unlike the useless floaters.

Personally, I think this is the worst assortment of houseguests ever. Name-calling, back-stabbing, screaming, its not really a game as a popularity contest. You just have to be smart enough to get to the next level. So many players just coast along to get to the end. Unless things change, this may be the last I watch of it.
