Jericho (CBS)

Airing Wednesdays at 8:00 p.m. This season will have 13 episodes. However, the network may increase the number depending on ratings. Note: We will count the pilot as being episode 1.01 (known as "fan episode numbering") instead of following production numbering (where the pilot is 1.00).

09/01 - Episode 1.02 - Fallout [Airing September 27]: When Jake leads a procession of people to the Jericho City Hall's basement fallout shelter, Jake's brother, Eric, will stop him, telling him there isn't enough room for everyone. It is then suggested that they use the mine at the edge of town. Source: Sci Fi Wire

09/07 - Episode 1.03 - Four Horsemen [Airing October 4]: Jake organizes a group to gather more information about the explosions after a satellite television in the local bar broadcasts a signal from an Asian news program shows the extent of the nuclear attacks. In addition to the television broadcast, Stanley, who is hospitalized for radiation poisoning, claims to have seen tanks headed toward Denver. With Jericho still cut off from communication and the people craving information, Jake recommends sending four search parties out in different directions to get a sense of what is going on outside of town. Meanwhile, when one of the inhabitants of the mine seeking shelter during the fallout dies unexpectedly, Heather questions the cause of his death. Source: CBS

09/07 - Episode 1.04 - Walls Of Jericho [Airing October 11]: A map is hung on the wall that shows which major cities have been hit. Gas becomes a much wanted/needed commodity. Source: Television Without Pity

09/11 - Episode 1.05 - Federal Response: Children begin returning to school and an accident with a downed power line happens out on the playground when the power comes back on. Fires begin at the library and the town worries about them spreading. Jake and his mother argue about his past and a big secret that he hasn't told his father. Dale is relieved when Gracie claims she won't let Children's Services put him in foster care.

09/14 - Episode 1.06 - 9:02: Jake runs into Mitchell Cafferty, an obvious old "friend" turned "enemy." Hawkins comes in and interrupts a heated discussion between the men. The police are overwhelmed with people reporting crimes. Later, Mitchell, who has stolen Gail's horses, holds Jake hostage with a gun and Jake is rescued by Jimmy and Eric, as Mitchell escapes on horseback.

09/21 - Episode 1.07 - Long Live the Mayor: Jonah Prowse, charming and cunning leader of a gang of thieves and survivalists and Emily's father, comes to bail out Mitchell and agrees to return the stolen food and stay away from Jericho. Their agreement goes awry and Jonah says the only way he'll agree on new terms is if Jake gets Emily to talk with him. Jake's father is sick and Emily agrees to talk with Jonah to get the help he needs. Meanwhile, Dale is falling in with the wrong crowd and quits work at Gracie's.
