The Symbol - the iChing theory

I apologize for the length of this post...

Here is something I have been playing with since my husband pointed out the shark tail / Charlie's tattoo/ Dharma symbol...it is very similar to iChing characters. So, I matched Hurley's numbers to coincide with the meditation tiles and got some interesting stuff. Not to seem like a Nostradamus-nut (taking pieces of a large work and forcing them to fit a theory) but this is what I found:

Hexagon 4: Youthful Folly

Youthful Folly has success.

It is not I who seek the young fool;

The young fool seeks me.

At the first oracle I inform him.

If he asks two or three times, it is importunity.

If he importunes, I give him no information.

Perseverance furthers.

The Image

A spring wells up at the foot of the mountain:

The image of Youth.

Thus the superior man fosters his character

By thoroughness in all that he does.

Hexagram 8

Charlie has a tattoo? Where is it?

I thought he was the character with a tattoo on his sholder. But I could be wrong. I know TV guide or a similar publication did a piece on whether the tattoos on the show were real.
