On this show, hosted by Gordon Ramsey a group of aspiring chefs and restaurateurs will be

put to work at a new high class restaurant in Los Angeles. Cameras will follow them on and

off the job as they compete for the right to run the restaurant on their own.

Anyone watching this show? Chef Ramsey has quite the attitude!! I think Ralph or the dude

with the Tatt's should win...

This show aired months ago on Fox. You must be seeing it repeated on another channel maybe? I know who wins but I won't spoil it for you.

When I saw you post I thought another one was starting.

I am watching it on the Canadian Food Network...

Guess we are a little behind the times!!

So funny to see Gordon Ramsey referred to as "Chef Ramsey" throughout the US version - it's plain old Gordon here!

I never watched the UK version of Hell's Kitchen as it was a celebrity based show with the best chef actually being the most popular as voted for by viewers, but his Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares programmes for C4 are brilliant. I think they air in the US on something like BBC America - if you've not seen them basically each week Gordon goes to a failing restaurent and attempts to help turn it round by swearing alot!

You're welcome King. Say, since this was a repeat did they have any "update" info. on Michael and how he's doing working for Ramsey or if he's on his own now? :)

Yah.. knowing how he's doing would be nice.

I wanted him to win since the beginning and I'm glad he did :D

Are they bringing the show back for a 2nd season?

I hope so!! I loved seeing the dishes the people had to make and loved when they got cussed out :P

Better yet though was when Ramsey went off on the customers!! Too funny.

Scroll up!!! It returns in early 2006 but I haven't found a date yet. I do know that casting times are over.

Has anyone found a start date?

Earlier the Hell's Kitchen web site at FOX was showing that it returns "early in 2006" but now the site just shows last seasons stuff. I don't know if they are getting ready to change it over to the new season or what. I have found no return date but will keep checking.

FOX Re-Opens 'Hell's Kitchen' in June

Would-be chefs competing for Vegas post

LOS ANGELES -- FOX has set a premiere date for the second season of its culinary competition "Hell's Kitchen," in which another group of culinary masochists will vie for a job with renowned and hot-tempered chef Gordon Ramsay.

The show, in which teams of aspiring chefs compete for Ramsay's approval -- and often end up wearing what they're cooking, courtesy of a fed-up Ramsay -- will open its second season Monday, June 12. It will hold down the same 9 p.m. timeslot it had last summer.

In the first season, 27-year-old chef Michael outlasted 11 other competitors to win the competition and take a job working in one of Ramsay's London restaurants.

The stakes are somewhat higher this year: The winner will receive the title of executive chef at a fine-dining restaurant at the soon-to-open Red Rock Casino Resort in Las Vegas. FOX also says the winner "will be eligible" to have a financial interest in the restaurant and give input on its design.

"Hell's Kitchen" averaged a not-bad-for-summer 7.24 million viewers per week last year, ending with a high of 8.94 million for the finale. It also regularly won its time period among adults 18-49 and adults 18-34, FOX's target demographics.

This is great news - I'm looking forward to this summer's guilty pleasure - nothing like Chef Ramsey screaming THAT'S CRAP!!!
