Kaysar is not aware Shockalot is exposing him as a hypocritical fraud, phoney and guilty of everything his worshippers accuse TeamMaggie of being.. and then some!

Ah ha ha ha ha - of course Kaysar is not aware Shockalot is 'exposing him.' He's too busy being courted by CBS bigwigs like Les Moonves and Arnold Shapiro ('Arnie' as Kaysar now probably calls him) who know a ratings cash cow when they see one. Kaysar's got television guest appearances, a possible future stint on TAR and BB All-Stars, could perhaps become a millionaire as a result, could perhaps model or do some television ads (hey, it happened to that 'She Bangs' guy from AI3), he's a talented graphic designer, and he may now have a girlfriend (see picture below).

Perhaps Shocka-silly's latest creation was supposed to make us feel some compassion for the 'stunning' Maggie and what she's been going through with the press being so hard on her. But I'm going to take his comments with a grain of salt because Maggie may have won the $, but Kaysar's won our hearts

Uh, no. Using your "logic" (coughdumbasscough) every election with a popular vote (as opposed to an electoral college or other "representative quantifier - I'll wait for you to look up the big words...) would have to include every single member of the entire population for that office's jurisdiction. Its true that Dial-up users have dynamic IPs going on but then you have to sign in and out of your ISP between every vote and with Dial up that would sheer timewasting brutality ugh.

Its also true that DSL and Cable can are technically 'Dynamic IP's' too but in the last few years I notice they rarely change them.

I had the same one for 15 months once!

So anyway, I do remember this came up in a previous years AC Award (BB4) and it seems a webmaster was told by a reliable insider source (as much as the Net can be reliable) that they did indeed discount repeat voting.

Even further more - this 'insider' said that it discounted non-USA IPs as well.

(Also entirely possible).

and to be fair, ill answer his question........How many times did i vote for kaysar. I dont know, hoenstly i lost count. 1/2 of the votes were because i very much so liked kaysar, and the other 1/2 is because i very much so did not like eric. But there is nothing wrong with that. Just like there is nothig wrong with you voting multiply for eric. Just be a man and admit it and get off the whole ac gangbanger thing.
