crappysucks
ANother great idea, and would put a whole new spin on the strategy.
dietekocgirl
I kind of hope there isn't a veto this year. Or at least not a veto every week. Throw 'em off their mark. Change the rules BB. Go for it. As far as HOH goes, I would like there to be more endurance comps, and less on air quick Q and A winners.
Brekkie Boy
How about scrapping the main veto competitions but instead there will be a Secret Veto. Each week one houseguest will be given a Secret Mission. If they are successful in their secret mission, they will win the Veto and have the power to save one nominee from eviction. If they fail though, they will be automatically nominated with the HoH forced to remove one of their nominees from the block. Choosing the HG could be difficult for BBUSA though as the "voice of Big Brother" isn't really a feature of the show. When we did secret missions last year in the UK usually the HM chosen was selected by BB asking for any HM to come to the diary room, while BB Australia had an "Insider" this year doing something similar (well, virtually the same tasks actually) and they were selected by a viewers vote. So it could be an America's Choice thing, though I don't think that would work every week!
ElisabethF50
I see a lot of you say you think the veto winner should get to pick a replacement, and I like that idea. I also like the idea of having the person who was SAVED get to pick a replacement.
jayjay
I agree either way it would make for a more interesting game.It would most definitly help to even out the game and make it harder to have any aliance dominate at any time.
ElisabethF50
I was trying to think of a way backdooring wouldn't work, and one way might be, if the veto is won and used, maybe the rest of the HG's, excluding HOH, veto winner and nominees, would vote on who would be put up next, kinda like on the real world/road rules where they vote for the second person to compete to leave, i don't know, just thinking about some things.. Ivy
I think all these twists sound great. I hope at least a few of them are utilized. I also hope they have a good mix of challenges. No one likes to see all of the same thing. I don't have a problem with mental challenges as long as they aren't all quizzes - questions and answers. Some like that are ok, but remember how they did it on survivor? They asked like ' who is the most annoying', 'who would be least likely to survive on their own'... Instead of just trivia they could ask questions that might reveal more of their true feelings. Remember how upset Courtney was on this past survivor, when she found out what they others really thought of her?
