Votes to evict James, Howie, Janelle, maybe George Votes to evict Kayser, Boogie, Will, Erika, Marcellas, maybe George Even if Will and Boogie switch and vote James out, Janelle's vote will be nullified. I think he gets to actually nullify a certain person's vote because he is listing Janelle as the person he'll nullify. I would think it would have to be nullified after voting because Janelle could get wind that he's using it and change her vote.
